    Hi there, Thank you for reviewing your recent 3-day Isle of Skye tour with us. First of all, I am delighted to know that you were impressed by Jo’s knowledge and abilities as a driver guide, and that you also enjoyed your B&B accommodation and your time in Dunvegan castle. Having said this, I am sorry to hear that you found certain stops during the tour to be longer than necessary. The Viking Museum is an interesting location for those who perhaps wish to stretch their legs and learn about the Viking influence in Scotland. While this may not be to everyone’s preference, our drivers do their best to allow as much time as they can for customers to explore. Again, with Eilean Donan Castle, this is a photo stop on our tours, but the drivers try to allow as much time as possible without impeding the rest of the day’s activities. I appreciate that this would be disappointing if you wanted to spend more time there, so I apologise. Secondly, I am sorry that you found the tour to be too regimented. There are so many things to see and do in Scotland, but our 3-day Isle of Skye tour is the best way to experience many of the highlights in a shorter space of time. We build our itineraries for each tour with a aim to cover as many of main tourist destinations and highlights while also ensuring a good balance of time at each stop throughout the day as well as free time in the evenings. I will be sure to pass on your feedback to our Operations team, for review. I would also like to apologise that you and your wife felt unwelcome by the comments made to you when making unscheduled stops. Making sure that our customers feel comfortable and valued is our priority, please be assured this matter will be investigated and taken forward internally. Lastly, I would like to apologise that you expected the tour would be a bit more flexible. Due to the number of places featured on our tour, they do need to run with the schedule featured on our website. I appreciate that this could feel restricting if you had more places in mind that you wanted to visit, however the price includes all of the activities as well as transport and accommodation. Our guests always have free time in the evenings to explore more and spend time off of the bus. Nonetheless, I am pleased that you enjoyed most of your time on tour, and I hope that these aspects did not discourage you from considering us again in the future.
