I booked the class on the rooftop while I was traveling across Spain and stayed in Sevilla for two days. The experience was excellent: the place with the view, the host Fernando and of course paella, which we have made with the group together. I highly recommend to try it if you are planning to go to Sevilla.

I did this activity with my mom, we LOVED it. Fernando was very personal, welcoming, and kind. He even made an available time for us to do this experience on the day that worked best for us because the other days wouldn't have worked. The paella was delicious and it was very authentic, plus it was one of the best views in all of Sevilla...by far one of my favorite experiences! highly recommend!

We had a great experience. I could not recommend this more! The rooftop has beautiful views - probably the best in the city! The host was prepared and lots of fun. We made paella and Sangria. There were also lots of fun surprises along the way. If you are in Sevilla - this is a must fo!

Thank you Fernando and Alfonzo for this truly instructive and tasting evening ! The view was amazing and we really enjoyed learning about Iberico ham and the technique for carving the ham. We especially took lots of pleasure in tasting the different parts of the ham as Alfonzo was cutting the entire piece. What a great evening in Seville and we would recommend this activity to anyone who is interested in learning more about iberico ham. New time, we will do the Paella experience ! As a couple from Canada (Québec), we are so glad that we took part in this amazing evening.

This was the first and best paella I had on our 2-week trip throughout Spain! There's something extra special about a home cooked meal prepared with care in good company that makes the food and experience unforgettable. Fernando was accommodating and very thoughtful of food allergies and prepared both alcoholic and non-alcoholic sangria for the guests. Other snacks, beer, wine, and water were offered and enjoyed while we helped cook. We use herbs from his patio garden and everything was fresh and delicious. The location was amazing! Great views all around! Fernando even told us a little bit about the area and explained what buildings and sites we could see from his patio. We chose the late night 9 - 11:30 option which was awesome because the cathedral was a beautiful backdrop to our dinner. the best part was meeting new people and getting to share stories, and feel like you're having dinner with old friends! Fernando is also sweet and humble and funny! he even surprised us with sweet treats and little gifts which made my birthday and another couple's honeymoon extra special! Thanks Fernando! I'm excited to use the recipes provided to make my own paella at home.

Wonderful instructors and great food with an unforgettable view. They’re extremely hospitable and helpful. An excellent experience that you have to do when visiting Sevilla!

What a fun evening! Amazing view, amazing drink, tapas, and dinner and I learned a family paella recipe! What could be better?!
