    What to Expect
Earn some bragging rights by climbing the Via Ferrata at the Sea to Sky Gondola on this guided tour high above Squamish. Along with a helmet, you’ll be provided with a harness and lanyards, made up of two leashes that are clipped onto the cable for safety. With the entire route secured in this manner, Via Ferrata is a family-friendly activity (ages 8 and up.)

At the harnessing deck, get fitted with climbing equipment. Hike briefly down the Sea to Summit Trail through an old-growth forest, and emerge to a rewarding view of Howe Sound. At the ‘flight deck,’ your guide clips you into the safety cable.

See Howe Sound below and the snowcapped peaks of Sky Pilot above. With the help of the steel rungs and the fixed cable system, make your way across bridges, cross a catwalk, and head up glacier-worn granite.

Your Via Ferrata adventure ends at the Sea to Sky Summit Lodge, where you can relax on the sun deck.

Please note that gondola tickets are required to reach the meeting spot but are not included in the price of this expedition.

While this was a fairly easy Via Ferrata, it was my first one. Chloe ensured that I got the basics down pat, and gave a lot of very useful tips for my next target Via Ferrada which is going to be a big step-up. She's a great guide.

My partner and I did the Via Ferrata Tour at Squamish and it was just the two of us in our group with a guide/instructor called Chloe. We absolutely loved it! The tour took about an hour with a short hike down to the start of the climb which was really nice and a great way to

I joined a tour as an individual. I'm "not good" with heights but the leader - Chloe - was excellent at giving advice to keep you moving. In fact, you are so enthralled with the view that there is no time to be nervous about the climb. Great fun! Although there were no

My girlfriends did the Via Ferrata and it was the most intense experience considering that it was our first and we were all seniors. Our guide Eric made the difference because not only did he take care of my friend who froze in the middle of the climb because fear gripped her
