Nice driver. Arrived safe and sound. Would definitely use them again. Driver was waiting at the airport with my name on a card.

I rented a 4 person buggie for me and my family and I would not recommend this to others. First of all, they do not have proper, working safety helmets. Of the 4 we received, 3 had broken straps and the 4th was cracked. Then our buggie was broken down more than it ran. We were broken down on the side of the road at least 15 times waiting for the mechanic. The equipment was old and not well maintained. This was not a pleasurable experience and I wish I would have spent the extra $40 and booked with another company with better equipment. You know the old adage" You get what you pay for!" This place is a perfect example of that and I hope no one else gets shortchanged like we did.

The modern airport makes it easy to enter into Punta Caña as well as existing same. Modern systems make going through customs easy and stress free. Easy to get around, adequate waiting areas and boarding facilities. Baggage area is secured and with plenty of people to assist.

Easy to make arrangements in advance. Very responsive to emails, then they recommend WeChat for local communication (free for wifi users). The company was on time and waiting on our arrival with a sign that had our name on it. When it came time to go back to the airport, we contacted Dilan the night before to give him a time of departure. They were on time with a sign again that had our name on it. For the price of transportation to and from the airport, I recommend highly.

We had Carlos Pick us up at the airport and then the next day I had him pick up my son. He also Picked us all back up to return us to the airport when our stay was over. He was polite, timely and very enjoyable! I would recommend!

Great deal. 8 total people fishing, small group and we caught fish! Some of the group got seasick, but great trip overall.

Have traveled to Punta Cana a number of times to visit the fantastic beaches. First time there I found Carlos and PM Dilan Transport by luck at the airport. He took fantastic care of us, very responsive, and extremely safe. Every time back I have contacted Carlos prior to coming into town and he has been there for me without fail. I would recommend him without hesitation!

I booked a transfer to a hotel in Uvero, Dominican Republic. On the booking there was nothing about additional costs for Uvero as a opposed to Bavaro, No area to calculate a price based on your resort choice. As I was 10 minutes into the trip, I get a call from Miguel saying that the driver would take me back to the airport if I didn't want to pay the additional cost to get me to Uvero. I paid because I didn't want to have to arrange something else and try to get a refund. BUYER BEWARE when going anywhere but Bavaro hotels and resorts.
