      Cinque Terre tour
The views and trips to Cinque Terre is amazing. We visited four of the villages, stopped by for lunch. Our guide, Romina is extremely helpful and friendly. She share all the history, tips, arranged our train tickets and best of all, we have private tour by her since it’s a low season. Thank you Romina

      Surprise Highlight
Tabitha (guide) and Luca (driver) were fantastic! This was the unexpected highlight of our visit. Definitely recommend doing the longer trip so you have more time to check out each of the towns. Our local guide in Siena was also fantastic.

      Great Introduction to Tuscany!
We enjoyed a daylong private tour of the Tuscany region, visiting several towns and lunch at a wonderful Winery. The guide/driver was very knowledgeable and provided great insights on the history and present day life in Tuscany. This was a great introduction to Tuscany!

      Enjoyable day overall
This was an enjoyable day (very long). The description says there will be no more than 63 guests on each tour, however ours had 77. It made the tour a little less efficient and a lot of waiting at stops for people to arrive, be accounted for etc. The wine tasting was nice. I would not describe the lunch there as hearty, however, and not sure how they determined it was 3 courses (there was meat/cheese at the beginning and then pasta for the entree).

Enjoyed the day trip would do it again!
Enjoyed the day tour with our guide. I was happy we took the walking tour in Siena. It was only about 30 minutes and we still had time for lunch and exploring the city. The wine tasting was fun too!

      The Beautiful Tuscany
Our first journey in Florence was incredible, we spent 7 days during the Christmas holidays in 2024 and the tour in these magical places like Siena, Chianti, San Gimignano, and Pisa were unforgettable, part of this wonderful time had to do with our gorgeous, professional, charismatic, very friendly and ready to help everybody in the group at any time, our tour guide Martina, without her, it wouldn't have been special, thank you very much for sharing with us so much history of your beautiful country on Thursday, 26th, we loved it and keep it dearly in our hearts. Great day trip from Firenze, amazing customer service
This tour covers SO much of Tuscany - from the iconic leaning tower of Pisa, the lush green fields of the region with an stop at a local winery and lots of time to explore the smaller regions of Siena and San Gimignagno. We had two seniors and two young kids in our group and our guides Yakobo/Jacob and Tabatha (hope I'm spelling that correctly!) helped us keep pace to make sure we had time to see as much as we could at each stop. You get about 2 hours in the smaller regions, 1-ish for lunch and another 1 hour at Pisa. It's a perfect full day trip for groups of all sizes. We even left something every important on the bus and the driver Raul retrieved it for us and is in the process of shipping it to us. (in addition to being an expert driver on winding streets, country roads and city traffic). Appreciate how communicative and easy it was to travel with Ciao Florence!

We took the Half-Day Tour to Pisa in the morning. We walked from our hotel to the pick up location. The pick up location is literally a bus stop. Do not expect to find the pick up location at a bus terminal, it is not. There are no restrooms because you get picked up at a street and there are no WC facilities in the tour bus. This location serves as a pick up spot for many other tours. They give you a color coded sticker for your tour when you check in. If you are going inside the Pisa tower you get one color and if you are not you get another color. Do not be late because the tour will leave you behind. We witnessed it first hand. One tour waited for a little while for some people but they left. When the people showed up their tour had already left and we overheard the tour person talking to those people. Okay, our tour guide was good. This tour was bilingual both in English and Spanish. She gave us important information and told us exactly what we were going to do. We really, really liked how she organized our group. We all walked together to the entrance or beginning of our tour and at the end of tour she gave us a time and had us meet at one location and then we all walked back to the bus so no one will get lost! We loved that because the bus drops you off and picks you up at different location and it is not, and I repeat it is not close to where you take the tour. The tour around Pisa and the Piazza dei Miracoli is given by another local tour guide, who was also very good. Time is given for those who bought tickets to go inside the Pisa tower. However, we found out the time is limited or timed so you are rushed in and rushed out because you will have to stay with the schedule. We did not go inside and I am glad we did not. It turns out, it was a really hot and humid day, there were tons of people and you feel the pressure to keep up with the schedule. If you have trouble walking up inside the tower, it would be very hard because there are lots of people behind you that are also timed so you will be out of breath the whole time, rushing in. Just and FYI, at the time I booked this tour, it said we needed to wear our face masks. No one really enforced it so, some did some didn't.

We had did the half day tour of Pisa and it was lovely, the tour was orderly and planned out which was a huge plus. Our tour guide for this was Sara and Sandro, Sara was friendly and knowledgeable about the city, and Sandro went out of his way to help me and my group. This tour was definitely worth it and Sandro was a great guide, would recommend this for anyone thinking about doing this.

Also Sandro, we caught the train.

My family trip to Pisa was overall lovely.

At the beginning, there was a discrepency between the tour package we booked with the travel agency and the information Ciao Florence had on file. We had a confirmation with our travel agency that we had a paxkage that includes transportation, a guided tour and entry/admission to Duomo di Pisa and leaning tower of pisa. However Ciao Florence only had us down for the package that includes transportation only.

However our guide, Gabriele, and Ciao Florence was patient and wonderful in trying to figure out our situation. They were amazing and allowed us to join in for the guided tour of the cathedral. Although we were not able to view the city on the top of the leaning tower of pisa, we still enjoyed our time taking pictures and admiring the gorgeous architecture.

Although the day did not go exactly as planned, Gabriele and his team did their best to accomodate us. Thank you for the help!

, my family and friends who were with me in this tour were very disappointed with this experience!
We were taken by poor quality bus from Florence to Pisa, and were dropped in a parking lot then we have to walk 15 minutes to the entrance with excuse that the bus is not allowed to get close to the leaning tower, okay in this situation they should take us from the parking to the tower by small shuttles or cars, not having us walk with small kids and the temperature of 100 Fahrenheit!!
Second, the tour was supposed to have entrance to the leaning tower according to the description. It was listed in the inclusion section of the trip. However we discovered that it was not included, so I had to purchase tickets for some of my party, each one $20 and then we lost the tour in the cathedral. The rest of my party went with the tour guide to the cathedral and the tour was very primitive and not worth the time or money.
Highly not recommended and I really wish that I did not waste my time with it. I should just go with bus or train by myself to Pisa since it will be way cheaper!
I would like to get the money back as a compensation for our time and bad experience!More

My husband and I took this tour on our honeymoon during the morning of April 14, 2024. We had Sara as our local guide showing us the monuments that make up the beautiful area of Pisa while Gabriella kept us informed during our bus ride and organized when traveling from the bus station to the center city. Sara is very passionate about the Pisa area which she calls home so it was great to hear from her. Francesco did a great job driving us as well. Would recommend this tour if you’re looking for an opportunity to visit the history of Pisa and take the climb of the tower in a condensed time period.

    Highly recommend!
We booked this tour to take us from Florence in the afternoon and we spent 3 hours at the Miracle plaza with a guided tour. The bus ride was comfortable and the views of the Tuscany landscape were our favorite. At Pisa, we jumped in line to climb the bell tower and then received a walking tour of the square. With about an hour of free time it was a perfect timeframe to explore the highlights.
Our local tour guide was very knowledgeable, our bus driver very safe and our tour guide all worked together to make sure that all members of the group knew all important times and meeting spots.

The driver Antonio was fantastic we felt very safe driving from Florence to Pisa.
Roberto our guide was very informative and knowledgeable of Pisa and spots along the way on our trip. He was very clear with his instructions and very pleasant demeanor. We would recommend this tour just enough time to see everything there is to see in Pisa.

We took a tour to Pisa with Ciao and it was very good. It was a little chaotic at the start with lots of tours going to different parts of the area but if you paid attention to the sticker you had it was fine. The trip there was good and quick and soon we could see the tower. The tour guide on the bus got us to the enstrance and passed us to the local guide for the actual visit. We got to see the inside of the cathedral with interesting commentary. Then we were conveyed to the tower for our climb. The trip was very well done and seemed to be organised well. Would do again.

The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish. Appart from the amazing views on the ground of the baptistry, the cathdral and the leaning tower the cathedral interior was breathtaking. Myself and my mother ( who is close to her 80s) climbed the tower to the top which was an experience in itself taking into account the angle of the lean. Care needs to be taken on the marble steps as they are slippery ( moreover on the descent). Our tour guide Constantino was excellent and was very informative and his translation was clear. The half day tour that we were on was perfect for us as we would arrive back in Florence mid afternoon to carry on exploring. Marco our driver made sure we arrived and got back safely. Would definitely book again .
