This was such a great, one-of-a-kind experience for me with Evelyn and iN ARTS! Through this workshop, I discovered Montmartre in a very special and curated way, while also taking home memorable drawings in a sketchbook. It was a very relaxed and easy going time while still seeing so much, hearing about many historical anecdotes and drawing along the way. I look back on this class with a huge heart and highly recommend it if you are looking for something special!

We had a lovely afternoon and Evelyne was an incredible teacher! She is so knowledgable and shared interesting background on the history and significance of the places we visited as well as the creative projects we did. This was one of our favorite experiences in Paris. Highly recommended!

When planning our family trip to Paris this summer, my 5 & 7 year old boys requested to make art while in Paris. I began researching options for children's art classes. A positive review for Evelyne & iN ARTS appeared in one of my google searches so I inquired about options available for children. Evelyne responded to my inquiry in a timely manner and provided me all the details regarding options available during our stay. The booking process was easy. The day of our art class, we were unable to locate Evelyn and the rest of our group initially. I called Evelyne, she immediately answered and provided me exact directions to locate our group. She was so understanding and kind enough to wait on us to begin the class. Our class consisted of our family of four, a mother and daughter pair and a young women. Our family was definitely beginner level with the rest of our group being more advanced in level. Experience level did not matter as the class was tailored to meet you where you are at. Evelyn and her assistant made the entire experience such a memorable one for our boys. Our afternoon in the Tuileries gardens was a neat way to see Paris, create art with our boys and learn a bit of history and art techniques. Thank you Evelyn for such a lovely experience for our family.

This was a very unique and wonderful experience! I am a beginner in art, but that hardly mattered. I loved the chance to see Montmartre through the eyes of artists and try to adopt that lens myself. I was amazed at how much more detail I noticed and remembered from the walk because of this art workshop than if I simply did a walking tour. I visited 3 countries and several cities over 4 weeks in Europe and had many incredible experiences, but this workshop was the highlight of my entire vacation. I can’t recommend it enough.

I had a fantastic time promenading through the streets of Montmartre with Evelyne and company! I had been to Montmartre before, and while I knew a little about it's history, Evelyne helped me learn so much more about the quarter and the famous artists who had once lived there. The art teacher was very professional and I felt like I learned how to improve my art and drawing skills without any judgement. I would absolutely recommend this tour if you are looking to explore Paris in a unique and unconventional way!

I spent a magnificent afternoon with Evelyne and iN ARTS as we all learned more about various art techniques and France's culture surrounding the arts! Everyone in the group was engaged with Evelyne and was really friendly, and since the groups weren't too big, we were able to get personalized attention from the guides to help improve our drawing techniques. I was looking for a tour that went beyond just walking around and looking at things, and so I was very happy with this creative tour where I was able to learn so much about both the visual arts and also Paris in general. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who has an interest in the arts and who wants to discover the most romantic city in the world in a new way! :)

Very enjoyable afternoon. Part sketching, part historical walking tour. All levels will get something from this experience. Our group was 3 In Montmartre, we sketched 4 sites. Guide was helpful, encouraging and individual guidance. Sketchbook we were given was good quality. Very interesting stories about the artists who lived there. Folding stools were provided for use. I highly recommend this workshop but the metro stop we met at was a climb of about 12 flights of stairs. Get off the metro the stop before.. Our guide was cheerful and knew her artists. Great way to do some sketching with others.

My 12 year old daughter and I really enjoyed walking through Montmartre and trying different drawing/painting. Our host Evelyn was wonderful and made this a memorable experience for us. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes!

This is a unique way to experience the beauty and wonders of Paris! Evelyne was an amazing guide and explained the context of each activity very clearly. I would 100% recommend this work shop to anyone who wants to see Paris in a creative light :)

Evelyn was wonderful! Even with the rain, our group had an amazing time! Make sure you eat and use the restroom before you start- or bring a snack with you. My sister and I took my children and our niece and nephew and we all learned so much! I recommend this for anyone wanting to truly experience an artistic side of Paris. Evelyn took time with each person in our group on our various sketches/artistic activities to give feedback and suggestions in a manner appropriate for our skill levels- I would absolutely book this again!

We had such a fun and interesting afternoon with Evelyne at the Tuileries Garden!! She is a very skilled artist who taught us so much about sketching and the area. As a tour guide, she is very kind, sweet, and super knowledgeable about the history of Paris. I had no previous experience with art but wanted to book a more engaging, unique tour than what we normally do. This was perfect! I could not recommend this enough to anyone looking for a new way to see a city. You'll even get your own sketchbook as a souvenir!

Evelyne and Romain were amazing teachers. I learned so many new techniques and got to experience walking through the beautiful city. Evelyne was able to explain the history behind each stop on the way and even has a podcast you can listen to to learn more about each place we sketched or painted!

What a lovely experience this was! A walk through the shady Tuileries hearing about the history all around and then stopping to sketch (Place Concorde, gardens, Louvre) with super friendly and knowledgable guides. I am a novice but I learnt so much and everything was done at a pace to suit everyone. Funny and engaging our art teacher gently put me right and I will always remember this wonderful experience of being an 'artist' for a short time in Paris. The guide's English was excellent too. I've even started sketching now I am back home, an inspiration, thank you.

What a great workshop! I loved every minute! Evelyne shared many interesting facts about the Invalides and the Petit Palais, which I would never have found out on my own! Louise was an excellent art teacher, helping me with perspective and shading and many other drawing tips specifically for my personal improvement! It was a beautiful day to sit outside and really experience and appreciate the beauty of Paris, I recommend this class to anyone who wants a unique and memorable experience! They tailor their art advice to your specific level, so don't feel like you have to be already good at drawing to get a lot of enjoyment from this workshop!!
