Our guide was fantastic! He worked with our young family and other couples. He was on time. Everything was just easy. The 3 castles were spectacular.

10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Paris. A beautiful day trip to see the gorgeous Loire valley and three stunning castles. Our driver, Roland, was so nice, knowledgeable and fun to spend the day with…a perfect day in France! Thank you!

Elliot was a very nice, knowledgeable guide - answered all our questions. Knew his art history - could speak about all aspects beyond the Louvre.

Small group tour turned into a private tour as we were the only people on the tour. Meeting place was really central, Eli was excellent his knowledge and passion for art was superb. Saved a huge amount of time. It was great that the art was brought to life by Eli with context behind the works including historical context and also styles. A tour we will never forget.

Great views of the seine river, good music, friendly staff, wine is 6€ in a generous glass and one glass is included with each ticket. You have to option to get on the roof with spectacular views or inside the heated cabin, OR on the back of the boat outside. Such a great experience and a great way to see the city easily. Eiffel Tower views are unreal.

It was very easy to book this tour. The pricing seemed to be on the low side, it was small group and the amount of time was just 2 hours--enough time to see the highlights. There is so much to see in Paris that we wanted someone to "cut to the chase" and help us navigate the overwhelming Louvre. Directions to the meetup location were spot-on! It turned out, being low season, we were the only ones on the tour--a private tour for 2!! Florian was our guide and he was excellent. His English was fantastic, he was personable, had great insider information, kept us on schedule and moved quickly and efficiently through the maze of rooms and floors. He was able to show us the highlights and even some lowlights in the museum. In addition, he gave us some tips for the rest of our stay. I would definitely take another tour with this company and recommend them to all.

The guide was wonderful. The information was very well presented. We really enjoyed the visit. Only reason it is not 5 star. The app sent us to the wrong meeting place. Not the fault of the guide.

I booked France Tourism for a whole week and did different tours including city tours, tours to La Loire, Reims, Champagne, River Cruise, The Louvre, etc... I would like to thank them for the exceptional service provided and the excellent tour experiences; my mum and I had a great time in Paris. I was impressed by the knowledge, empathy and quality of service all the guides displayed; in particular Serge who is asset to the business we could tell that he loves what he does. Nicolas was very professional, kind and empathetic, we did our last tour with him in Champagne and we just loved it. Thank you to all the girls in the office, especially Maya and Marie, for an exceptional customer service nothing was too hard for them. I will recommend France Tourisme to whoever wants to go to France and enjoy great tours with them!

The website had the wrong address & I was not able to get to the experience. Would love a refund. When I figured it out it was too late.

First we couldn’t find the boarding point so we we went back to tge ticket counter and then Antone took us there snd he comfortably let us wait until the boat arrived, the commentary guide was very humorous.

Our guide was so knowledgeable and very professional. I highly recommend this tour. After the guided part you have enough time to explore on your own.

Ellie did a good job managing the time we had. Very knowledgeable and also was sensitive to my wife’s mobility issues Was able to navigate very big crowds and was able to show us several of the Louvre highlights

The tour is billed as skip the line; however, if you meet the guide at their office promptly, walk over to the Louvre entrance, you’ve burned 20 min. Then, you have to walk through the mall, have a chance for a potty stop and by the time you clear security and start the tour you’re already burned an hour! The guide was knowledgeable and interesting - but $50 extra per person and there’s still a line and you can get close to any of the more famous works. Not all the tour’s fault - if you go on a weekday early you may have a better chance at spending time looking at art. The Louvre is poorly managed. The crowds - rude, pushing, disengaged, are terrible. I would skip the Louvre in Paris.
