This was one of our favorite experiences in Italy! Our captain Davide was excellent! He showed us all the main sites on the lake, was very knowledgeable and accommodated our requests to stop at different locations. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience with Davide during our 4 hour boat tour. We got picked up at our hotel and Davide showed us all of the most popular and beautiful spots around Lake Como (including various villas, Nesso, Varenna, Como, etc). He was very knowledgeable about the history of the area as well. We also had the chance to swim in the lake which was lovely! Would definitely recommend this tour!!

This review is for one of the best experiences I and my family had in Italy. We booked a 6 hour tour two years ago, had to cancel due to illness, and set it back up a year later. The whole time the company worked with via email without issue. The day finally showed up and Valentino was our captain for the day. He asked us what our plans or needs were but we were just excited to be doing the day trip and wanted him to use his best judgement but we wanted to see as much of the lake as we could. We had two stops, one to look around Bellagio and another at this small town family restaurant on the water. I would say if you go to Lake Como and you don't get a private boat rental your nuts. I would say if you want the best bang for the money and get the most out of what a boat rental can be you have to go with II Medeghino.

The highlight of our time in Como was a five hour boat excursion. Andrea our captain was so knowledgeable and shared with us every detail about the villas and villages we were seeing from the water. The views from the water are stunning and it’s breathtaking to take it all in in this manner. We were able to make stops in Bellagio and a couple other villages and grab an ice cream, use the restroom etc and then get back on and enjoy the scenery. Staying in Como town was so convenient too as we were picked up at the dock just two minutes walking from our place. This is an experience we will remember and talk about with friends and family for many years to come.m! It’s a must do if you’re going to Como!!

An incredible time! Our guide was Andrea and he was friendly, informative and a great guide around lake como. Absolutely loved our time getting to know the villas and landmarks of the lake. Photos were incredible and he let us get off in Bellagio for lunch before continuing our tour. Grazie Mille!

I booked a 2 hour tour on Lake Como for my family (my wife and I and two daughters 8 and 5 years old). All of the transaction was easy to sort and we were given clear instructions on where to meet. Our captain and tour guide for the day (Davide) was really welcoming and made us feel really comfortable to relax and enjoy the boat. He explained lots about the lake and sights along the way and bought fun to our tour (even helping me practice speaking Italian). A private boat tour on a sunny calm day on Lake Como with the girls singing songs from the greatest showman will be a memory I will keep forever. I’d highly recommend this to anyone considering it.

Fantastic experience with Davide, our boat driver. The boat was large and clean. We had 10 people and it easily fit all of us. We enjoyed glasses of Prosecco while our driver took pictures & videos of us. We enjoyed a 4 hour tour with a stop in Bellagio. Davide would stop the boat and give us a history lesson on each of the villas. Communication with the boat company was really good. Text messages were answered within a few hours at the most; minutes while we were in Como. Would HIGHLY recommend. Can’t wait to come back.

My wife and I had an amazing time on the boat Tour. Our captain, Marco, was wonderful. He was on time, knowledgeable and also took our pictures. We highly recommend this if you have a short stay in Como it is a great luxurious way to see a lot in a short span of time.

What a spectacular day!! Marco was phenomenal and made our day so special. We made a friend for life. He was so knowledgeable as well as being so warm and welcoming..Best day of our 2 week trip! A must do while in Como.
