A wet soggy day didn't dampen our spirits, even with a route change due to the high level of water in the Seine... The Service impeccable, food was delicious (all 4 courses)... And the boat never rocked once. Brilliant...

I just continue to be disappointed in my bookings through Viator. Unfortunately, they seem to have a monopoly on these kind of activities. This particular try, which I reluctantly booked, found us standing in a ridiculously long line trying to board a boat where we were not guaranteed inside seating on a 32 degree day. I asked for a refund but was rejected. To be fair, I really don't know how much Viator has to do with that decision, but that's where the denial came from. This is the second time this year I've been burned by this booking company (the last one the transportation came 90 minutes late and we were denied a refund on that one too). I'm going to continue to try my best to avoid what seems to be a ruthless company - no doubt extracting a substantial sum from the actual businesses in all this.

If travelling with young children / older people - I wouldn’t recommend this river cruise - waited a total of 2 hours before we boarded - then only once we got really close, we heard due to excess rain in the last few days (I was there 2 days before attending cruise) top deck was closed / tide was high and the trip is being reduced and not entering the centre of Paris due to this (not an issue, as weather isn’t in our control - so they say!!!) - the cruise didn’t live up too expectations - though boat was very clean and warm - sitting to look and people outside in front of your view made it uneventful - the descriptions weren’t the best!! I would actually recommend paying a little more and trying alternative cruise

This was a nice break to see Paris scenery while sitting down. The sights from the river were gorgeous. The boat was nice. It had good snack machines and good heating in the downstairs area. All the staff were nice.

I booked this lunch cruise for my sisters birthday. We were welcomed on by friendly staff. We booked the privilege service and we got a nice table by the window. The boat was clean and felt fancy. The four course meal was fantastic. I eat meat and the haddock with the potato soup was amazing, the duck a l'orange was incredible. My sister is vegetarian and she really enjoyed the veggie options. The staff bought out my sister's pudding with a sparkler in and sang her happy birthday which I didn't ask him to do, it was a nice touch to the whole experience. The toilets were clean. The entire trip felt wonderful, great views, wonderful French food and even a photographer on-board with prints for an extra fee. The only thing, which is minor, that could have improved the trip was to be told what landmarks we were passing. I had google maps open on the table so I could see what the nice buildings were. Overall, would absolutely recommend. A lovely warm way to see the sites in winter!

Very disappointing. Firstly, our tickets were purchased through Attraction Tickets but when we went to the kiosk we were asked to email our ticket confirmation to the kiosk. Don't know what we would have done if we had no internet or our phone package meant we couldn't use internet in France. Secondly, some of the audio sets inside the boat did not work, when we eventually found one that did work it was intermittent. Listening to the audio was made even more difficult by the background music being played. We wouldn't recommend Bateaux Parisiens.

The queues where ridiculous I wouldn't recommend with children as they are so long we didn't end up going on the boat as it was unrealistic to wait 1 hour plus in a queue when you have prepaid I would book when you arrive as there is plenty of boats with short queues unsure of the actual experience of the boat

Booked a lunch cruise for my family and it was worth every penny. The service was excellent and the food was well presented and delicious. This is a great way to see the sights of Paris, especially if the weather is uncertain. Highly recommend!!

Food service was very rushed. It seemed like boat was turning around shortly after we left dock. I would not recommend this cruise but instead opt for the later cruise.

There were individual tables for couples, so the experience was romantic and intimate. The food was delicious, and the server was very attentive. There was entertainment, and great views as we travelled along the Seine. I would highly recommend this experience!

The food was excellent, with even the vegan option exceeding expectations—flavorful and well-prepared. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, blending great food, drinks, and hospitality in a stunning setting. Highly recommend

I took my mother who is in a mobility scooter, it was easy to get on and they were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend
