There were four guides for our group of eight so safety was assured. Luna our group leader was extremely professional and informative, whilst also being very friendly. - devon4880 contributionsBrilliant TimeRaoul and Alfredo were just great, they picked us up from Almeria and took us to the launch site and returned us. Then they took us on a great trip round the coast, guiding us through quite choppy waters. They gave us loads of information and stories about the area. Part way through the kayaking we stopped for snorkeling in beautifully clear water with loads of fish. Paddling was for about 2 and half hours which was brill exercise. - michelle h0 contributionsAmazing once in a lifetime experienceThis was a amazing experience surrounded by the natural beauty and unbelievable views we were fortunate enough to be the only two people on the tour that day however I can imagine that the experience would of been excellent either way, the instructors went a above and beyond expectations could not of ask for two nicer people to spend this time with, Raul and Alfredo spoke good English and not only taught us how to canyon but also lots of useful information about the area and cuisines. Overall I would highly recommend this experience it’s a great way to see a different side of the region while visiting.Written 24 May 2019

Everything is great on the tour and you even have a moment to enter the sea with diving goggles and observe the habitat, the kayak is easy to use, they give you a life jacket and everything to make the experience safe, the guides are lovely !

Recommended, my partner and I enjoyed the excursion and for being the first time we do an excursion of this type, it is suitable for everyone, the instructors help you with everything and are very pleasant, friendly and funny, we made a stop at one small cove inaccessible unless you go by boat and we rested a little and took the opportunity to see how beautiful it is and the stories they tell about everything, very happy and I will repeat even if I have to travel there

The activity was canceled only 2.5 hours before, when we were already on our way there. The reason for the cancellation was the weather, which at 25 Celsius and full sunshine was not understandable for us. Attached a picture of the beach where the activity should have taken place. The only good point was that we got reimbursed.

Hola buenas, nos entristece ver su comentario ya que no se corresponde con la realidad. Por nuestra parte la cancelación de la ruta se realizó por mal tiempo respecto al viento. No podemos salir con viento que supere los 15 nudos y según la Agencia Estatal de Meteorología la previsión del viento estaba en 18 nudos, la actividad no era segura y ante una situación que no vais a disfrutar, la actividad preferimos cancelarla. El viento no es una cosa que se sepa con mucha antelación por lo que si cancelamos la actividad horas antes de realizarse la actividad es por que el viento cambia continuamente. Lo sentimos que no haya podido comprobar el servicio que prestamos, y esperamos que en un futuro puedan probar la experiencia. Gracias y sentimos por las molestias.

This tour was a blatant rip off the advertised pick up point had not heard of the distributor. I tried to cancel the activity after walking down to Las Negras beach. No compensation no explanation no refund.

Hola buenos dias, me alegra que le gustara la zona y por lo demás fuese todo correcto, nos preocupamos mucho del servicio que damos y estamos mejorando cada día. Respecto a las explicaciones siempre damos un gran contenido de información de la zona, ese día posiblemente al hacer viento se tuvieron que resumir explicaciones o concentrarlas todas en una sola ya que no es seguro dejar de remar, espero que una próxima visita pueda comprobar esto ultimo comentado. Hi, I have made a booking (and paid) for 5 on Wednesday 24th July. I've sent 2 meassages, without a reply from you and also telephoned.....but that just rings out. All I want to do is to confirm that we want to book the 9am trip. Your web site doesn't allow selection of a time slot otherwise I would have selected it.
