We recently returned from another fantastic private villa vacation on St. Thomas and again used Luxe Vi Services to source our groceries and beverages in advance of our arrival. Alex and her team are wonderful to work with and purchased all requested groceries and alcohol and had it beautifully stocked in the villa's pantry and refrigerator an hour prior to our arrival. Everything was fresh, well within purchase-by dates and included great quality produce, meats and seafood sourced from the higher quality grocery stores on the island. The ordering process was easy and Luxe VI handled coordinating access to the villa directly with the property manager. The service fee is very reasonable and made the start of our vacation so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Not having to deal with the Saturday (and/or Sunday) crush of new tourists inside the island's limited grocery stores is always the best way to start the week on St. Thomas. We highly recommend Luxe VI provisioning services -- they are good people delivering an excellent service for a very affordable and convenient price.

Stayed here 2 weeks in August and returned in September. Greeted with a big smiles from front desk. M club employees Kaddish, Tyneeka, Andrew and Rosa were awesome. I will return to this hotel in November even though it is not the perfect location to visit my family. Kudos to the manager for hiring these exceptional staff members.

I went on a ride with Elite Limo to Niagra on the lake winery ride with my family and the chauffeur was polite, punctual and professional, the SUV was neat and comfortable and the price was amazing..... I would recommend this to all my known ones.......I would give them five-star ratings...

Used OK Mobility for car hire in Alicante. On returning the car, I was told I had caused damage but it was so insignificant as to be invisible. I always take photos of my hire car at collection. They charged me €460 and have yet to send me any correspondence (they said I would have an email within the hour). This on 19.4.24. I travel regularly to Spain, am aware of this type of scam, but have never had any trouble before this. It’s fraudulent behaviour…Should have read Trust Pilot reviews, says it all.

My friend and I were picked up at Toronto International Airport. Our driver contacted us as soon as we landed, and was waiting for us at the designated spot. In spite of the crazy traffic, our driver got us to our hotel safely and in a timely manner, and was friendly and helpful throughout the drive. The same driver picked us up on our return trip! Great customer service and reasonable rates. I would book with them again!

We were picked up from our Hotel and driven to Lake Simcoe. Our driver, Karan was wonderful. We had an amazing private chauffeur service in a beautiful clean Cadillac Escalade. Several days later we were picked up from the Lake and driven to the airport. The whole experience was reasonably priced and exceptional. I must mention “GM” who owns the company and helped make this effortless and enjoyable. My husband and I , along with our friends, highly recommend this company . Don’t hesitate to use them.

Pick-up from Union Station and drop-off in Mississauga. The customer service was excellent! Very communicative, reasonably priced, on time and clean. The driver knew the city/routes and the administrative staff is exceptional.

We took a recent trip to Niagara from Pearson Int Airport and again from Downtown Toronto back to Pearson. Our driver was called Harsh. He was very smart and professional and also knowledgeable of the area, sharing lots of information on places to visit. His SUV was immaculate and he helped with cases etc, always on time to collect us. We also arranged a trip to the zoo which he helped us out with. Thank you Harsh, you make our Canadian experience all the better.

I booked their services for my boss and he was very impressed he said that the chauffeur was on time, texted him upon his arrival and helped him load his and a co-workers suitcases into the vehicle. His SUV was super nice and clean, he was well curious experienced and knowledgeable. Definitely going to be booking with them again.

We rented a vehicle from Thrifty on February 12th at Sky Harbor and through slight of hand at check-in ended up paying $244,93 plus 15% tax for lost damage waiver (coverage I personally have on my insurance). I told the attendant that i did not need it. However he charged me anyway and did not show me a sign contract, simply printed a form and put it in a folder. I did not think much about as i assumed that upon return on February 19th that i would be printed off a receipt with all charges shown. When we went to pick up the Nissan Rogue it was full of scratches and dents. We asked the attendant to walk around and do a write up (it was Super Bowl weekend and there were not many vehicles around). He flippantly told us to takes photos as evidence (very unprofessional). Upon our return on February 19th, the attendant in the garage told us that they don't print out invoice/receipts like they used to but will email the invoice. being trusting and time challenged we didn't think that this was a problem. Upon receiving the invoice by email the next day with the charges, we now see it as a set up. Recommend to all travelers to Phoenix, stay away from Thrifty at the airport.

Made a reservation in error for a day in the past - before I found the error they had already charged me for something impossible for them to do unless they had a "time machine". They falsely claimed they tried to call me to correct the error but I was home all day - no call. NO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - THEY ARE A RUDE MONEY GUBBY BUNCH! Plenty of alternatives for car service in Toronto
