Alexandra our tour guide was both funny and knowledgeable, she has worked at the colosseum for 20yrs and is an Archeologist. Tour well worth it if you are interested in rulers and history of Rome

We had a really fantastic time on our tour it was a very small group which made it way more interactive. Our guide Marco was full of enthusiasm and really did a fantastic job would 100% recommend!

The tour was well worth it to save time queuing. In addition we got a very knowledgeable guide who explained lots of information about the history of the colosseum. The price included a tour around paletine hill. We decided to do this self guided in the end as our tour group was huge (70 plus people) and it was difficult to hear the guide.

This was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. Our guide was Mircea. He was very professional and made the tour very enjoyable. He was able to answer questions and obviously knew his stuff. A hot day but made easier by his constant use of shady locations. A great day, thank you.

I had spent so much time online looking for the best tours for Colosseum but with so many mixed reviews everywhere we didn’t book any. So glad we took the chance and just turned up on the morning. We were assigned our Tour Guide Mitch who was first class!! Our group was just the perfect size (about 12). We had skip the q also with the ticket and it was much cheaper than we had anticipated. I couldn’t recommend Mitch and the company highly enough. Just wish we hadn’t booked the Vatican already as you receive a discount for it. Don’t look beyond here for any of your tours. Fair play to Mitch for not missing a beat even when one of those in the tour decided to put on a full face of makeup in the middle of it all!!!

Had the coluseum and the romana fora tour with mircha! Recommend it to everyone! Definitely worth the money!

We were very pleased with our decision to do a guided tour of the Coliseum and Forum. Tour guide Mitch was enthusiastic and fun.

We are so glad we got tickets to this tour. Originally we were debating to go it alone, but you absolutely need a tour guide to take you round the colosseum and palatine hill. It was amazing. We had mitchi as our tour guide. He was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. He made the experience entertaining even whilst the sun was beating down on us. Would highly recommend this tour. They also do a discount for the vatican as they do a tour there. I would also recommend you bring a bottle of water with you as they don't sell anything near by. It's easy to get to the colosseum via metro. Excellent day.

Think we got the tour guide lottery in that mitch was fab! Engaging and interesting his level of knowledge was high. He took extra questions and engaged with speed and needs of the group. Great tour amazing tour guide!

Mircea and Radu are excellent tour guides! They are interesting, knowledgable and helpful. Yet, whilst these two tour guides are excellent and did everything right, the managers of the company are very rude and inefficient. Mircea and Radu deserve to work for a better company!
