Overview

Discover Rome without leaving a big carbon footprint with this Segway tour of the city center, led by a professional guide! You'll have your choice of all sorts of tour options long and short, with stops at some of the Eternal City's most fantastic piazzas, fountains, and buildings along with off-the-beaten sights not seen by the average tourist.

What to Expect
The Tour starts in Piazza del Popolo in the shadow of the Flaminio obelisk,
where our staff will conduct an introductory training session on using the Segways to ensure everyone is confident riding them, and continues through the gardens and historic city centre of Rome.

This tour starts with a “breath a fresh air” in the verdant heart of the city, Villa Borghese, and you’ll also discover the magnificent ancient monuments of the third largest park in Rome.

The Borghese Gallery is a treasure trove of great works of art by
the most famous Italian painters; from there you’ll continue on to the lake
and Piazza di Siena and the Pincio (Pincian Hill) with its breathtaking view
over the entire city.

Back down to the chaotic uproar of the city next, to visit the principal piazzas
of the historic centre and explore the alleyways of Campo Marzio, the imposing
Pantheon, the colonnade in Piazza di Pietra and the Fontana della Barcaccia
(fountain of the ugly boat) in Piazza di Spagna, at the foot of the famous
Spanish Steps.

Booked and paid online as they offered a different itinerary to the one we had done with a different company previously, around Villa Borghese and the beautiful grounds. We arrived early and the organisers were happy to bring forward our booking by 2 hours which...More

THE ONLY WAY TO TRAVEL IN ROME!!!

I was nervous because I'd never ridden a Segway. When we arrived, they taught me how to use it and gave me lots of time to ride around the Piazza Del Popolo to get comfortable. Gabrielle was our guide and we were lucky enough to...More

You may arrive early if you think you need more time to learn, but for our group, we did the training at the scheduled time for about 5mins since everyone felt comfortable right away. I think they wouldn’t start until... More

No, because every time he needs to say something important and point out something, you stop. But in the few times Gabriel said something while we were actually driving, we heard him fine because there were only 4 of us. I... More

For us, the other tour leaving at the same time was more popular than our two hour one, so I suppose it was just by chance that we had a tour guide to just the two of us. When we booked online, it said how many slots were... More
