About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Jackie R0 contributionsMassive let-down, poorly run companyWhere do I start. Tour was meant to start at 1600, arrived at 1530 to be told it was now a 1630 start, come back at 1615. We did as asked and were marched round to another office where "their colleagues" would take us on a better tour. By 1645 everyone was getting fractious as we still hadn't set off, so the girl behind the desk picks up a flag and we're told to follow her. We get to the line and find we're in the "no tickets" queue. We all show our "skip the line" tickets and are told we've been put on the wrong tour, oops, just ask for a refund but you can still go in. It was our last day in Rome and we really wanted the tour so we stuck with it. After 15 mins pass of us standing in the line, the tour guide turns round and says we've missed our spot, we have to leave, we can't get in now. We got a refund but nothing for our wasted time and travel expenses, and we couldn't go back as it was our last day in Rome. The guide just didn't care. Avoid at all costs.Written 25 June 2024

- Giorgina T0 contributionsVatican CityI had a wonderful experience. I took a tour with the guide visiting the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel and then we went straight to St. Peter's Basilica, the tour includes entrance directly to the basilica after visiting the museum.Written 30 March 2024

- Missing_Mexico_0 contributionsExcellent tour with an amazing tour guide, RimmelThis was an amazing experience! The guide, Rimmel, was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much about each area of the tour. Even though it was quite crowded, she kept the group together, ensuring everyone had a good experience. We toured each area and I would recommend this to anyone!Written 23 March 2024

We received an excellent service, clear and professional.
The booking was easy and the price was fair.
We went to the meeting pointoffice where they gave us further information and then we followed the professional guide to visit the Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel without waiting in line.
A wonderful experience visiting the Vatican especially if everything is organized well, so it is highly recommended.

We bought skip the line tickets to The Vatican at short notice
This was our error and therefore the raised cost reflected our mistake
Although how a museum ticket can be $200 confuses me
Tickets were for 4pm
We collected the tickets in person from a ticket venue and were guided to the line for entering the Vatican
Thank you that was helpful
Unfortunately there was a long wait in the skip the line queue and with the added security checks we actually started in the museum at 1650
Also we did not check the time of closure which was 6 pm in April giving a very short time to look around
On reflection booking in advance is the best option
The ticket seller should be informative and say that only 2 hours is allowed for a 4 pm ticket in April
The Vatican itself is a wondrous place full of art and amazing objects
Unfortunately it is also filled with noisy tour guides and large tour groups
Very few respected the silence required for the Sistine Chapel
It is definitely a to do place in Rome but book in advance and do not pay over the odds for tickets

"Dear customer,
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your visit to the Vatican. It is correct that the 4 pm time slot is a peak period at the Vatican Museums, and we apologize if the possibility of long waits at the security line was not clearly communicated.
It is important to note that skip-the-line tickets are usually priced at a base of 65 euros, and there is no ticket option for 200 euros, as mentioned in your review.
Additionally, during this peak season, there is a high influx of tourists visiting the museums and the Sistine Chapel, which may contribute to a noisy environment. We understand that this may have detracted from your experience, and we appreciate your understanding of the circumstances.
We take the comfort of our visitors seriously and will do our best to ensure a more pleasant experience for all visitors, especially during peak times like the one you experienced.
We appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again in the future, offering you a more satisfying experience.
Best regards,
