- Please note: large bags, backpacks and suitcases are not permitted in the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Only small bags are allowed. Glass bottles and containers are also not allowed. Please do not bring these items with you on the day of your tour as there are no cloakrooms at the Colosseum
- Due to extreme weather conditions, the Colosseum Administration may limit access to some or all of the restricted areas (Colosseum, Arena Level and Third Tier), to ensure security of its visitors. No refund will be granted on these rare occasions
- UNDERGROUND AND ARENA: The access to the restricted areas of the Colosseum (Underground and Arena) may be shared among other participants in the our exclusive entry slot. At times, for safety reasons, logistics and traffic control, the group may be led by one guide. This choice is at the complete discretion of the Colosseum's administration and security policy of that day in accordance to adequate safety measures. Please be aware that this is only for 30/40 minutes of the total duration of the tour. Our max 6 people policy is guaranteed for the remainder of the duration of the tour.

One of the highlights of my trip to Rome! Helena was very knowledgeable and friendly. There's so much to see I think having a guide is essential to appreciate the history all around you. I highly recommend Liv Tours and make sure you opt for the ticket which includes access to the Colosseum underground!

We had a great experience with our guide Maria Helena. She is extremely knowledgable and passionate about Roman history and the Colosseum did not disappoint. I definitely recommend this tour as a "must do" while visiting Rome. Make sure you book this tour early as it sells out.

We absolutely loved our tour! Our guides name was Luca, he was brilliant. Full of knowledge, answered any questions we had and was passionate about what he does.
We cannot thank him enough for the special few hours that we had, we learned and saw so many things. We honestly can’t fault it, it was a highlight out of road-trip though Italy.
We would like to apologise for taking a while to respond with a review, we have been having a lot of fun on our travels ☺️

We had a great three hour tour Dario. He was very friendly and answered any questions we had about Roman history and the Coliseum. I would highly recommend this tour! The company gave great directions to find the guide for the day.

I was there in May and the underground portion of the tour was open then. Definitely, a must, if still open.
