Best Guided Tour We Went On
Fantastic tour. It was worth the money for the guide who was very passionate and knowledgeable about the gallery. It was a highlight of the trip.

Incredible. Fantastic. Can't recommend it enough for any interested in history
This tour was incredible. Enjoyed it so much and Julius was absolutely brilliant. The guy is extremely knowledgeable and gave a fantastic and understandable explanation for everyone but also showed a huge depth of knowledge when asked specific questions in detail. We did the tour of an evening and it was one of the best things I've ever done on a trip. Thankyou so much Imperator Julius! :)

100/10 experience and the extra zero isn’t a typo
This tour of the Borghese gallery led by Agnes (I hope I have the spelling right) wowed me down to my boots. I think this impression must have pervaded the entire group. The depth of knowledge, from her deep understanding of Baroque art to her critique of Renaissance, laced with historical accounts made this the most fantastic tours I have ever had. I came out more knowledgeable by several degrees.

An amazing experience and a must see!
The guide was very inspirational and succeeded in picking out the gems of the collection very diligently and carefully. Mattia made our experience so much better than any audioguide we’ve had. Well worth every euro.

Very good tour of the museum
Small group tour was quite enjoyable. Feels like two hours that the museum allows per entry is not enough to see everything we wanted to see. Our guide did a very good job discussing the sculptures and key paintings. Would definitely recommend this tour to friends and family.

Tour guide should have started on time.
Our tickets had pointed reminders about arriving 15 min. early for pre-check as the tour would leave on time. NOT. About 30 min. after pre-check, the other dozen Americans on our tour to finally showed up without one word of apology to those of us waiting on the curb. Next we waited as their wives unburdened themselves of all their shopping bags and used the restroom. We are now almost 45 min. late for a 2 hr. tour. Unlike the men in their group, the ladies followed along with disinterest before finally disappearing from our group all together. In my opinion, the tour guide should have started the visit on time, per our ticket and left without these stragglers. We were rushed through our tour and struggled to see over other groups as rooms were now double booked for viewers.

    Stunning!
Federico is amazing! We were thoroughly impressed by his incredible depth of knowledge—it was both precise and comprehensive. One of the highlights of the tour was the perfect pacing. Federico’s calm demeanor and the well-structured path allowed us to fully immerse ourselves in the experience and truly enjoy the beauty of the Galleria. Highly recommended!

    Simply astounding Bernini
At the better part of 2 hours, this was a reasonably deep dive into the world of baroque art and how it was influenced by the renaissance, Roman and Greek art, culminating, in my opinion, in an astoundingly beautiful experience with the Bernini sculptures. If you’re not moved by the genius of these pieces, you’re not paying attention to life. Our tour guide, Federico, was the highlight of a week of tour guides across many venues, as he had the knowledge and passion to weave art history into the greater history of the region and people involved. A bit long for my 19 year old college football fan son, it was just right for me, so a successful compromise.

A guide that made a difference!
Very knowledgeable guide, made our tour fly by! Not only she explained all the highlights of the museum but she also made it like she was telling a story. A true art class for me, my husband and my teenage kids. Highly recommend it!

    Must see in Rome!
Virginia (Aria- spelling might be wrong) was the best tour guide. Her excitement was contagious and she was wonderful to walk around with. She provided so much history to the time of the sculpture or painting as well as insight into the family. She answered all our questions and just great dialogue. This was a late addition to our trip but one of the best experiences. Highly recommend.

    Masterpieces of Italian art.
This was one amazing visits. Guide provided very interesting and beautifully presented overview of both Caravaggio and Bernini arts and sculptures. To see all those masterpieces in person is treat enough. But having someone provide historical context is increadible. My only complaint is that 2 hours is simply not enough time but I guess that is the best that can be done. I recommend this tour.

    False advertisement
The tickets stated that audio guide us included. However, the gallery refused to provide it and demanded additional payment. Not much, but it is annoying that what has been advertised is not actually delivered. Also, tickets were available at the gallery at half price.

Golf Cart tours are the way to go!! If it is even slightly chilly dress warm!
Julian was our guide and very knowledgeable as well as accommodating! I have never done a tour like this but loved it. I won’t do a jump off and on bus ever again!! Julian had deep understanding of the history of Rome. Any question we asked he seemed to know or explain it well.

The service was disappointing.
Due to several unforeseen accidents on the road, we experienced significant delays in our arrival. We informed the team in advance, explaining that the situation was beyond our control. However, despite this, no accommodations were made.

They gave a 15-minute waiting window, which we still could not meet due to the ongoing delays.
They don’t offer any alternative solutions, and for the fee of €40 I don’t recommend because they won’t give any exceptional help.

Our plane was delayed and we missed our appointment. We emailed this company and they would not reschedule us so we lost out on all our money and experience. Poor customer service.

Skip-the-Line: Vatican Museum & Sistine Chapel Escorted Entrance

Vatican City

Instead of sending you your actual tickets when you purchase these "tickets", they only send you a confirmation email. We arrived at the designated meeting location on time, purchased some water, and the man left shortly after. He made no attempt to contact us. We were outside Vaticano Museums without our tickets, burning from the sun, trying to go inside and the only service we didn't experience was the "escorted entrance". Naturally, we believed it to be a scam and grew extremely concerned about losing 70 € for tickets whose true cost is 34 € if purchased from the official Vaticano website. The only positive aspect of this day was that, after spending a half-hour looking for him and arguing with the company, we eventually located him and entered the museums. Personally, the only piece of advice I can offer is to purchase the tickets from the original website well in advance (at least a month before). Stay away!
