Overview
Visit the inside of La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona with this morning tour. Head inside the famously unfinished church, designed by the great Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí, and discover the secrets behind this building. Check out the tree-like columns, rich decoration and stained glass windows; admire the religious symbolism of the facades; and learn about the history of this UNESCO World Heritage Site from your guide. Upgrade your ticket to include access to the tower.
Highlights
  • Exclusive, skip-the-line access to La Sagrada Familia
  • Enter the cathedral before the public for a more intimate experience
  • Get little-known background on the Roman Catholic cathedral’s unique history
  • Save up to two hours of waiting in line
  • Optional upgrade to the Tower on the Passion (extra charge)
What to Expect
Your morning begins right at La Sagrada Familia, where you’ll take a moment to admire the building’s dizzying, playful exterior. Skip the long lines already gathered outside and head inside, where you’ll have exclusive access to the cathedral before it has even opened to the public.
Walk down the cathedral’s five aisles that are shaped like a Latin cross and admire the Catalan masterwork from the inside. You can check out the bright stained glass windows and soaring ceilings at your leisure while your guide gives you background on Gaudí’s fascinating architectural inspiration. You’ll hear why construction on the cathedral was begun in 1882 but halted in 1926— and why it remains unfinished. But there’s no rush: you’ll also have time to explore on your own.
With an optional upgrade, you can have exclusive access to the Tower on the Passion facade, where after a short climb you’ll be treated with a spectacular panorama of the city.

Don't know. We were misdirected and couldn't locate our group until too late. No one would help us and not allowed to enter. Extremely disappointed.

We weren't given a choice. So, I'm not sure which one we actually went up. Whatever it was, it was totally worth it. But, walking down the spiral stairs was certainly not for the faint of heart.
