    What to Expect
Meet your guide and small group of up to eight people at Reims central train station and board the air-conditioned minivan. Set out to explore Reims, the Champagne capital of France.

On the way, hear about the region’s famous Grandes Maison de Champagne, which includes iconic brands such as Veuve Cliquot, Taittinger, Pommery, G.H. Mumm, Moët & Chandon, and Dom Pérignon. Then, arrive at the first stop of the day—the Veuve Cliquot Champagne Estate (visit and tasting fees included). Enjoy a guided tour of the grand estate, finishing with an expert-led tasting of Veuve Cliquot Champagne.

Continue into central Reims, France to take in the city sights, starting with a visit to the magnificent Notre-Dame de Reims Cathedral. Explore inside the UNESCO-listed wonder on a guided tour and admire the 13th-century cathedral, with its striking Gothic architecture and beautiful stained glass windows.

Break for lunch at a boutique winery or a Champagne boutique lounge, where you are treated to a delicious lunch of regional cuisine, accompanied by a selection of Champagnes, including blanc de blancs, blancs de noir, and rosé.

After lunch, take a scenic drive through the vineyards of Montagne de Reims, passing through the Grand Cru villages of Verzy, Verzenay, and Bouzy, as your guide explains the Champagne making process and the importance of ‘terroir’ in cultivating the grapes. Along the way, stop at a family-run Champagne estate for another tour and tasting (included), and discover a different side to the prestigious Champagne industry.

On return to Reims, France your tour ends back at the train station.

Please note: On Mondays, the tour of the Veuve Clicquot Grandes Maison de Champagne is replaced by the G.H Mumm Grandes Maison de Champagne.

Even before we stepped into the van, Julien had us laughing and we knew we were in good hands. The tour of Veuve Clicquot was extensive and don't forget a coat because the cave gets cold. We had ample time walking through the cathedral at...More

This was one of the most favourite memories of my recent trip to France. Our tour guide was very informative; we went from a herb garden, to smelling products used in Champagne production and then the exciting tour of the caves where the champagne is...More

Suggest you contact them. Even though Europeans tend to be more lenient about this, there may be a hygiene/regs issue going on since you are walking into areas where the champagne is produced. If your furry friend is in a... More

You can just go to Veuve Clicquot on your own - search the internet on how to do this. You don't have to go on an organised tour. This way it is an easy half day.
