No tour of Liverpool is complete without taking in some Beatles history. The hometown of this legendary band, Liverpool houses the award-winning Beatles Story exhibition. Visit the rock-themed attraction – spread over two sites – to learn about the band and its lasting impact on the history of music. Full of fun memorabilia, rare photographs and interactive exhibits, the Beatles Story is full for all ages! Ticket includes shuttle service between sites. 
What to Expect
Relive the era of Beatlemania with an interactive and atmospheric tour of the Beatles Story exhibition. Originally constructed at Liverpool’s UNESCO-listed Albert Dock, its overwhelming popularity demanded that a second location be built. Your entrance pass provides full museum access to the two sites, the other situated down the river at Pier Head.  

To begin you Beatles Story experience, make your way to either location in Liverpool, though it is recommended you start with a Beatles history tour at Albert Dock. Wander the colorful exhibition with the insightful audio guide, narrated by John Lennon’s sister. Trace the lads through their Liverpool childhoods and early band days to the peak of fame and beyond, then head to the Discovery Zone for some interactive fun. Afterwards, head to the British Invasion exhibit to pour over authentic memorabilia and the Beatles Hidden Gallery to see a collection of rare tour photos. 

Explore the museum at your own pace, stopping to browse genuine artifacts, engage in savvy interactive displays take a needed snack break (own expense) in the Fab4 Cafe. Don't leave without popping in to the souvenir shop, the Fab4 Store, where you'll find the largest selection of Beatles goods in the world.

Great museum

This is a great museum for Beatles fans and people who don't like the band too. It is a lot of information about their story from the beginning to the end.

A must see for every Beatles fan

A must see for every Beatles fan. Based on the Albert Dock, it tells the full story of The Beatles from their very early days. Very informative. If you go before April 2019 there is also a free John & Yoko exhibition at the Museum...More

A good insight into the Beatles

We found this all very well laid out. The audio tour was particularly good adding a lot of extra information in an easy fun way. It is definitely well worth a visit for any Beatles fans.
