    What to Expect
Meet your driver in the historic heart of the city at 9:00am and depart in a comfortable vehicle for a day in the Tuscan countryside.
Travel along the winding Chiantigiana Road into the picturesque hills. The first stop is Greve in Chianti, where you'll have a brief 15-minute stop to snap some pictures and check out the town square.
Continue on to a small wine estate for a tour of the vineyards and wine cellars before sampling three of the estate's wines and olive oil. The estate produces eco-friendly Chianti and Super Tuscans, and what you taste will depend on what's available that season.
Stop for photo-ops in the towns of Montefioralle and Badia a Passignano. Learn a few things about each village from your driver. The next stop is San Gimignano, the hilltop town famous for its many towers. Enjoy a 40-minute stop to explore on your own before the tour continues on to a nearby farm not far from San Gimignano. Admire the farm's historic farmhouse, including an ancient watchtower.
Relax at the farm over a light lunch, followed by a chance to sample some of the products produced right there – as well as some other typically Tuscan goodies chosen by the guide.
Travel back to Florence at the end of the day, where you'll be returned to the place where you met your guide.

This was a great relaxed tour. Very hospitable group. We sampled several wines at each vineyard and were served foods to compliment. We truly enjoyed our experience.

I highly recommend this tour. This was a perfect tour of the Tuscan countryside- exactly what we were looking for. We got to stop for about 40 mins in a small old beautiful town, San Gimignano first. Then, we visited a winery for some tastings...More

Chiara was excellent. Her English was very good and she offered commentary throughout the trip about Florence's history, about wine and olive oil and about Tuscany. We were the only passengers, so it effectively was a private tour. We made three stops--first, San Gemignano, which...More

Chiara was a lovely tour guide. She was informative and answered all our questions. We left Florence for our first stop in Greve in the rain but Luckily it stopped by the time we arrived. The first wine tasting is actually in a butcher shop...More
