DO NOT EVER USE TOURISTATION ARACOELI ROME! We completed all the online forms for our 10:00 am Colosseum tour on 14 March 2025. The day before we got a WhatsApp message instructing us to arrive at 11:00. No problem. When we arrived, the manager, Amanda Minni, told us there was no guide, the Colosseum entry was at 2:00 pm, and we had another booked tour at 10:00 for the City Walking tour!!? We asked how come they instructed us to come at 11:00 and then say we missed the 10:00 am City tour? We asked how we are supposed to be at 2 places at once? And then they requested us to show up at 11:00! Amanda had the most bizarre explanation that was totally fabricated and then tried to blame us! I was getting upset so my wife very politely asked if they would refund our money as this was not our fault. Amanda bluntly said no. I would strongly recommend to never use this disorganized and dishonest tour group.

Amazing site . Learned a lot , great transfer and bus driver also . Quiet countryside , saw the ancient city walls , very impressive

I am giving a two star review instead of a one star because the driver was amazing. I cannot remember his name but he was funny and tried to make the trip educational. We purchased the Catacombs and the Crypt near Berberini Square. The Catacombs were nothing special. It was just empty underground tombs. The Crypts were a lot better. Our issue is that the instructions were not clear despite asking questions to the ticket office people. We were handed a city bus ticket to get to Crypts after the visit to the Catacombs. When I asked how we were getting back to starting point from the Crypts, I got no answer. SO, we were going to skip the second part. When we walked back to our Airbnb, we realized the Crypts were right near Airbnb, so luckily we were able to go to the Crypts. However, had the Crypts been far from AIrbnb, we would have been left stranded with no way back to starting point. The instructions were confusing and we should not have been handed a city bus ticket with no way to get back to starting point. We were basically left on our own while we paid for a guided tour. I see nowhere on Viator that the second tour was supposed to be via a city bus. I also feel the price is too high for what we got.

Alessandro was an amazing, informative, and personable bus driver. We learned a lot and really enjoyed our time with him.

We visited the Vatican on a very rainy day so everyone was soaking wet in the very long queues. Our group of twenty had to wait a short while outside but our guide Sylvia soon got us in. Everywhere in the Vatican was busy, crowds in every part but Sylvia was an excellent guide who managed to keep us together and steer us onward. She was very knowledgeable about the history and intrigues of the Vatican and the amazing artworks and put it over in an interesting and entertaining way. The highlight for us was the Sistine chapel, even though we only had ten minutes in there it was worth the effort and the cost.

Alessandro was very welcoming, entertaining and a great host. He loves his job and it shows. Thank you for a great trip. Bravo

Be aware this is 15 minutes walk from Colosseum! The video does not show anything - no audio. You pay extra 30 euros for this … easier just to buy tickets directly at Colosseum

Alessandro was a wonderful bus driver who showed us the most beautiful parts of the city with clear explanations in all required languages during the drive. He is very well prepared and does it with a true love for the city. Bravo!

Jessica and Alessandra have given us a wonderful experience. It’s truly been mind blowing. The Sistine Chapel is beautiful and the museum was very informative. I can’t wait to come back again.

We took a short bus drive to the catacombs. The bus driver was so nice and accommodating and full of knowledge. However, the actual walk and tour of the catacombs was a waste of time. It was just a series of tunnels with a few artifacts. Grossly overpriced and boring. Photos were not allowed which didn’t really matter because there was nothing of note to photograph.

Alessandro was amazing as a driver and tour guide and giving us all of the amazing info on the way to the catacombs. Very much recommend the tour!

The museums are stunning and extraordinarily well-maintained. The absolute highlight was the Raphael Rooms; they take your breath away! The organization of the visit was easy, Touristation meeting point is right in front of the museum entrance.and when I picked up the tickets, Lorenza was super kind.
