We booked this tour online weeks before arriving in Frankfurt. Serkan sent me a message before our arrival to confirm our booking. He picked us up on time. He was professionally dressed. I booked this tour and received Confirmation. A few hours later my tour was Cancelled. No reason was provided. By the time I received notice of the Cancelation, there was no time to book something else to fill the hole in my schedule this created. If they had a problem and could not provide th tour, why accept and confirm my reservation, and then cancel later the same day? Very unprofessional.
