Highly recommend! My family had a very comfortable drive from the cruise terminal to our excursions and our hotel. Nazim was our chauffeur and made sure we were all safe and comfortable. A car seat was provided for my son by the company, as well as refreshments and some entertainment by Nazim. He was very knowledgeable regarding the history of areas we drove through and also provided food recommendations when asked. My entire family felt very satisfied. Be sure to book an earlier time if you plan on disembarking early because traffic control may cause some delays in arrival time. Thankfully, the company has been in contact with me since the booking and Nazim was in contact with me prior to his arrival on the day.

The manager of the reception of Renaissance London Heathrow Hotel, Mr. Yousaff is an excellent problem shooter and works hard for the customers like us from Japan, who made our stay the hotel comfortable and we feel over the moon with his leadership while we are staying here in this great hotel. Also Clive Fernandes's catering at the Executive Lounge at The Renaissance hotel here is impressive. My wife and I am very pleased with their leadership with kind hospitality. We will definitely stay this hotel next year as we have been here for 10 years from Japan.

Great place to go for Harry Potter fans, It was amazing to see where the filmed was made, the costumes, make up, what an insight and I will definitely come back again, only issue is the extortionate prices, £30 for a scarf and £9 for some chocolate is not something I’m willing to break the bank for and not enough people on tills to deal with the very long queue that had formed.

I recently used CPS for parking whilst I went on a two week long cruise, this was my first time from Southampton and the experience I had with CPS was excellent, a very slick and professional handling of my booking in advance and then friendly CPS staff at the cruise terminal, well done I shall definitely use your services a again in the future !

Wonderful way to see the sights after getting off a cruise at the port! We were looking for a way to see some sights while waiting for our hotel in London and this group didn't disappoint. Our driver was courteous, on time, friendly and helpful! He drove us to a great beach overlooking the White Cliffs of Dover before travelling to the Dover Castle and Leeds Castle. The Castles were wonderful although we wish we had more time at both as there was so much to see and do!

I’m not a fan of long distance road travel but this was a new and impressive luxury experience. David , the driver, proved to be capable and courteous . We stopped for a fabulous break at a roadside pub which had been researched before hand. We arrived within the anticipated journey time at our destination. What a pleasure it was to have David to take us to Liverpool and to chauffeur us during our short stay. The car was so comfortable with so many little extras, bottles of water, croissants, sweeties. Having WiFi and numerous sized charging plugs was so thoughtful together with the umbrellas a must in the U.K. Nothing was too much for him and worth every penny of his charges. Thank you Artur

My driver David picked me up and took me to Liverpool. He was extremely well presented. His car was spacious and spotless inside and out. He got me there in a timely manner and I would recommend him to all my friends for their future journeys.

Dave and Darren were professional, arrived, early, and were extremely polite. The vans we booked were supper clean and smelled fresh and they provided power charging cords, water, and tissues for the ride. A smooth journey and a safe trip.

I really wanted to take my family to see Stonehenge, the Salisbury Cathedral and the Roman Baths at Bath during our trip to London this month. I was picked up on time at the Southampton Cruise terminal by a very competent and pleasant driver in a spotless and comfortable car. The driver was extremely accommodating and flexible with anything that I requested for the entire trip which included a breakfast stop before going to Windsor Castle after which we continued on to London and another stop there for me to pick a London Pass before arriving at my accommodation. It was flawless from beginning to end and highly recommend the Castle tour and car service.
