Excelente empresa de turismo
Realmente fueron dos excursiones maravillosas, las cuevas de Nerja y costa tropical, y la visita a La Alhambra. La atención y el servicio de la empresa es inmejorable. Quiero destacar la atención de Michel, el fue nuestro guía en la excursión de las cuevas de Nerja y costa tropical. Excelente persona, muy atento y con la experiencia de un guía de turismo ejemplar y con mucho conocimiento. Nuestro agradecimiento por los buenos momentos vividos. Desde Argentina.

Lamentable experiencia, por favor no contratar con Viator

El 12 de junio pasado contraté por Viator la excursión para el 19 de julio. El 17 de Julio me contacta, via mail el operador "Alhambra viajes SL - Granadavisión" para informarme el lugar de recogida y que al día siguiente se volvería a poner en contacto conmigo para acordar el horario. El 18 me llega del operador un correo informándome que la excursión se había cancelado. Lo que hasta ayer estaba OK,hoy se cancela? No entiendo.
Me dirijo hacia la oficina del operador en Granada y nos atiende una persona que ni siquiera estaba enterada de la situación; pone se mejor "cara de circunstancia", dice desconocer los motivos y no me ofrece solución alguna.
Desde Viator nos piden las disculpas del caso, nos informan que nos devolverán íntegramente lo abonado y se desentienden de la situación generada por un operador que trabaja para ellos.
Hasta el momento no había tenido inconvenientes jamás en ninguna excursión, tour o actividad contratada con Viator, por lo que hasta hoy estaba todo bien. El manejo de esta situación me pareció una falta de respeto total y las respuestas distaron muchísimo de lo que esperaba de una empresa con trayectoria; se comportaron como unos improvisados. Realmente MUY LAMENTABLE. Si tenían pensado contratar alguna actividad con Viator, por favor chequeen bien antes de pagar, porque cobrar es muy sencillo pero brindar el servicio ofrecido o dar una respuesta adecuada ante una situación desfavorable, parece que no.
