Well organized tour. Roberto and Gianvito were great hosts. The scenery was amazing and the length of time at each city was just enough.

This was an absolutely outstanding tour. We managed to see four of the five villages in one day. We had the perfect amount of time in each place. Roberto, our tour guide, was outstanding and did a great job of informing us and keeping us on track. Reca, our driver, was fabulous. The bus to and from Florence was very comfortable as well. The tour group also did an outstanding job with communication before the tour. I highly recommend this if you want to visit Cinque Terre from Florence!

Highly recommend this tour. Our tour guide, Roberto, was organized and gave recommendations on how to make the most out of each stop. I also appreciated him pointing out interesting sites along the way. Reka, our driver, did an amazing job navigating the city traffic and the narrow roads and tight curves of Cinque Terre. This tour won't disappoint.

I had an amazing time on the “Chianti Colours & Flavours “ half-day tour with CiaoFlorence to the Chianti wine region on Wednesday, March 19th. The experience was beautifully organized and I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to explore the region’s wines and stunning landscapes. The first winery, ‘Lanciola’, was absolutely charming. It had a cozy, homey feel that made me feel welcome. The wine cellar was gorgeous and the guides were incredibly approachable, with a deep knowledge of both the region and the wines they produce. The wine itself was delightful and I particularly enjoyed their white wine! The second winery, ‘Tenuta Torciano’, offered a completely different experience. This place felt exclusive and impressive. The grounds were huge, complete with a personal horse-riding school and even a helicopter landing spot! The gardens were absolutely beautiful, and the interior was stunning, with fake wisteria and grape vines hanging from the ceiling. The tables were elegantly set and we were treated to a generous plate of meat, cheeses and bread. In addition to the wines, we also had the opportunity to taste some of their delicious balsamic vinegar, spicy olive oil and white truffle olive oil. The guide here was entertaining and kept us laughing the whole time. This made the experience even more enjoyable. Beyond the wineries, our tour leader, Cecily, was exceptional. She did a fantastic job sharing the history of Florence and the Chianti region during the drive. Her knowledge and energy added a lot to the overall experience. Overall, I had an unforgettable time and would definitely recommend this tour for anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Chianti region, taste exceptional wines and experience great hospitality!

Very nice experience at a most beautiful perfume shop in the center of Florence. Small group and Dott.ssa Fernanda Russo and her assistant were kindly taking care of each participant. Now I have my personal perfume that I can order more of if needed.

Great day in Tuscany. The bus was in great shape. The driver got us to each of our stops in a timely manner. The guide gave clear instructions in 4 languages. Crowds were very moderate in March and we had the right amount of time in each spot. Four great stops in Tuscany in one easy day. The cathedral in Siena is awesome inspiring inside. Views of the countryside were great. We stopped for gelato twice and the kids ok sitting through a nice wine tasting.

This was such an amazing trip. Sabrina our Tour guide was just divine and made it the trip so much fun and worth it! Only regret is not having more time because the ships earlier departure. 100% recommend!!!! Ask for Sabrina as your Tour guide!!!!

For a 12 hours tour, we had the comfort to travel in a double decker bus under the care of Gabriela, Martina and Reka. Timing at each location may be short but understandable as we needed to cover the 4 locations. Love it and great experience

it was my best experience so far in italy, tour was complete, wine tasting was an amazing experience and the food was delicious, gabrielle, martina and reca the driver were really kind and fulfilled the tour with a lot of good information, in my opinion the price is really good and cheap considering you leave 7 am and return around 8 pm, whole day experience 👌🏾
