- 728mariew0 contributionsSickness after visiting August 24Been here lots of times but usually in May not August, so a lot busier than usual but to be expected. Love the rides found the staff on the rides very friendly. Unfortunately the water did burn your throat, something I haven't noticed on previous visits. 6 hours after leaving both my son and daughter were being violently sick for the entire night. I would be interested to hear from you as to what regular water tests are in place. We now have a very uncomfortable few days whilst my children make a full recovery. Not the end to our holiday we expected/wanted. For your information and to check your water testing results we visited on 29th August 2024.Written 30 August 2024
- Avril F0 contributionsStaff so rude!!Ive read all the reviews on this place and yes it was busy and we queued for over 2 an half hr for the cyclone! But the rest of the slides the queues weren't that bad , the park is quite big so its spread out and we went mid august on a hot day! The thing that did it for me were the VERY RUDE STAFF at the food station , in fact ive never been anywhere in my life where staff have been do rude, you definatly need to teach your staff some customer service!! And its an absolute joke having to pay all that to get in then €8 for a sun lounger !!Written 29 August 2024
- robsto340 contributionsTerribleAbsolutely terrible. Booked for the 3-8pm slot. Arrived at around 3.30- left at 4.45. Far, far too busy, couldn’t get a locker to put stuff in and queues were over an hr for most of the slides. Water was terrible quality in the main pool, myself, wife and kids all wanted to leave and return to the hotel pool. We expected it to be quite busy but we thought attended late afternoon would be better but was a complete waste of money and time. A waste of about €120 euro. Would recommend you avoid or be prepared for long waits, no locker and possibly ear infections.Written 25 August 2024
- Sarahjane080 contributionsDon't waste your money! Not impressed at all my 14 and 13 year old boys asked to leave after an hour as the water was so dirty looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. Also not impressed you had to pay for floats, sun loungers, locker phone cover etc when you get in. Lockers should be a tag rather than a code you lock everything away and then get given a piece of paper to carry around🤦♀️ Ques far to long. Won't be going back, not worth the money.Written 25 August 2024
- Tourist122955903250 contributionsWe hated this placeThis place was horrible. Waiting 3 hours for the Cyclone that wasn't even that good. The Vertigo was so bad my cousin got in it and he still has the mark. The blue Big Bang water slide there was a woman flying she almost died on a normal day. The Zig Zag left us without a breath. And the water was salt water that had plastics and it is so bad cared my legs where itching for 2 straight days. I could see people in pistas blandas hurted. This place is not recommended.Written 22 August 2024
- 2betrusted0 contributionsReally only a money machineIf you want to pay 124 euro (best price online) for 2 adults and 2 children and want to stay in the water for a whole day you are good. However if you plan to eat, go to WC or simply just relax on a sunbed your smile will disappear. Toilets are really old and dirty. I choosed to take the pain and wait to I got back to my hotel. After paying 124 euros they actually also want a lot of money to use a sunbed. And the food. Oh my god. The food and beverage operation doesn’t have any (good) leadership. It is all about making money. They have no interest in happy customers. They know we will buy from them anyway. Security: Keep your belongings close to you every second. Someone stole from us and our friends watched people trying to empty their bags, but managed to stop them. There are no people trying to make sure things are secure. Uniteds you are in water. There they have plenty of guards. So… good luck.Written 13 July 2024
- Missydw20220 contributionsNot a very nice experienceWater is extremely salty, put us off wanting to do any rides. Water freezing cold. Lots of places to just sit and lounge. Changing facilities, lockers, and option to water proof your phone, but this will cost you and is not reusable.Written 7 July 2024
- Resort7554700 contributionsTo many hidden costsNever have I been to a waterpark where there are so many extra's, Pay extra for sunloungers then an extra 12euros each to hire inflatable ring to go on lazy river it is a joke. Hire a locker which I did expect to be fair. Not that many rides. I was quiet disappointed in the place overall.Written 13 June 2024
- Andy101090 contributionsIf you’re used to good water parks, avoid this. The whole place prioritises money making over safety over customer experience. The park was very underwhelming and on a quiet September’s day we were in and out after getting bored in just under 1.5h. Tips: - you can take food and drink with you, the park food is relatively cheap but absolutely awful. £5 for a microwave pizza the size of a small plate and nearly 50% is crust, the topping all falling off in the first bite. - you can enter and re-enter the park as many times as you like, just get a stamp on your hand. If you do this you can maybe use your car as your locker as you can park close. - don’t use the lockers at the entrance on the right, they’re busy and in a bad location. There are lockers in the centre of the park all over the place that are quiet and in much better locations for ease of access. - the locker code will be printed for you on a piece of paper, ensure you’re good with memory of a random 6 digit code and a random 3 digit locker number. Spread the memory load across your group if not, you can’t pick which locker or which code you get. - most of the toilets don’t have locks, male or female - if you’re going out of august busy times, only go as a group of 4. You cannot ride the 4 person rides without 4 people, they do not let you wait in the queue for another group of 2 to turn up, they insist you must exit the ride line area and go to find another 2 people - we didn’t manage this. We did not see one group use the group rides at all thanks to this policy. - expect poor levels of safety, we saw several people receiving serious medical attention, which is worrying as this is the park where somebody broke their neck during COVID and they refused to act on it, before they were sued by the Spanish government. - the lazy river is pointless, you need to buy a tube for it, therefore it was totally empty of people and just looked sad. - you can only sit on concrete. There are no benches as they want you to pay to sit on a lounger. - many people are dirty there, maybe the time of year but certain types of people were constantly spitting on the floor and you could see snot everywhere. Wear water shoes - but you have to take water shoes off on all rides for no good reason.Written 26 September 2023
- Drhares0 contributionsGreat family day outWe visited as a family (2 x adults, 2 children 7 & 5) I'd read about some of the negative reviews so was hoping for the best, and we certainly got the best. We bought tickets online in advance. Got there when the park opened and went straight in. Lockers are €6 or €9 to rent for the day. No big deal really. Yes you get a 6 digit pin on a piece of paper, we used a biro to write it down elsewhere (towel label) so we didn't lose it. The slides were all fantastic. Loads of ranges to suit loads of ages. My youngest lived the splash area. One slight disappointment was that we measured my elder child at 127cm before we went. A lot of the bigger slides you have to be 125cm. Sadly she was coming up just short on their measuring sticks. However you could take the view that this is a good thing from a health and safety point of view. Staff were all well trained and safety conscious. I suffered a bit of bruising from some of the fiercer slides, but it's a thrill experience, there's always going to be risk of that. We didn't experience any queue, at all. The longest we waited for any ride was cyclone which was about 10 minutes. However we visited at the end of September the day before they were due to close for winter. The place was clearly set up to take a lot more visitors, and I shudder to think what it must be like in the high season. All of the pools and slides use salt water, but from an environmental point of view that's fine by me. Overall a fantastic day out and will definitely go back. I'll certainly try again to avoid the busiest time thoughWritten 24 September 2023
- Jacob C0 contributionsFun, but can be priceyLots of fun and thrilling attractions with plenty of variety for anyone. Big adventurous slides as well as kids areas and a few more relaxing attractions, like the jacuzzi and lazy river. Seemed a bit pricey compared to other waterparks I've been to, especially with food prices, the 6€ for a small locker, paying to rent a sunbed, and the fact you have to rent rubber rings for the lazy river (not any of the other rides though). Also bear in mind the park uses salt water which can be irritating to the skin, nose and eyes, but there are a few freshwater showers scattered about. We went in the morning in early September and wait times were never more than 15 minutes.Written 8 September 2023
- simono2390 contributionsWorth the money, queues need sorting. The whole park is huge. We were a family of 4, Inc 2x teenagers. Paid €36 in advance and beat the long pay at the gate queues already forming before 10am when the park opens. As others have said you don't have to rent a sunbed for €6 there are plenty of green spaces to set up camp. Lockers are available, we had one large enough for an airline hand luggage holdall with plenty of room to spare for €9 to store valuables. Electronic wrist bands are available to link to a method of payment if your away your locker and need to purchase a drink/food. The rides are great, I've done plenty of European water/thrill parks and there's plenty here to keep you occupied and the adrenaline pumped. Queue times, add 50% to what the board says. We took 3 hours for Cyclone for the 90 ish seconds it took to reach the bottom, but it was one hell of a ride, more excitement than the red Vertigo slide [25ish min queue]. Overall clean, staff bilingual in most cases, felt safe, had fun, missed loads, would defo return. We didn't buy food in the park, a pint of drinkable beer was €3.90 from memory, which converted into GBP wasn't a bad price.Written 11 August 2023
- JRZ19970 contributionsWorth a visitWorth a visit, the park is huge and has a great selection of rides and places to relax if you are not a thrill seeker. The park has a variety of rides ranging from the lazy river through to the vertical drop which is for hardened thrill seekers, however something to suit all people of all ages/abilities. I would recommend visiting this park, it’s a great day out for children of all ages with children’s pools for younger children and slides and rides for older/more confident swimmers. Many people have stated that it’s expensive/hot/crowded etc, I went in the height of summer on a weekend and it was busy yes- but it wasn’t that bad, the longest we had to queue was 45 minutes for the cyclone ride but some of the rides were a few mins max Pros- 1)lifeguards were great and spoke English, selection of rides- so many to chose from as mentioned earlier to suit all needs 2)drinks/food was really good value for money considering it was a waterpark!! 3)great fun filled day out Cons- 1)wait time for some of the rides, however to be expected given the season and peak holiday times 2)having to pay for the sun loungers (however it wasn’t a bad price- 9€) 3)finally the only other thing I would say is car park is not sheltered so cars get very hot in the summer heat. 4) have to hire lockers (6€) however these are not really needed if you can place your bag under your sun lounger Things to note- 1) the park uses sea water so it’s salted, so people who are adverse to salt water need to be aware of this in advance as it can come as a shock if expecting chlorine water. 2) Take flip flops/shoes/sliders, and then just leave them at the bottom of the slides as the floor is burning hot in the sun so be warnedWritten 5 August 2023
- Mark H0 contributionsAvoid in peak seasonHuge water park with some amazing slides and water based fun for both adults and kids. However, even though we got an offer still cost about €100 for two adults and two kids, so not a cheap day out! Got there and discovered they then charge €6 per sun lounger. Absolute rip off! The other big issue was the queues. They absolutely pack people in, so had to queue for 40 mins for Zig-Zag slide and didn't even bother with one of the biggest slides (blue and white one on a ring) as queue was huge and not much fun in 30c heat with limited shade. If the water park hadn't been so packed would have been a great day but poor value for money in peak season given the crowds.Written 26 July 2023
- Ace C0 contributionsHorrible sea water/Accesive waiting timesI visited this waterpark toady with my family.. We started off with getting sun beds but you have to pay? Then we wanted to go on the slides... the new slide the 4 person one had a 3 hour queue already and the other little slides had accessive queue times and it was super busy... Also the water is salt water? At a waterpark... My sons eyes where going red. Do not come here it is such a scam really not worth the money couldn't get on barely any slides. Won't come again!Written 19 July 2023

A group of adult friends and I visited Aqualand on a recent trip (this being the second time we’ve visited over the years) and found it on this occasion to be very disappointing.
The queues were consistently very long, meaning a 30 minute plus wait for every attraction, often in lines with no social distancing (although you are waiting outside so not too much of a problem). The attractions that you didn’t have to wait for such as the wave pool and jacuzzi areas were completely rammed and you were side by side other groups throughout.
The changing rooms and bathrooms were also extremely busy and felt unclean - with the humidity in these areas, and lack of social distancing it felt actually unsafe.
The large lockers had also run out so we instead had to pay more for smaller lockers.
In our previous experience (a June visit) the park had been a lot quieter and more enjoyable, so I would not recommend visiting in peak summer holiday times - as a quieter park would have made the experience a lot more enjoyable.
Overall I wouldn’t travel out of your way to visit, although would say it was better in less busy months.

Visited here with a coach company trip whilst on holiday with my partner and our son. Park opened at 10 yet we arrived on the coach at 11:15, the park closed at 8 yet we were picked up at 5pm. I read reviews before we went and they were poor but I thought maybe it was bit exaggerated. Nope they were spot on. The park was rammed full of people! All the undercover picnic seats were taken by towels and bags leaving just sun beds available with no shade as out of all the rows of sun beds only 1 row had parasols and of course they were taken. People were pitching up on bits of grass inbetween the trees amongst the mud to try and get shade with their children. The weather was around 38 the day we went so having no shade was awful. Sun beds were 6€ each, we stayed a little while on one but moved around as we needed shade and didn’t want our bags left. lockers were 5€ each which we didn’t use. All expected until they want money for you to use the rings to go on certain slides. So you’ve paid a stupid amount of money to get in there and to use the slides you’ve gotta pay? Oh and the queues went from 45 mins to 2 hours especially for the cyclone slide! My partner and son went on 2 slides that were free then we spent our time in the wave pool, jacuzzi which was amazing and the lazy river which you walk around. Jacuzzi is in a huge area with plenty of seats to sit in for the jacuzzi and there’s a little waterfall area. Lazy river is great, nice little current pushing you along. Can take rings in there but it was mostly just people walking and bobbing along relaxing. The park is beautiful, so much there and even a section for the small children with little slides. The amount of people which isn’t accommodated for and having to pay extra are what killed it for us. Don’t think we’d return to this one.

Make no mistake, we had a great time here but forewarned is forearmed so here goes:
1. Save money by buying your ticket elsewhere other than on the door. I used a company called All About Town and saved considerably.
2. Don't be naiive enough to think that's the end of your spending either. They don't advise you beforehand but if you want to use a locker, this will cost you another 8 Euros each (2 of this refundable) - and another 5 Euro each if you wish to use a sun lounger! Strangely, although I was a single adult with 2 children with me, I was not able to pay for 3 sun loungers either. I had to pay for 2 or 4!
3. Also not advised beforehand ... the main attraction "Cyclone" is a 4 person ride. That is EXACTLY 4 persons - no more and no less. The group must have a combined weight of between 180kg and 320kg too. These restrictions do make perfect sense as the inflatable needs to be balanced - but if you don't have exactly 4 people they won't allow you on. In these days of Coronavirus, they won't allow smaller groups to wait at the entrance until another smaller group comes along to bundle together either. Its 4 or nothing!
4. Similarly, the "Black Hole" attraction is a 2 person ride.
5. The points above a purely to advise what I found so you can go "ready". As previously stated, we had a GREAT day here. Other than 2 restrictive rides there is plenty else to do and I wholly recommend it.

A brilliant fun packed, full day out!
We purchased the tickets before reading some of the previous negative reviews, none of which resonated with our experience. Just for the record, none of the reviews added 8th August mention that it was a Bank Holiday in Spain which would have made it busier.
There are loads of slides/rides to suit every age group and plenty of chill out attractions along the way, Amazon Adventure, Big Wave Pool, Niagara Falls, Jacuzzi Zones X 2, Cliff Jumping etc. The more high-octane attractions do have bigger queues but they were well managed, orderly and moved pretty quickly. The longest we queued for was about 30 minutes for the Zig-Zag Slide, which was well worth it. We didn't go on the Cyclone so I can't comment on the queue size.
One thing that I would like to mention is how polite and friendly the staff were, with a special commendation to Soraya, who assisted us with the park payment wristbands with fast, friendly efficient service. There are also a lot of lifeguards on duty, about one every 30 metres.
We took our own food so I can't comment on the price or quality of it apart from noticing there are plenty of places selling it.
Some earlier reviews discuss the availability of lockers and the fact you have to pay for them. You pay for lockers at most local swimming pools back home so €5 for a full day is very reasonable, plus they are very secure. You do have to memorise a 6 digit code to access it though. We got there about 10:30am, there were no family lockers available but we didn't need one, you can fit 2 medium sized bags in a regular locker.
Many previous reviewers complain that they paid to waterproof their phone only to be told they couldn't take them on the slides. Would you really want to jump into a pipe of water traveling at 40mph clutching your £600+ smartphone? What do you think would happen?
In agreement with some of the previous reviews, it is very warm in Spain in August and the floor does get hot. You can walk around in bare feet by walking in the shady spots or on the grass. You can't have any footwear on the slides and you don't want to be worrying about losing them.
Overall a highly recommended day out but don't forget the factor 50 though!

Last went here 20 years ago and enjoyed my visits, reading these last reviews I was a definitely concerned however we were prepared for visiting a large theme park and were organised.
We arrived at 09.20 for a 10am open, we had also preordered our tickets. This meant we were in a good position in the queue and because we preordered we skipped the payment line. We entered the park at 09.45 and went straight up to Niagra area as recommended by another traveller, paid for lockers and sun lounger with ease and you could have got a lounger or table until about lunch time without issue. This gave us a base for the day.
We went on about 5 rides by 11am including zigzags and black hole as was very quiet, after this we did the rapids 4 or 5 times no more than a 20 minute queue each time, big bang and splash a few times again no more than 10 mins. We didn't get to do cyclone as the queue was over an hour but that was our choice we could have gone on it first.
We brought our own food because of reviews but bought a couple of beers which was reasonably priced for inside a theme park.
We tried various other rides and pools, my whole family loved it including our 11 year old, left around 6pm absolutely knackered.
The life guards were top drawer always on the case and I was super impressed with them especially on the rapids
Queues were better than expected and certainly less than any theme park in UK in summer hols, my only sadness was we didn't manage to get any discount vouchers before the day so paid full price.
A great day all around and we will definitely go back

We booked online with Get your Guide the day before you get a discount and it was about €26 each for 10am to 8pm there is an afternoon price 3-8pm I think it was is a few euro cheaper each, it is cheaper to get tickets online before you go to even from your website. You show your ticket on your phone to the gate staff. We arrived here it was €6 for a locker, 2 sizes small €6 or €9 for a big locker, you get a receipt with a 6 digit code you have to remember or take a photo or write it down we wrote it on the map you can pick up. You can buy a waterproof case for €6 and a lanyard for €3, you can’t use again you seal it in a machine. Better to get one at Ale Hop shop for €3 but we didn’t. Just a tip for next time.
You can’t take glasses/sunglasses on the slides only in the pool and jacuzzi which is a pain if you can’t see with no glasses on 🙈. The water at the bottom of the slides are mostly salt water just a warning same in the pool and jacuzzi.
The best slide in our eyes is Cyclone and The Black Hole, there are 3 slides you use rings on Cyclone is 4 people only you can ask a lifeguard can you join another group of 2 but the rings are for 4 people minimum, there is a weight of 340kg for the whole group.
The Black Hole is for 2 people, The Rapids you use a ring on this is for 1 person, beware to keep your bum high as you can bang it on the floor of the dips/slide and hold on tight as you bang into others and your feet hit the sides. Lifeguards help you down.
Cyclone has a big wait at times we waited 40 mins but you get sprayed by jets as you wait. Do not let go and the heaviest person/s go opposite each other one facing backwards and one forwards then you get spun round in the ring and face the other way. It is high up so beware if you don’t like heights don’t look 👀 down.
You have to pay €6 for a ring to use in the lazy river and €9 for a sun bed and €6 for an umbrella ☂️. There are plenty of grass parts to put a towel and bag on, which is safe.
A big bottle of water is €3.50 and small €2.50, food is about right for a water/theme park about €5 for fries.
There are showers with doors and changing rooms no doors in the changing room and toilets which we got changed in. Very clean.
You have to get a ticket at the booth to use at the bar/food place. You hand it into the staff next to it, there is a self service food place also, there is a gift shop which sells sandals and sweets/gifts.
Wear swim shoes or take sandals/flip flops/crocs to the bottom of the queue of slides as the floor can be hot. The slide with the mats you have to slide down on your belly on your knees first it’s called Big Bang Splash. It’s very high up.
Overall it was a fun day we got there for 11.30 and left around 4pm it was about a 30 minute from our hotel Levante Lux not sure 🤔 on taxi or bus prices but there was a bus stop there. We came as a family with teens 19 and 16.

The park itself was a good price! At the airport you could get a leaflet with a discount code which helped you to save a decent amount. It ended up at 25 euros a person.
We really enjoyed the variety at this water park. There were a good selection of slides of varying intensity’s. Me and my partner ended up trying most and highlights were the Big Bang (I think it was called) which was a cluster of different height slides. The Black Hole and Pista Blandas which was a gentle but hilarious slip and slide style.
Along with the flumes/slides there were various pools including a cool jacuzzi and wave machine. The downsides to this was the fact it was salt water which really gets in your eyes. The lazy river was disappointing…you had to pay additional money for a ring (which no one was really doing) and to be honest you didn’t gain much at all. I would recommend not bothering… as on the rides that need a ring, you get one provided and the lazy river can be swam and is pretty small.
There were several things you could pay more for but these weren’t important. One was a sunbed and this was fun to catch some rays in between the rides. If you don’t fancy paying though there are picnic areas to relax in and undercover plastic seating. Another was the lockers, which again whilst is handy isn’t essential if you get a member of your party to watch belongings or you don’t take important ones in.
The food is standard theme park food, not the best quality and overpriced but pretty nice still! If you don’t want to buy it, just bring your own picnic. I had a simple New York hotdog and chips which was actually really yummy.
There are cute picture opportunities which is a nice souvenir of the day. We bought one with the mascot, that we got taken on the way in.
I would recommend this water park to couples, families and anyone that enjoys being a big kid. There’s something for everyone!

As expected for peak summer. Queue times got longer as the day went on, come for 10am.
Didn't get get on cyclone - estimated queue time of 2hr! Got on everything else, max queue time we experienced was 40 mins, mostly 10 - 20 mins.
Bring your own lunch, don't bother waterproofing your phone, you can't take it on the slides anyway. Bring a pen and write your locker passcode on your arm (it gets printed off on paper which lasts about 10 seconds in a waterpark).
Be prepared and you'll have a good time. Chance a visit and you'll be disappointed.

Welcome to hell on Earth…I visited in Aug 2022 with 12,00 other swimmers on a very hot day!
The entry fee at the gate was 35 euros per person. You then have to pay for rings 5E sun beds 6E, and lockers 8E if you want them!!
The paths are like lava - sliders essential unless you want 3rd degree burns! This means carrying your sliders down each water ride!
All tables & chairs were towelled up by 10am.
All chairs under shade were towelled / bagged up by 10:10am.
The “attractions” were average at best with long, long queues!!
The pools (wave pool, jacuzzi pool, lazy river - free to walk the lazy river or if you are really lazy - you could hire a rubber ring for 5E!!!) were enjoyable….& no queues!
The rapid river ride was a slow ride…all rubber rings hit bottle necks on every level of the “ride” lifeguards had to come into the ride on each stage to clear the bottlenecks!
I declined the return discount ticket on the way out!

Visited a couple of days ago with 5 friends. Entry price is around 40 euros each. You are first met with the purchasing of a locker (8 euros), you are given an automatically generated code for the locker that's printed out on a paper receipt. This is ridiculous as its never lasting in a waterpark - it then suggests to take a photo of your code to remember it then 'waterproof' your phone in an airtight bag which also costs a fee (what it doesn't mention is that you cannot take your waterproof phone on any of the water rides) Such a poorly thought out method and costly at that too.
Almost every locker was taken on arrival and the sun loungers were occupied too. Interestingly you have to purchase a sun lounger and its one lounger per person too.
You have to buy a rubber ring for 10 euro to get on some things which only refunds you 2 euro of the deposit back. This gives you a band which is non transferrable so again, you have to rent one per person.
Every member of my party has complained about back pain after any of the chutes. Very painful trying to sleep and sit comfortable on a flight home too
Some queues were 2hr long with a complete lack of coverage from the sun, waited 20 mins before deciding that a 20 second thrill was not worth the sunburn or wait.
This place is a literal money pit, they don't care about customer satisfaction.
Honestly, avoid at all costs - we couldn't wait to leave!
