The boat was very beautiful and clean! The atmosphere was really good. The food had a good presentation but was flavour less. They can do much better! The food looked like it came prepared in the supermarket.

A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! Boarding the boat, we were escorted to our table and under way in short order. It was immediately apparent that the staff was courteous and skilled at guiding their guests thru the evening. Dinner was excellent and the fish was cooked to perfection. The servers worked very hard and were able to deliver hot food to all the guests in a matter of minutes. This is not a normal restaurant because everyone eats at the same time. These folks make magic happen. Amazing! And the views of Paris from the boat are nothing short of spectacular. I'd like to especially thank Chef Thomas and Chef Farhan for a great meal and an unforgettable evening on the Seine. This was our first visit to France and first night in Paris. The boat experience was beautiful in the evening! All the monuments were lit up and they turned down the lights so you could see each. Reminder to bring a sweater/jacket if going in the evening, it gets chilly. The food was average, but loved the chocolate cake!

The experience was a nice thing to do for our anniversary dinner. The food was good for me but my husband got the fish and it was very bland. This is not a guided tour, so we just cruised down the seine river and ate along the way. There was a birthday celebration, photographers and bilingual wait staff that made the night very customer friendly. Only water is included but the drinks are reasonably priced. The salmon mousse with the bread was my favorite thing! There were folks along the river bank who waved to us which was so fun!

Very overrated, the food is cold and tasteless. The waiters are in a hurry and rush you all the time. They don't even give you an extra loaf of bread and a mini bottle for two people is an abuse.

They shut down because of the Olympics, but took my money anyway. I should be refunded. There were no cruises on the night of July 17th

Fantastic trip! We took the 9:45 with the city lit up at night. The Eiffel Tower sparkled! Speak a little French and it makes them happy even though the staff knows English. Bonjour! Ca va? Tres bien!!

Such a well organized trip. The food was great and the view spectacular. They served really fast in a nice way without interrupting the experience.

Only the view was good. Food was worst. While booking it says window table, we were denied one. No music on board. We were asked for drinks without informing that they are paid. In the end we were handed over a bill. The cruise is only good for the view the purpose which can be done by a regular cruise. Extra money in the name of dinner cruise is totally waste.

The views were amazing, and so was the food and drink. An unusual view of Paris and its bridges. The waiting staff were very helpful. The sun went down while I was on the boat.

The food was awful, we expected it be below average as it’s a tourist dinner cruise, however this was beyond awful. The staff was very condescending as he didn’t show any passion towards his work or any gratitude towards his paying customers. When asked about the dietary ingredients his reply was “everything is premixed”. They started clearing the tables before we even finished (not that there were much food to finish) as they were eager to offload us in readiness for the next boarding which was immediately after us. We made the mistake of booking with this company as other operators appear to be so much more professional! Furthermore, there was no pre-sail emergency safety announcements. The whole attitudes was we are just a bunch of nuisance and it’s just a job they are fulfilling because they have to!!! NEVER AGAIN WITH THESE OPERATORS!!!

I was badly informed and guided where this boat departs from and despite being there early we could not find it. I then requested a refund our a voucher to go another date and receive a very poor service. Despite not attending I have been bombarded to leave a review of a restaurant that they should be aware by now that I did not attend.

Views were good but the food was tiny and awful. Also they told me there was no veggie option so i had to eat fish. The “cocktail” also had little to no alcohol in it so we paid 12 euros for juice basically. Disgusting

Punctual, professional, friendly staff, good boat and seating arrangements. Execution of food could have been a little better. Overall very good, met our expectations and nothing seriously negative.

Our river cruise was booked for 2145, boarding didn’t take place until a few mins past 2145. Although they were late to board, it was a quick departure. Beautiful setting inside. Tables very close to each other and behind you, so be mindful of this when booking. To view the menu there is a QR code. The Wi-Fi on the boat was awful, so we were unable to view the menu. Had to ask the couple next to us to see the menu from their phone. They had run out of most of the red wines, so unable to have red wine as the only one left was one I cannot drink, unfortunately. No biggie though, we ordered beer instead. Food was delicious and presented well. Staff were friendly and were nonstop working. The cruise ended up being 2 hours, which was good value for money. The downfall though, you couldn’t see the landmarks very well because walls all along to river. No commentary of where we were passing either. Music was a mix of French and classic known artists, like ABBA. Very loud though. All in all, good value for money and would recommend.
