          Cliffs of Moher
Absolutely breathtaking and worth the commitment of a very long day! Wind, rain, and fog on and off throughout the day all added to the experience! Also cute cafe at Cliffs of Moher to have lunch while visiting!

          A hidden jewel!!
This review is for the Cliffs of Kilkee. It isn't as busy as Cliffs of Moher and you don't have to pay - just drive through! There are several spots to park and walk out to see the views. Highly recommend!

Well's Tyre Service Excellence - Donaghadee, Northern Ireland!
Donaghadee is a small town in County Down, Northern Ireland. It lies on the northeast coast of the Ards Peninsula, about 18 miles (29 km) east of Belfast and about six miles (10 km) south east of Bangor, Northern Ireland, UK. My friend and I, two senior citizens, visited the County Down Town of Donaghadee, east of Belfast, yesterday (18/7/23), for a day's outings and a meal at The Captain's Plate, Fish & Chip Shop on the Town's seafront. While parking the car, my friend collided with a brand new pavement kerb, and as the rain began to pour down, we realised that the impact on the front passenger-side wheel had burst the tyre beyond repair. After trying to remove the front wheel, without success, I was directed by another motorist to a small Tyre Service Mechanic's premises just two minutes from the seafront, so I ventured in there to Well's Tyre Service garage. After explaining to the young man, Daniel, our plight as senior citizens, he immediately took full control, walked with the the very short two minute distance to my friend's car, and proceeded to examine the burst tyre. He directed us to drive the car around to his Well's Tyre Service premises around the corner on the one-way traffic route, on the now ruined tyre. Which we did. He had a new, very reasonably priced tyre on my friend's car in short minutes, was so very curteous and professional in his work - and we knew that we had, in the Bible words of the book of Hebrews, chapter 13: and verse 2, '...entertained an angel unawares...' (Hebrews 13:2). Our burst tyre completely replaced, our wallet hardly depleted by the reasonable cost, and our spirits lifted once more - we thanked the young man and continued on to enjoy our day out, and a terrific Fish & Chips meal at the nearby Captain's Plate Chip Shop on Donaghadee's seafront. Thank you for such curteous, professional, and vital service, young Daniel, at Well's Tyre Service Garage, Moat Street, Donaghadee, Northern Ireland. Well done!

          Tullamore DEW, great experience
I have been to over 30 distilleries and this tour rocked! Not only did we get to see the distillery and try some samples of Tullemore's different whiskeys, we started the tour with the history of Irish coffee and the best Irish coffee I have ever had. Our tour guide Kayleigh (and Will) was great and her Irish coffee making skills we awesome. Thanks for a great tour!

          Day trip from Galway
Had a terrific time with friends. John our driver was very knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended. Too much fog to actually see cliffs, but you can’t control the weather. We made the best of it . Was nice to leave and stop when we wanted.

          Cliffs of Moher
My friends and I received excellent service from John Rocke on April 23rd. John picked us up in Galway and drove us to the Cliffs of Moher with return service to Galway. John was a fantastic driver, photographer, tour guide and entertainer. As we drove through the Irish countryside, John shared his culture with us, and regaled us with tales of his more famous clientele. At the top of Corkscrew Hill, John captured photos of our group we will treasure for years to come. John is the true embodiment of Irish hospitality. Thank you DM Executive Line for connecting us to the best host in Galway!

          10/10 experience with DM Executive
My husband and friends had an excellent experience with DM Executive. Communication was clear and prompt. Our driver Dariusz showed up on time and was a great driver. Made us all feel comfortable and safe for during our journey from Kilkenny to Galway. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to hire a private car service for short or long distance travel.

          Tullamore D.E.W. Distillery Experience!
Buckle up for an epic experience! Our tour guide was Ita, She greeted us with such enthusiasm, I think she was just as excited to teach us, as we were to learn. She started the tour with making us a proper Irish coffee and giving us a history of the drink, and the Distillery. After our coffee we boarded the Tully Bus , which took us to the barrel house. Our driver Solomon took us to and from the barrel house. Service with a smile! I went there believing I knew a lot about whiskey. Ita's passion for educating us about everything Tullamore D.E.W. whiskey, left me walking out of there an Irish whiskey expert. The new distillery is just WOW!!!

          Fantastic tour
This was a fantastic tour of this stunning building and the history of the company. I am a none drinker and loved the whole tour. The staff in the centre were just brilliant and so friendly with lots of information and we had a bit of craic along the way. Big shout out to Emma who we met in the front office and our tour guides who did a brilliant job Brian and Daria, also our bus man Will well done you guys. I totally recommend this tour. Only negative is that there should be a non alcoholic drink for us non drinkers along the way bar the free coffee which I drink either lol.

          Amazing Massage therapist
I had a Swedish massage with Debbie yesterday with one of my friends and I have to say I throughly enjoyed my experience, Debbie had years of experience and really able to read my body and work out all the stress and tension - I couldn’t recommend her enough! I stand all day at work and wouldn’t have the best posture and she really was able to work all of the tightness out!! She is amazing!!!

          Even better than before!
We had an absolutely superb experience 2 weeks ago with the 7 course tasting menu. It was wonderful. Although we had dined here a number of times previously we were slightly apprehensive as Roisín O'Connor has only recently stepped into the Head Chefs role and the Irish Independent's food critic had given the House Restaurant fine dining a poor review. We needn't have worried! Each course was delicious, beautifully presented and served. The experience was as good if not better than any time we dined in the past. Well done Roisín and team. PS - The response from Patrick Shields to the grossly unfair review from the Indo critic was spot on!

          The wonderful Cliff House Ardmore
Before I begin my review I have to admit I left a negative review some years back after our first visit, I'm pleased to say the Cliff house has really upped their game since then and our most recent visits have been wonderful. We traveled with our twin daughters aged 14 years and booked into one of their beautiful Beach suites. This is our third visit to the Cliff House and I must say on this visit we found every member of staff we came into contact with to be super friendly and helpful, even more so than in previous visits so kudos to their hotel manager. The location is simply breath taking, hopefully during your visit you will enjoy the lovely weather we experienced. The room view is amazing, a super comfy bed, bathroom well stocked with products and a wonderful double shower bathroom overlooking the sea. Their food offering is pretty decent for hotel food. We ate in their fine dining House Restaurant which offers only a tasting menu. We thought the food was good but not amazing, certainly not as good as their previous chef’s tasting menu. There are sea based activities available which can be booked through the hotel to keep moody teenagers happy. I used the spa facilities and must say the massage quality was superb, very well trained masseuses. One thing that some hotels do badly is breakfast. It's the last meal a guest will have before departure therefore, it should be a good one and I'm pleased to say Cliff House do offer a quality breakfast, great choice and quality ingredients- 5 stars to the Cliff. I'd recommend this hotel for a romantic break or if traveling with older kids.

          Very comfortable overnight stay
Excellent welcome. Fabulously comfortable room overlooking the sea. Good dinner in bar and breakfast was good too. When there was something not right the staff responded positively and swiftly. Enjoyed a swim in the pool - sadly not there long enough to enjoy the facilities more.

          Not what we expected
The title of this trip has the word "Tour" however, this was not a "Tour". The driver is not from the area, is not an accredited tour guide, did not know any of the history of the places we visited and was not able to answer basic questions about the sites we visited. The title should say "Driver". If you are looking for a service to drive you to the airport this may be ok, but we were looking for a Tour. It was terribly uncomfortably because the driver did not talk to us. He was polite but not friendly. More suited to the role of a limo driver than a Tour guide. This was an expensive "Tour" to receive nothing but a ride. Very disappointing. The places we went were good, but since this was just a driver, you could just do it on your own for free. Would definitely not recommend this "Tour".

Absolutely the most unprofessional chauffeur service I have ever used - they stood us up. We booked a private tour through viator. The company (DM executive line) contacted us at 8:41 pm the night prior to our pre-paid booking, letting us know he could not come until mid-day (12:30). We replied “Ok, so should we be ready at 12:30 then?” And they replied plus or minus a half hour, so we were confused and wanted to clarify when we should be ready. When we said 12:30 would be the latest acceptable, the company came back at 3:22 AM explaining what the extra half hour was for. We were obviously asleep at that hour and so replied at 8:03 AM and said “ok, we’ll see you this afternoon then” and they came back at 10:20 - hours before leaving and canceled on us. Their message read: “This offer is no longer on the table. I wrote you honestly about what time I can pick you up. If you couldn’t accept it, I am no longer available. We try to maximize our day and we don’t have time to negotiate or wait for someone to change their mind”. Keep in mind this was for a prepaid tour - $460. So i’m not sure what the “offer” or the “table” was (?). Completely ruined our time in Galway. We spent the morning calling the DM executive line phone number trying to get in touch with them, but no response. What a disrespectful service - and honestly very surprised viator uses this service. I hope they do not in the future

I just wanted to let everyone know that your version has nothing to do with the facts.  You're lying when you say we didn't show up. You have been informed that we are unable to meet your expectations and you've been informed in advance that we won't be showing up. Yes, you have booked a tour to The Cliffs of Moher with us however as it was a last-minute booking (at 4 pm the day before, so no wonder we contacted you at 8.41 pm)I have informed you that I am unable to pick you up before 12.30 pm. you replied: Ok, so should we be ready at 12:30 in that case? Considering that various unexpected circumstances may occur, I added +/- half an hour, just in case. So it would be 1.00 pm latest. you replied: 12:30 is the latest that would be acceptable to us, but if you can by 12 pm that would work for us. Not sure if I'll be able to pick you up by 12.30 pm.  I wrote you that "The extra half hour is for unexpected circumstances just in case. I need to wash, refuel and I'll for sure need to clean the car. I may even be a bit earlier depending on how the other bookings go that day. If this is not acceptable to you, I can't do anything to help" You're trying to clumsily manipulate because you hid that part of my answer in the screenshot.  Once you confirmed that the proposed pick-up time was unacceptable to you, that was the end of the story. I don't understand why you expected anything else.  And it doesn't matter what time I wrote it because you wrote at 8.47 pm that "12.30 IS THE LATES ACCEPTABLE FOR US." The fact that you changed your mind in the morning doesn't change anything. The only person responsible for "ruining our time" is you. If you found a company that had a free slot in the high season, you had to enjoy it and not complicate it.  No, it wasn't a disrespectful service. If we accepted your booking for 12 p.m. and they arrived at 1 p.m., that would be disrespectful. When we honestly informed you what time we could pick you up, instead of accepting it (in the end, it turned out that it was acceptable to you after all), you created fake problems. Why do Viator and its clients use our services? We are a responsible private car service, we have great cars, and we like to help people who need our services. So, I hope you learned a valuable lesson from this. This is not a scam, the booking platform gave you your money back.

*Likely to sell out: Based on Viator’s booking data and information from the provider from the past 30 days, it seems likely this experience will sell out through Viator, a Tripadvisor company.
