Paolo was extremely knowledgeable and took our wine preferences into consideration and was an excellent host. The conversation was extremely pleasant and we learned tons about the region and wine varietals grown here. Would definitely recommend for wine lovers.

My wife and I met Paolo for a wine tour. What a wonderful time with a fascinating and knowledgeable person. Paolo being a sommelier was able to share a tremendous amount of knowledge about the wines of NE Italy. We stopped at 2 different wine bars. The first we had 2 different whites. The second 2 different reds. His local knowledge of Bolzano added another dimension to our tour. Highly recommend.

This tour was great! We got to enjoy many great wines and snacks while learning about the history of Bolzano and the grapes native to that region of Italy. Our sommelier, Luca, was awesome and was very knowledgeable so we were able to learn a lot while tasting the various wines!

My wife and I did the 'Farmhouse Private Cooking Classes. Although we were very late to book it, Claudia was very friendly and helpful in booking our class and providing all the necessary information. After being driven and guided from Bolzano to the Farmhouse, we were introduced to Mali, the family matriarch and person who was going to teach us several traditional South Tyrolean recipes: - Schlutzkrapfen - Kaese Knoedel - Kaiserschmarrn - Apples fritters Mali and her family showed us how to make these dishes , and then let us get our hands dirty ourselves. Claudia provided great translation when needed. By noon, we were ready to eat the 'fruits of our labor' alongside white wine and homemade elder flower lemonade. I really recommend this class to couples and friends.

Martina was one of the best guides we’ve ever met. She is very knowledgeable and fun. We learned a lot about the history of Bolzano & Tyrol, the wine of the region & the people. We visited two quaint wine bars and tasted 4 wines. We experienced white, red and sparkling wine. We walked around the city center and she pointed out historical monuments. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed Martina so much.

Eight of us took this class last week and it was the highlight of our vacation. Claudia, was our guide and picked us up at our hotel. We went to a winery and met our delightful chef, Dora. We made pasta and dumplings and had them for lunch with wine tastings from the winery. Claudia was the translator for Dora, but she also taught us so much about the region. Fun facts like they have been making wine in the Dolomites for 3000 years!I would definitely recommend this class to anyone.

Please check out the small, family-owned vineyard excursion offered by Claudia. You would never find these places on the map, you really need a local insider to show you these hidden places. I enjoyed the experience of the wineries and wine-tasting. It also provides beautiful backdrops for your travel pictures.

The highlight of our visit to Italy was a full day private guided hike in Val Gardena arranged by Claudia. We spent the whole day exploring Ortisei, hiking the Dolomites, making butter and cheese and riding horse drawn carriege. Our guide, Patrick, was amazing. Full of local knowledge, great with kids and wonderful story teller, he made the whole experience so much better. I would highly recommend this tour to any family with kids that enjoy the outdoors and looking for unique experiences off the beaten path.

My husband and I had a wonderful time on the Bolzano Food Tour. We visited six eating and drinking establishments focusing on traditional fare, learning about the history of Bolzano along the way. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable, creating lasting memories of South Tyrol.

My family and I took a day off skiing and did a private cooking class in San Leonardo of Badia with AnnaLisa and Rose. It was incredible!! We were there from America and had the most authentic experience. The food was amazing and the house (built in the 1100s) was incredible - a top a hill looking into the beautiful Dolomites. We were given an overview of the Laden history paired with traditional cuisine. We had the option to make the class relevant to us and had an English speaking guide. I would HIGHLY recommend taking this class as it really enhanced our experience in the Dolomites and helped bring to life the history of the region. The planning and coordination couldn't have been easier, as well. We worked with Claudia who sent us options for the classes, was always so quick to respond, and coordinated everything for us. All we had to do was show-up. They picked us up at our hotel and walked us, so we didn't even have to worry about finding the place. This was one of the easiest and best cooking tours we have set-up!!

Did the Bolzano Street Food Tour on 6/9/18 with two friends. Valentina was our guide. The tour was a wonderful way to spend a morning in Bolzano! We tasted tradition sausage at a locally owned food cart, had bread that’s typical of the area in the market, tasted sweets from a local bakery, had a stop at tavern serving finger food and wine spritzers and finally had a break at an innovative brewery. Valentina gave us not only commentary about the food but talked about local culture and history. We spent some time in the Dominican Church Cloister. Enjoyed Valentina’s commentary on the art and history there. She was a great guide. Went above and beyond by taking pictures of the group which she emailed to us afterward. Knowing we wanted to do a wine tasting of local wines, she pointed out a wine bar where she knew the owner. Arranged for us to come back for a wine tasting after the tour. The Bolzano Street Food Tour is a nice experience that gives insight into the culture and allows you to spend time with a local person and have good food/ drink at the same time. Good tour. Beautiful City. Had a fun time.

Bolzano is a beautiful town and its historical center offers a unique architecture. The tour was extremely interesting and the several food and drink stops along the way were very tasty. You'll understand why there is such an interesting blend between two cultures so different from each other: the Italian and the Austrian. I strongly suggest this tour to anyone that wants to get to know the artistic, historic and food aspects of South Tyrol, its culture and lifestyle.
