Had a fantastic trip with a really knowledgeable tour guide for all things Roman in Cartagena. Roman arena was highlight of tour. Enjoyed white wine and lovely local delicacies at end of tour.

We really enjoyed this walking tour. The guide was really knowledgeable and interesting. She was very thoughtful to those who were less mobile. We enjoyed all the sites we visited. It was a great way to see a lot with limited time on shore from our cruise ship. We would recommend this tour.

Nice walk through the city with some history and tasty tapas. Sitting at the bars taking in the local color was my favorite part. The entire city was rebuilt a hundred years ago so there wasn’t a lot of historic sites. Bruno made the most of it.

Bruno did a great job, wealth of knowledge and very personable. He kept on time and answered all questions, great beer or Sangria and Tapas

We were originally scheduled for the three tapas experience however we were the only two booked because our cruise ship made an emergency stop in Cartagena. The company notified us immediately and gave us an offering of either taking the room and Empire tour or the three tapas experience later on in the afternoon; we chose to do the Roman Empire tour, which was at the same time as our original booking. Mello was our tour guide. He was well-versed on the Cartagena history and the evolution of the Roman Empire. We went to the room and Empire museum, which was included in the tickets and enjoyed a thorough explanation of how the theater was built and by whom. Ended with tapas at a local restaurant and was very tasty.

What a great little tour. It was super easy to find, right at the port. The three places all offered great sinks and lovely tapas. The tour guide was informative and lead us on a wonderful tour with lots of information.

Loved the Roman theater! Funny fact the Roman emperor statues have a replaceable head spot since the attrition rate on emperors was high!

A great combination of food and culture. Bruno was a great guide and the details about the area along with a little break now and then for food and drink made for the perfect variety of experience. Suitable for both adults and kids. Highly recommend.

Excellent tour, very informative. Really brought the city to live for us. Gave us good tips on where to go for a alocal coffee afterwards.

Bruno was a very good guide. He took us to very interesting places and gave us very good explanations. The tapas stops were fun. A fun way to explore and enjoy Cartagena. Bruno told us how to access the Roman theatre ( you go underground via a museum of Roman items) and this was an amazing experience.

Great tour. Melo was very very knowledgeable. The tapas stops are a nice touch. Drinks included. If I’m Cartagena I’d do it again.

We did this 3 tapas tour instead of the Roman museum tour because on Mondays the museums are closed. We were disappointed at first thinking we would miss information about the influence of the Romans. How wrong we were. We had Bruno Moreno our excellent guide take us to the Roman excavations in Cartagena plus stop at three very interesting bars/restaurants. His food and drink recommendations were fabulous as were the stories and history he provided about each spot. Such a charming city!! We had trouble finding parking and more trouble paying for it that made us almost 20 minutes late. Bruno waited for us and was so gracious. Thank you so much Bruno. An excellent day for these Canadians!!

Great tour by Bruno, the highlight of our trip - really enjoyed it. We were a bit unsure if the tour was going ahead as this was Christmas Eve, but Bruno was there at 10am waiting for us. Also don’t be alarmed if you weren’t coming off a cruise ship- we weren’t!
