Meet your bilingual guide at 10am at the Valencia School of Rice and Paella, and walk together to the Central Market for a guided tour. Spend around an hour exploring the bustling market and purchasing the necessary ingredients for your cooking class.
Around 11am, return to the kitchen and learn the process of cooking a real Valencia Paella (the original Paella), which you will then cook for yourself. Relax and have fun as you cook with your group and pick up tips and techniques from an expert chef.
During the cooking process, enjoy a tasting of Valencia white wine served with a traditional appetizer. When the paella is ready, sit down and enjoy the fruits of your labor, accompanied by Valencian red wine, a selection of traditional starters and a scrumptious dessert.
At the end of the class, you will receive a diploma certifying your new cooking skills. Your tour ends at the cooking school at approximately 2:30pm.
