About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- tiancai_xinxin0 contributionsSo much smoother and more enjoyable with the ticket! Our visit to the Orsay Museum was made so much smoother and more enjoyable thanks to this ticket and audio guide package. The entry process was seamless—we bypassed long queues and got in with no hassle, which was a huge relief given how crowded it was.Written 26 January 2025
- nermeen h0 contributionsHistory meets artThe museum building is of magnificent architecture and internal design. It houses a great historical and art collection from different times and places . The Egyptian collection is a must-see, and the beautiful paintings of European artists are not to be missed. I'm a bit disappointed at the Monalisa, though. Its better to book online and be there on the time you chose rater than standing in the loooong queue.Written 19 January 2025
- Martin D0 contributionsExcellent visit but audio guide disappointingExcellent museum. Amazing to see so many beautiful Impressionist paintings and artists all in one place. The building is iconic too with the beautiful blocks and fabulously decorated restaurant. The audio guide was disappointing. Difficult to identify the correct piece for each painting. I wish I had paid for the museums audio guideWritten 15 January 2025
- G2765VHcynthiaw0 contributionsAmazing museumThe louvre museum of course is absolutely amazing! I can spend all day in the museum. Seine river cruise is alright as well, we can even have the audio guide just at the fingertips.Written 8 January 2025
- doughL3704KL0 contributionsD’OrsayThe museum is fantastic. The crowds were unbearable. The ticket system from Viator were the worst. Al Post impossible to retrieve the electronic tickets.Written 1 January 2025
- OnAir601615758710 contributionsYou pay way moreWe waited as long as if we had bought the ticket in site. The only difference was that the price was more than double. So save your money.Written 1 January 2025
- ajolson19640 contributionsGreat Place Must SeeGreat Museum. Too many people flocking around the Van Gogh. But you take the good with the bad. One of those buildings you are happy you visited.Written 1 January 2025
- Sherpa249688499850 contributionsWonderful MuseumVery manageable museum with some of the best Impressionism pieces in the world! The museum with just the right size-there was plenty of art to see without being overwhelmingWritten 31 December 2024
- cyberchristie0 contributionsNot worth it!The process to get tickets is overly complicated. If I pay for them, I should get them instantly. Then, we had to wait outside in the cold for 40 minutes. Even though you have timed tickets, they let too many people in and the majority are there to check a box on their bucket list rather than to respectfully enjoy the art. It was truly a massive disappointment. Even if you go to Paris once in your life, you can skip the Louvre.Written 28 December 2024
- Aghalar A0 contributionsRich and must-see museumSuch a rich and enormous museum that demands at least a full day visit to explore fully yet might be not enough to notice every important and valuable detail. Probably you are going to see Mona Lisa, but do not forget to see the Code of Hammurabi, Venus de Milo, Nike of Samothrace and others which are not less valuable than it for sure. By the way, there are plenty of toilets throughout the museum, so don't make the mistake of waiting in the queue of WC for a long time at the entrance as if there is not any other oneWritten 20 December 2024
- Camp G0 contributionsWondrous museum, but missing AfricaThe museum is so impressive, woth legendary exhibits.Of course, lines were expected to be tedious, but I wonder, since Mona is one of the main reasons people visit, why there isn't a system in place for viewing. Also, I was seriously disappointed that the African exhibit was no longer there. Hence, 3 out of 5Written 30 November 2024
- 410mindyr0 contributionsDon’t waste your moneyWhat a waste of money. The audio is an app the doesn’t work in the museum below the ground floor. The museum itself was fantastic, absolutely gorgeous, everything was. But this “tour” is overrated and overpriced.Written 28 November 2024
- Robert S0 contributionsScammed Once AgainThe museum is fantastic, it is one well visited again on our next trip to Paris. As with most museums, way too much to see in one day.Written 22 November 2024
- Karl B0 contributionsLouvre... Awful queues, packed outAwful from beginning to end. 10 mile queue outside and thousands of people inside... Truly would advise against visit, especially with children.Written 17 November 2024
- helenmN6656EW0 contributionsMusee D'Orsay a sensational museumThe best aspect was the unlimited time and not having to queue. The digital audio guide was disappointing for the impressionist and post impressionist section as few of the paintings had a link to the app so it was of minimal use.Written 17 November 2024
