The Tropical Pavilion
Explore the world's tropical seas ! Direction the tropics to discover the magic of coral reefs ! In the tropical pavillion with its 2 million litres of seawater, discover the incredible diversity of the species and habitats found in the tropical seas. You will be amazed at the abundance of tropical life; an explosion of colours and emotions... And don't miss the incredible face-to-face exprience with our 5 species of shark !
The Polar Pavilion
Travel to the frozen seas ! Discover two frozen windswept territories: the Arctic and the Antarctic. Set out on a journey to the heart of the frozen seas: an amazing panoramic experience! Discover the biggest penguin colony in Europe along with a real ice-floe inhabited by seals from the frozen north.
The Brittany Pavilion
Dive into an exploration of Brittany’s biodiversity. New aquariums and new themes as well as new resources for public science education: the Brittany Pavilion presents the biodiversity of the Breton coast from the perspective of scientists as well as sea professionals.
The Otter Path
On the trail of freshwater and sea otters. Located outside the Polar Pavilion, Otter Trail features the European otter and the sea otter. It’s a rare chance to watch the antics of both species, but especially the sea otter, which is rarely seen in public. Océanopolis is the first centre in France to offer visitors a view of this marine species, which has travelled all the way from Alaska.
