We originally got a buggy and it was very bumpy and the mechanic that came with us gave us his ATV to make our experience even better. Very thoughtful, caring. So nice. Not pushy at all for sales just focused on giving a good experience. When we went to the house to learn about coffee, chocolate, tea etc. it wasn’t pushy for sales, learnt lots and laughed lots. Booze Cruise:
This catamaran cruise was a ton of fun. The pick-up going to the excursion was prompt and smooth.
Once you arrive, you're checked in, provided with a boarding pass.
Some positives:
Great Service/Entertaining Crew
Fun/ Safe Snorkeling
Natural Pool ( all party boats dock, passengers disembark and party in the water)
Strong Cocktails
Overall a great high energy experience and worth the price!
Also, is worth it to eat before. Snacks (nachos and cheese) are offered but drinking and swimming for hours can leave you quite hungry. Thanks for a great time. I look forward to a discount code on the next booking hehe! Thanks guys

i loved this experience!!! CJ took great care of me and brought me drinks while i was in the water . He was very sweet and always asked if i was doing okay every 30 mins . He’s the best worker on infinity !!! and infinity is the BEST party boat in D.R.🇩🇴

When I say this company provides top tier customer service i mean it! We missed our transportation due to poor wifi connection at our resort and the owner immediately got in contact with us and was able to change our excursion to the next available day and then personally called to make sure the details had been relayed! They go above and beyond for guest and we will 100% be returning to do more excursions through this company! I would this excursion recommend to anybody!

By far the worst excursion I’ve ever been on. From the failure to pick us up from hotel to the filthy water at sandbar. We were told there was another person at our hotel with the same name that got on transport to the boat. We were the only ones in the lobby and were 15 early. No one came for us or picked up the wrong people. We were accommodated with a taxi, however the taxi only took us to a gas station and we had to catch a second taxi. We finally made it to the beach where we loaded the boat. The staff on the boat was so concerned about partying amongst themselves, I’m not sure they even noticed they had customers. Friends of staff showed to snorkeling area carrying bottles of Hennessy and weed to add to the staff party. The snorkeling area was too rough to snorkel and was a mere 1/2 mile from shore. We proceeded to “dolphin island” to view from the boat a few caged dolphins and then continued to the sand bar which was filthy. You could not see two inches deep in the water. The staff continued to get wasted and the customers were served the worst drinks. The drinks were not drinkable. Mixed drinks we offered for an additional fee so I had a Dixie cup of vodka and sprite for $12. Never again will I use the infinity tour group.

Iwe sorry because you don't like your ride. What I want to clarify, those who were drinking from the bottles were clients, not our team, everyone who is not wearing our company uniform their are not our team. We have Dominican clients also on the boat, they are not our staff. And our staff also has every right to participate in the party and dance with the clients and provide drinks to the clients. It's part of the boat party. Customers who smoke on the boat always tell them politely that it is not allowed but we cannot react aggressively with customers.

Overall it was a nice experience!
The beginning of the experience was a little shaky. There was quite too many people onboard and felt a little crowded.
The onboard staff were very friendly, funny and helpful. A bigger and better selection of complimentary drinks can be considered based on the price of the experience overall.

My friends and I went on a Sunday at 2:30. It started off good until we realized the boat extremely overcrowded with people. First thing we went to the reef to snorkel & they told us we only had 45 minutes which was fine until we got into the water and they made us come out after 10 minutes. When we asked why so quick they said “people want to party” so they made everyone come out. Next stop they took us was to this area where we can see “dolphins, sharks, and mantarays”, when we get there we see this small enclosure where they had these poor animals live in that the boat just passes by. Then the rest of the excursion was just people smoking and getting sloppy drunk on a sand bar. I wouldn’t recommend if you wanted a decent experience unless you want to get drunk for 3 hours , then this is for you. The cherry on top was the snacks that was “included” was a single piece of watermelon.

Charlie the tour guide was nothing short of amazing. He was very friendly and very personable accommodating and all around a great person. He was on time and made sure that we were on time. He communicated all the details the night before to ensure that we were on the same page. Oh and he also spoke five different languages. Would definitely recommend Charlie!!!

Amazing time! Special shout out to Chamo and Junior who were always attentive and making sure we had a good time. Johanna was also great and def would recommend this booze cruise to anyone wanting to have a good time!

that’s was amazing, 100% recommend. Everything was great, plenty of drink, good music. The snorkeling was perfect to see varieties of fish at the same time swimming rounds us.
The tour guide was absolutely amazing! And the staff catered to us the entire time. Me and my best friend we had a bless. Make sure when you guys come in Dominican Republic you book that trip.

The crew and activities were great! Charlie and his crew are extremely helpful and friendly! Photographers on board were also great. The snorkeling opportunities were ok, not the best we’ve done because there are too many ships/people in the same area. Hard to swim without flippers as well, which were not provided like they are on other snorkeling trips. The floating bar that comes around was fun too.
