Self-Guided Priority Access Colosseum Ticket and Free Self-Guided Vatican Quest
US$ 35.27
Overview
The Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill are among the most popular sites of interest in Rome, and entrance queues can be long. With your skip-the-line ticket — valid for two days from first use — avoid the queues and visit the sites at your leisure. See where brave gladiators fought at the Colosseum, imagine huge political gatherings at the Forum, and admire panoramic city views from the top of Palatine Hill.
What to Expect
Make your way to the main entrance of the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, or the Roman Forum between 8:30am and 3pm, then — with your skip-the-line ticket to hand, enter to begin your independent tour.

As you explore the sites at your leisure, discover the ancient Roman architecture for which Rome is famous and gain insight into thousands of years of history.

With no fixed itinerary and no restrictions on timings, beat the entrance queues and enjoy the freedom to explore Rome your own way. Your e-ticket is valid for two consecutive days, with one single entry permitted at each site.

Very misleading

This was advertised as Priority Access for the Colosseum and the Forum. However, the ticket did not get us any enhanced access; we had to wait in the same long lines as the rest of the tourists. A complete waste of money.

Dear morefamile, It seems that you just stood in the long public line with your ticket voucher instead of taking the initiative and walking to the front as your ticket voucher allowed. Thank you for your review, When In Rome Tours

Colosseum ticket

Complete waste of money. The 'Priority' tickets is a scam. The ticket simply allowed us to join the 2-3hr queue!! We didn't even get in to the Colosseum as it took too long!More

Dear Barry, Thank you for taking the time to review your tour. You seem to have summed up perfectly the ways of entering the Vatican Museum. The long line for general entry, and the shorter line for authorised tour operators. That said, there is an...More

Worth it

This was easy enough- just print and scan when you get there and you skip all the lines to buy tickets.

I believe there is an elevator. But I’m not sure. I do know that the ground is very uneven. It’s not going to be easy going. But, I would call or email the trip people directly and ask. They were pretty organized and... More
