This company was amazing. We needed to be picked up from our hotel at 2:30am so we could get to the airport. They contacted up the night before to confirm and were on time and courteous. Couldn’t recommend a better provider for getting to and from the hotels in Venice. Well done!!

Our fiasco started days before the actual trip. We realized that the pickup (our hotel) was not directly on a canal. It wasn’t a big deal but we needed to understand where the pickup really was and plan. So we called the tour provider 5 times over one day with no answer. Finally the night before our pickup an employee answered. He was on speakerphone and generally had little interest in answering the question. He told me someone would call me back in 10 minutes. Six hours later we were texted with an explanation of where we would meet our pickup. We arrived on time and loaded our luggage onto the water taxi by literally the angriest italian I have ever met. We took a quick 30 minute boat ride where we met our drivers. It hey we’re friendly and efficient. The van I was in arrived at the port 20 minutes before the second van, because our driver thought he was in a. formula one race. He passed on the right side and into oncoming traffic. It was a life affirming experience.

Ask for the charge before taking the taxi. Local taxi charged €10 from train station to our hotel and the hotel nominated taxi charged us €20 so be careful

Our driver was on time, extremely friendly and accomodating. He had cold waters ready for us, checked to make sure the temperature of the car was to our liking, offered to stop for bathroom and stretch breaks and most importantly got myself and my family to our destination safely and efficiently. We could not have been more satisfied with our experience. We highly recommend!
