We arrived at Napoli Centrale train station, and within a couple of minutes, Fabio, our driver, called us to let us know he was at the station waiting and told us where he was. That put us at ease. So we didn't have to rush with our luggage. Fabio then gave us a fabulous tour of Naples, especially the beautiful waterfront. He also took us to the best pizzeria in Naples. After an amazing pizza, we toured some more. He then drove us on a beautiful road though the mountains to our destination in Amalfi!. My wife and I want to thank Veronica, who coordinated everything so perfectly and to our driver Fabio for an amazing experience!

This summer I went to visit Pompei with my family .I booked on line with discovering Pompeii and we found Veronica.She also own a car company with her husband Vito .The tour in Pompeii was amazing,the history come alive and we walked with her for over 2 hours.She is very knowledge about all the amazing fact that happened durin the eruption,she also explained the history of herculaneum the other town that also was largely destroyed by the eruption as well .All in all we had a fantastic day and now we know a lot of more about of what happened during the eruption. I highly recommend Discovering Pompeii!! This was one of our highlights in Italy. We booked a driver, who picked us up just outside the cruise ship. He messaged upon arrival, drove us to Pompeii directly to our own private guide. The guide was fantastic. So knowledgeable! Much more enjoyable with a private tour than a ton of people with an ear piece in. After our tour ended, we were brought to the same spot for pick up and a return to our ship. It was an excellent morning!! Pretty affordable for our group of 6, as well.

We had an amazing time Discovering Pompeii w our guide, Vera Astuni!! She was very interesting, knowledgeable, friendly and made a perfect guide for us to enjoy and understand all we were taking in! She connected us with our driver at the end and it was a wonderful experience!

Our Guude Vera was very helpful and communicated ahead of our ship arrival date to schedule ferry times and tickets. One of our group relied on a cane, and Vera immediately assisted,. She was very knowledgeable and mindful of the heat, crowds and proactively secured or taxis, and a great spot for lunch. The ISLE Of CAPRI was beautiful!

Our guide Veronica was great! She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She also did a great job navigating us around the large tour groups to find isolated spots to show us close up a lot of the fine details we would have missed. We would recommend this to anyone planning to visit Pompeii!

Veronica was great! We did the 3 hour walking tour of Naples and she knew all the right stops and so knowledgeable of the area. I wish I would have booked a longer tour with her.

Veronica is charmingly loquacious and intelligent, a font of knowledge which she enthusiastically shares as we glide around Pompei and Herculaneum. I thoroughly enjoyed the Herculaneum Tour with Vera as my dedicated guide. We left Naples early and arrived on site before it got busy. The tour was customized and fascinating. I had visited Pompeii last year and found the differences that Vera was able to explain to me really interesting. I would highly recommend this tour, for a personalized, stress-free and very educational experience. Vera is also good fun, which made it all the more enjoyable!

Veronica is an amazing and passionate guide who has such a wealth of knowledge not just of Pompeii but of the entire region! The history (also pre-roman) including political and geological context was very clearly explained. My daughter is learning about Greek and Latin mythology and she and Veronica could not stop talking about the various stories that came up in fresco's and statues. What was originally meant as a 2 hour guided tour ended up being a full morning of great conversations and passionate storytelling that really helped us visualize and understand life in Pompeii. Now we finally know where the red horn is really coming from 😀.
