Great way to see the sights of Gibraltar
This was a great tour. The tour was by small bus, the driver was friendly and informative. There was much to see on the tour, it was well managed and at a good pace. This proved to be a very good way to tour the sights of Gibraltar. It would be impossible to see everything on the tour walking or on a bicycle. And forget about renting a car here, that would be very impractical. The pick up spot was a bit hard to find and a good walk from the port, but not really a problem.

      Worthless Gibraltar Tour
The tour was useless as it is rushed with limited spots where the van stopped. At WW2 tunnel 20 minutes allotted time was grossly inadequate and so we had to walk back climbing down many many steps. Better to take cable car than using this tour by Blands Travel.

      More than Monkeys
Fascinating tour with an articulate and informative Gibraltar native. The bus driver was also very accommodating. The cavern was impressive to see, as were the WWII underground tunnels. Monkeys were a hoot! I had no idea there was so much to Gibraltar. Captivating tour!

Started of with being over 30 mins late to start the tour. Driver was good and gave us information about Gibraltar. Tour was very rushed and really didn’t give you a good sense of what you were seeing. We spent ten mins in st Michael's caves. Not nearly enough time, to see this wonderful place. Then parked up for 15 mins to see the monkeys, which was great, but a lot of others in the same space. Then got dropped off at the tunnels, 30 mins untill picked up again. Felt we had to rush or miss our car back. As it was that was late as well. Overall an average trip.

      Wow!!
This trip lasts about 2 hours, cost us £25 each and was well worth it. We sailed about 15mins into the Gib bay area on the look out for the resident pods of dolphins. We didn't have to wait long before we saw them. Fantastic to see them swimming along with the boat or jumping the wakes of other boats. We even got a glimpse of a shoal of Tuna feeding. Bonus.

      Good tour
Our tour took in, Europa point, St Michaels Caves and the Apes Den. We were dropped off at the Siege tunnels and walked down to the WW11 tunnels and the Moorish Castle, then bimbled down the steps into town. Gary, our guide was class and knew his stuff

      Short but thorough tour
We really enjoyed the 2 1/2 hour tour we took with Blands travel in a comfortable minibus van. St. Michael’s cave was spectacular. Great views from the top of the Rock. Saw the apes close up. Tunnels were impressive. Our driver guide Nicky was knowledgeable and friendly and happy to answer questions. Though the time was short we felt we got to see the key sites and learned about Gibraltar.

      Great!
Really enjoyed the commentary from the tour guide and saw everything we wanted to see. We spent too much time at the first stop so didn’t have as much as as we would have like at the WWII tunnels

      Good 4 days
Went for a few days to see if it had changed much in the 47 years since I went last , Main street not changed much ( no haggling now) but the rest is unrecognisable now , Glad we went but probably not going to return. People are so friendly

Pre paid cable car tickets are no quicker - get a bus tour which can be our shaded when there .
Don’t believe that if you buy a ore paid ticket on line that you are fast tracked as we still had to queue 2.5 hours to collect the prepaid ticket .Also it was hot and cramped in the cable car and you saw little going up. It was a tiring stressful option which gave us little time to explore once up there. From my experience and from talking to others whilst in Gibraltar the bus tours were the best option for a similar price per person as you get the views on the way up and they stop along the way for you to explore the attractions which unless you had all day up the rock and are very fit to manage steep inclines and hundreds of steps , were actually a long walk away from the cable car. Also we purchased 4 cable car tickets included entrance to nature reserve and 1 ticket only to enter nature reserve in order to walk up. The entrance points were different but all tickets could only be redeemed at the same time and not from the different entrance points so I recommend different transactions if purchasing tickets in order to have your own QR code as it couldn’t be shared .

      Extremely late start time
Our tour was supposed to start at 12:30 and we waited over 35 mins for people which cut our tour time down dramatically. Our tour guide tried to get us out to no avail from his boss. Completely unacceptable and I feel like we should've been partially refunded. I would absolutely not recommend your tour at all if you want your from time at all sites since we had to skip things.

Great whistle stop tour of Gibraltar
A great whistle stop tour of Gibraltar, covering St Michaels Cave (amazing / must visit) and the World War 2 Tunnels. Great if you want a quick 2 1/2 blast around Gibraltar but may not be detailed enough if you want a full days experience. Thanks to Angel our host, very friendly / funny and knowledgeable!

      Gibraltar Rock Tour
Overall the tour was good. The good points were; The guide (Angle) was very knowledgeable, funny and charismatic. He accommodated all of us on the tour really well. The minibus was clean and not too noisy while driving around. There were some surprises on the tour, as in we had access to an additional place on the rock, not listed in the description. Also with this tour you could stay on the rock afterwards, so you weren't tied to coming back with the guide, whereas some tours had to return with their guide. The less good points were; Directions tot he meeting point could have been better. Using Google maps it was hard to tell the entrance to the coach park was actually on a road you had to go down to via stairs, rather than follow a path. We had to wait for 2 people to arrive. There was no contact with them, so the guide decided to wait well beyond the advertised set off time. Not sure why they didn't have a cut off if people were late. The last thing is, the time at each attraction was too short. We had about 20 mins at each place that was just a fleeting stop. But with our limited time on the rock it was understandable.

if you're interested in the history of Gibraltar , don't miss out on this. . Their " office" is in Cathedral Square , very easy to find and we were quoted £31 , which is good value as this includes the entrance fee to all 4 stops . The driver , Dennis Lopez , a Gibraltarian , was highly experienced and most clued up as even before reaching out first destination he was informing us of EVERYTHING " on the route , and it was all interesting stuff . We stopped at The Pillars of Hercules , The Caves of St Michael, The Macaque nature Reserve and the mountain tunnels . The whole trip takes about 1 and a half hours.

I wouldn't be able to complain in any way about anything: the pickup location was very easy to find. I was immediately welcomed and finding the right bus was trivial. They are small modern coaches with heating and cooling, the comments come loud and clear through the speakers, the windows are clean and transparant.
The driver is also the guide, a living encyclopedia of all things Gibraltar: his explanations were informative, but at no time boring. Funny because of the many little local stories.
I'm not sure how he manages to both drive this coach in these steep and narrow streets while explaining, but he surely does.
If you have only two hours to spend, I'd recommend without reserve.

it was a fine tour, if a bit rushed. I was taken to Europa Point and St Michaels cave and the rock itself. I paid for the more expensive trip but I'd recommend going with the cheaper option as there seems to be no difference in what you get

To start with the driver was 40 minutes late when to drive across the whole island takes 10 minutes. We got to our first stop and me and my partner fancied getting a coffee from the cafe that was next to us. Whilst my partner was waiting for her coffee to get delivered our driver (Francis) very rudely told me that the bus was leaving and I very politely said “my partner is just waiting for her coffee to be made, she will be 2 minutes at the most” he demanded that she leaves the cafe and got on the bus to which I was forced to tell him not to speak to me with such a tone and allow her 2 minutes to get her coffee. Almost immediately after finishing what I was saying my partner was in view walking back to the van and once again the driver demanded us that he would drive off. Once we had brought a coffee and a snack the driver very rudely told us we couldn’t eat or drink on the bus which in my opinion should of been mentioned before driving.
For the duration of the tour the driver was very dull and boring with giving us all the facts along the route and to be very honest we had much better experiences with taxi drivers giving us historical facts just going for place to place, much more interesting experience.
Lastly we paid to go to the war tunnel to practically go caving however there was a power cut which means we weren’t able to do it, nobody’s fault these things happen. Our driver however was very rude immediately saying it’s not his problem. He did suggest us sitting down at a local castle however it was there for the public so clearly didn’t compensate the money we spent on the tunnels. I said I would like a refund and once again he very rudely told me it’s not his problem which is not something you expect to hear from a tour guide representing a company.
The day ended with the driver being very rude and aggressive to me when I told him I didn’t like his attitude and I was very disappointed with the experience.
100% would not recommend to anyone, get a taxi to take you everywhere I can Guarantee a much more pleasant experience!

It was a very informative 2-hr tour around Gibraltar and we did enjoy it. We visited the most famous and scenic spots in the city including The Upper Rock, Ape's Den, St Michael's Cave, the Strait and a few other spots. The driver was a good guide and the coach was ok.

If you plan on taking a cruise along the southern coast of Spain, make sure the cruise line visits Gibraltar. After you get off the tram & view the shore & airstrip with Spain in the distance, your tour guide will
walk with you into the tunnel system. The
history of the 48 miles of tunnels begins in
the 1700's thru WWI & WWII. It is amazing all the work done on the tunnels & water resovirs. After walking a couple miles of tunnels, we walked down to the cavern full of beautiful stalagmites & stalactites.
Colored lights bring out the beauty of the rock. From there you walk into St. Michael's
Cave which has 500 seats for concerts & light shows. This is absolutely amazing.

Throughly enjoyed our two hour tour of Gibraltar and saw things we would never have visited alone. The guide was kind and knowledgeable and took photos for us and shared personal experiences and a good history of the Rock.
Air conditioned bus which was great as it was 34C outside. The driver was so helpful when we could not find the pick up point and came to collect us at the last minute which was very very much appreciated.
COVID masks needed for the tour and hand sanitizer was provide each time we got back on the bus.

Arrived by bus with Juliá travels from Málaga and were lead up to the area with the mini-buses. We were loaded onto a bus and to or delight our driver was Paul who made our tour around the island more than enjoyable.

As a local, Paul was a natural guide who happily answered all questions and pointed out interesting things, funny things and important things throughout our drive around the Rock.

We made several stops, such as at Europa Point, St. Michael's Cave and Ape's Den but the tour did not feel rushed or anything. I would have liked to visit the Siege Tunnels again as I did as a teenager but I'm sure I will have more opportunities.

All in all a great tour! Thank you Paul!

Well worth taking the tour up “the Rock”.
David was an excellent driver and tour guide.
He provided lots of interesting commentary about Gibraltar. The views were amazing.
Going through St. Michaels Cave was spectacular. A special moment in the caves was our friends singing a shanty “Roll the Old Chariot”. The acoustics were stunning.
