Overview
Eating one excellent meal is a fleeting experience, but learning how to cook classic Italian dishes is knowledge that will last a lifetime. During this Italian cooking class, you’ll prepare and cook a 4-course meal under the guidance of a chef. A small group limited to 16 means you’ll receive personalized attention throughout and you’ll have a chance to feast on the fruits of your labors, accompanied by Tuscan wine, at the end of the class.
What to Expect
Your culinary experience begins in central Florence, when you’ll greet your guide and head to the cooking school, located near the iconic Ponte Vecchio (medieval stone bridge). On arrival, you’ll don an apron and discuss the dishes you’ll be cooking with your guide. Depending on the season, dishes can include chicken stew, fresh pasta, and tiramisu.
Throughout the class, you’ll receive expert tips and get an inside glimpse into Tuscany’s world-famous culinary scene. Once the food is ready, sit down to feast on the dishes you’ve made accompanied by Tuscan wine.
