What to Expect
Make your way to Pier Head on River Mersey 15 minutes before the cruise departure of your choice, and board your sightseeing boat. Enjoy views over Liverpool’s UNESCO–listed waterfront. Gaze at attractions including Royal Liver Building, and learn more about Liverpool’s maritime and musical heritage from on-board commentary.
Back at Pier Head, take a seat aboard a hop-on hop-off bus and see top attractions such as Albert Dock, the Cavern Club—where the Beatles used to play—and Walker Art Gallery, with on-board commentary. Busses depart every 30 minutes, and your 24-hour pass allows you to get off and on at your leisure.
Perhaps disembark at Liverpool Anglican Cathedral and take the lifts and stairs to the tower for panoramic city views. Other stops include Cains Brewery and Chinatown.
Your cruise ticket also includes entry to the U-boat Story, a German U-boat in which Liverpool’s World War II history comes to life.
