Delia was knowledgeable, thorough and attentive. Her approach was great. She provided a big picture perspective and then broke our journey into understandable, relatable components. She was also very accommodating, tailoring our time together to meet my needs. I would definitely seek her out on a return trip.

This was a fantastic experience! David our tour guide was beyond brilliant! We had a diverse group with my 70 year old mother and my two teenage kids! I wasn’t sure how he would satisfy everyone but we were each thrilled! His your was perfect with new stories and history a bf out every place that he took us too’ it was a perfect mix for everyone! Beautiful Historic and adventurous! I hope we can met with our new friend again! I wouldn’t want to go with anyone else’s Thank you David!

We had a long layover in London and decided to take a tour while we waiting for our connecting flight. Our tour guide was super flexible (we ran into some flight delays) and was able to adjust the tour to accommodate our travel requirements for the day. From the Tower of London to Buckingham Palace and Big Ben we got all the highlights in just over 4 hours. It was the perfect way to experience London when you have limited time, or get to know the city at the beginning of a trip.

Delia was an excellent guide! She tailored our tour to fit our requests perfectly. She arrived early, was really friendly, professional and great time. She was also super knowledgeable, we asked lots of questions and she knew the answers to them all! I would absolutely want to tour with her again!

Tom is an excellent tourist guide. He was informative and hilarious. It was one of the best tours I have ever experienced.

Siggi is personable & knowledgeable. She’s lived in central London for years and her tours are proof of her expertise. Siggi generously offered me ideas about other parts of London to explore and sites to visit. I’m in town for 6 days & I’ve done 2 tours with Siggi. I highly recommend her!

Tom gave an incredible, information-packed tour, and I’m so glad we booked with him. With just two days in London, he managed to show us the historic highlights and some hidden gems we hadn’t even heard of. He packed so much into the 4-hour itinerary—it was unforgettable!

We had a fantastic tour with our delightful tour guide, Tom. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared with us many incredible details about the city we toured (Shoreditch). Tom was fun, kind, and had a great sense of humor. He did a great job of including the sites and activities we wanted from our tour. This is our 3rd tour with CityUnscripted (Paris, Tokyo, and now London). Every tour guide has been outstanding and left a huge impression on our experience of the area we visited. We look forward to our next destination and CityUnscripted tour! We wouldn't want to visit a town with it. Thank you, Tom/CU team!

I highly recommend Akari for a tour in Kanazawa. She spent a lot of time before the trip texting back-and-forth and fine tuning what our next day tour would be. She took us to a secret shrine and was very generous in conversations about local culture and norms. We stopped for snacks along the way at some fun places.. At the First shrine we visited, she explained the customs and how to offer prayers and make wishes for the future. Akari has great energy and you will enjoy a trip with her!

Our guide was a lot of fun to spend the day with. Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions happily. The walking tour was very thoughtful and gave us a great perspective of the age and character of the city
