If I could give a 0, I would!!!! 💩💩💩💩I booked tickets for our group. The money was booked rom my Bank Account, but I never record the tickets. Now I am fighting to get my money back!!!!!!

Everything went to plan. Received an email the day before with the ticket information. I called to ensure all was in order, so maybe that helped and is advised. But otherwise highly recommend.

Amazing views of the Seine River. Very low cost for doing the cruise. Least expensive of all the things we did while in Paris.

No one showed up! I didn't get any communication as to why. I called the designated number to help but no one returned my call.

We did lots of walking from Notre Dame to the Louvre Museum and ended at the Latin Quarters. We learned so much during the tour. We tried new food and drinks. Our guide took lots of great photos. It was such an amazing experience!

The ticket barcode we received by email was not accepted by the venue as they said it was a third party vendor that they couldn't confirm. We had to buy more tickets for access to the venue and lost the money for the tickets we had purchased through Tripadvisor. Buyer beware.

Tickets were promised the day before but not sent until 10 am that day. By then we had left hotel and did not have cell service. The company was rude and condescending in their treatment of me.

Well worth booking the flexible visit, we arrived soon after the opening time but already a long queue had developed. So it was brilliant to be able to skip the line and quickly climb to the top. And such wonderful views from up there too!

We booked tix only to find the Arc was closed. We were unable to secure our boat tix. Whole evening was a bust. Waiting on REFUND!

When you book you are sent a voucher that is not your ticket. Why would a reputable company not send them. I was concerned because I did not plan on purchasing an international phone plan. I tried to contact the tour operator and talked to Viator support. They said the ticket would be emailed the day prior. I didn't feel comfortable with not having the ticket in advance. But the company had a no refund or cancellation option. The email said the actual ticket would be sent 1 day before the booking. Because of this I had to add an international data plan which I had wanted to avoid. The day before I still had not received the ticket. The morning of my planned visit there was nothing in my email or app messages with a ticket. I was unsuccessful in getting ahold of the tour company. I contacted Viator and Trip advisor and they told me to contact the tour operator. I was sent a ticket after Viator apparently contacted them. I received it at 9:45 am. However, as I was leaving for the days activities I purchased a ticket directly from the Arc de Triumphe site. Total waste of money. I wasted a lot of time and incurred a lot of stress due to this company a) not sending the ticket at time of purchase and b) not sending the ticket the day before as promised. Also spent additional funds for data plan and purchasing a ticket after the stated delivery time had passed.

Paris is beautiful at Sunset from the roof of the Arc De Triomph. Not too much crowd. The climb up the steps is reasonable. The view of the Eiffel Tower from the roof is spectacular.

They say they email tickets the day before. We never received the tickets. We tried contacting Yo Tours through email and phone. Never got a response back. Person in front of us at the ticket booth had the same problem. I should have listened to other reviews. We ended up buying tickets at the arc de triumph. We got there at 2:30pm on a weekday in September. We were second in line. Super easy! We went straight to the top and got to see the beautiful views. Do not waste your money by booking with yo tours!

Beautiful monument, climb the stairs to see top. The perspective is fantastic looking down the avenues. Beautiful for photos.

It was a farce. Shame on TripAdvisor for supporting this tour company. We didn't receive our tickets and there was absolutely no customer service. Don't waste your money!
