- Helen B00Excellent way to see NiagaraThis was an excellent day. Micko, our driver and guide, was encyclopaedic with all sorts of information about the Toronto region through to Niagara and Canada in general. He kept us well entertained and was full of useful tips as to how to handle the free time available at Niagara. We would highly recommend the tour and were particularly glad we signed up for the Skylon tower as well as the boat trip.
- max w00Outstanding Tour Guude to Niagara FallsMicko, our Tour Guide, both entertained and informed us regarding Canadian history, customs, and quirks all delivered with an equal measure of knowledge and humour. A small glitch with the P.A. system was resolved quickly with a bus swap at our first stop when tasting the various Maple Syrup flavours. We were able to leave purchases/sweaters on the bus to save carrying them around all day.Micko escorted us all to the boat where you receive a poncho, but will still get wet, but it's totally worth it.. The Falls are absolutely spectacular, all of the parks surrounding them are landscaped and immaculately clean. Further away from the Falls, the surrounding streets are full of tacky amusements etc, but if you're here to see the Falls, You won't be disappointed. Micko was an exceptional Tour Guude and I would definitely recommend this Tour which was very well run.
- SeattleDolly00On my bucket list!My husband and I live on the west coast, but have always wanted to see Niagara Falls. We had an opportunity and this tour met all our expectations. Melvyn, our tour guide, was very professional and kept the tour going on time. We did the optional Skylon Tower tour and found it worthwhile. The boat trip to the base of the falls was exciting and I didn’t get as wet as I expected. They give you a plastic poncho. I highly recommend lunch at The Secret Garden with a view of the falls. The only change I would make would be a soundtrack of different Canadian singers, rather than all Celine Dion, on the trip back.
- 569akhtars00Excellent tour to Niagara falls, tasted maple syrupTour was organized by Pak Pioneer Senior Organization. Enjoyable experience, the luxury bus of Zoom Tour was comfortable and its pilot Mr Anthony was friendly, informative and compassionate. Looking forward to engage Mr Anthony in coming tours too.
- 479ashfaquea00The whole tour was excellent and knowledgeable to know the history of Niagara Lake and fallsIt was so excellent Tour to Niagara falls and Birds Kingdom Park we enjoyed so much well managed organized and good discipline in Luxury Bus
- dghowell40400Awesome power & don’t forget your mac!The walk along the parkway to Table Rock, to experience the sights, sounds & sheer power of the Falls, will stay in my memory for a long time. And don’t forget to bring your wet weather gear!
- 432jakel00Great Tour - 100% recommendedTour operator was very knowledgeable with regards to the history of the Toronto to Niagara areas. Tour host negotiated stop times among the tour group to accommodate everyone
- 814marilym00Great trip! The driver was very good and knew a lot about history of Canada. This trip is very good for tourists, all the stops were beautiful
- MooDoo6600🇨🇦Good amount of time between stops, very well organised trip and very informative think the guide was called miko ? But yeah good day trip and back for around 5:30 Could maybe skip the last part in Niagara village and just head back but that’s just my preference!
- elleenap202200Best Tour of NiagaraThis tour was worth every cent! First of all, the pickup from downtown Toronto was key. Our tour guide was right on schedule, and very personable. He kept us laughing throughout the day with his jokes, and the facts flowed at a constant pace. The bus was comfortable, and the pacing of the day felt perfect - plenty of time to see everything without feeling rushed. I loved the option to add on additional parts to the tour (Skylon Tower and Hornblower Boat Cruise) either ahead of time or the morning of the tour. Niagara Falls itself was incredible - we went on the off season, and despite the cold, the experience was no less magical. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Niagara during a trip to Toronto - the value is unmatched!
- Tourist42245500Beautiful Niagara FallsMy sister and I drove over to the falls on our way back to Michigan. They are a breathtaking sight and we definitely will be back on a warmer day. We did not go on any tour or boat ride; just snapped pictures from the shore.
- Aisling M00Great day tripThis was a great day trip. Mel was a great guide and made sure the day ran smoothly. The Falls are amazing and the boat trip is well worth the extra cost. However the skylon tower didn’t add much to the trip. The views of the Falls were more spectacular riverside and it was a waste of almost an hour stopping here. We would have preferred more time in Niagara on the Lake instead. Would highly recommend this day trip.
- Ann B00ExcellentJimmy our driver and tour guide made our whole trip such a delight. Enjoyed the tour, very informative, beautiful weather and beautiful scenery. Learned a lot and would look at a future tour.
- Jessica B00Fun in the Fall Sun !The wine tours were fun. We had perfect weather and Niagara on the Lake was beautiful. It was well worth the price considering the number of wineries we visited.
- Iana T00Compact yet resourcefulFor a first-time experience of the Niagara-on-the-Lake, lots has been covered! 3 wineries, 1 chocolate factory, and even the centre of the town! A very good option for an escape from the big city for a day.

I really can’t say that we enjoyed this tour. They make us leave super early from Toronto, at 07:45, for no good reason as we spent the whole morning stopping in random places, wasting time in an empty dead town, in a maple syrup tourist trap and so on. The driver would not stop talking the entire time, with the speakers of the bus on their max volume, spewing the most random facts for the entire drive, which seriously became overbearing and plain annoying, preventing us from catching up some sleep or listening to our own music.
At every stops, he would ask people to vote for how long we should stop, meaning if someone wanted to stop a hour somewhere random, we would stop as no one else would actually vote. Just have an itinerary and stick to it man! Then, once we finally made it to the falls, which are free to enter, they first makes us stop at the bloody viewing tower to make us pay tickets for seeing something that is normally free. Of course you don’t have to pay and go up, but the alternative of waiting for 1h in an overheated bus was worst.
Once we finally wade it to the falls, at 1pm, the glorious morning sun had gone, wasted on stupid useless stops along the way and the falls looked very sad under a thick cloud cover. To make it even better, our driver decided to stop here for 2h20! It’s -10C outside, it takes 10 mins to see the falls and take a picture, so we spent the next 1h10 waiting in the only warm place around, the super crowded and touristy rock table gift and souvenirs shop. Seriously the most depressing afternoon we spent in Canada.
I would not recommend this tour to anyone, hire a car or do it with public transports, it’s very expensive, will waste your entire day and you’ll get back to Toronto around 17:00, exhausted and feeling frustrated to have spent that much time waiting around. That tour could very easily be done in half a day without all the useless stops but I guess they have to justify the very steep ticket prices.

To readers - please take this review with a grain of salt. Note that the very next review after this one is from Jane L and she was on the same tour and rated the tour and driver as excellent 5 stars.
There are so many errors in the statements from this reviewer. Firstly we never leave at 7:45am unless absolutely everyone on the bus arrives 15 minutes early to the departure point which almost never happens. Our departure time is 8:00am and we often leave 5-10 minutes late if people are late to the departure location.
Secondly when you sign up for a guided tour with full commentary then you can expect the tour guide to give you information about the area and tour over the PA system while on route - sorry that it interrupted your ability to sleep or listen to your own music.
Thirdly the Skylon Tower is an OPTIONAL PAID activity. It is not normally free. I dont know where you would ever get that idea from. Most people want to go up the tower but those people that dont want to go up the tower are offered to be taken to the Table Rock Area (or alternative viewing area) for viewing the falls close up which is a free experience. You are never made to wait in the bus for 1 hour. There is always a choice to go to a free viewing area instead of going up the Skylon Tower which is a small expense.

The trip started at the Toronto’s Ripley’s believe it or not aquarium. There were two tour vans that can fit about 20+ people. Our bus was full, which was not what was described in the posting on trip advisor. The van’s air conditioning did not work properly. It was extremely uncomfortable in the back of the van. I let the bus driver know at the first stop that it was hot as he made a pint to tell us that he was aware of the temperature differentiation between the front of the bus and the back of the bus. However, it didn’t improve at all. There were kids on the van int he back and they were visibly sweating along with the adults. The tour guide Ralph was speaking during the ride to the falls on the intercom, but we could barely hear him in the back. It was not a comfortable experience being on the van to or from the falls. The falls itself was beautiful and the boat ride on the hornblower to the falls was absolutely amazing. You don’t get misted, you get soaked by the way. The ponchos are absolutely pointless lol you will get wet and the idea is to walk it off in the hot sun afterwards. We were dried within an hour. It was nice that we got a chance to stop at other places like the smallest chapel and largest flower clock. It was great we had three hours of free time to eat and shop in Niagara. We also received 60 minutes to walk around Niagara on the lake and we were able to eat breakfast and make it back to the van in time. I would definitely recommend people do an excursion to Niagara if they have never been. However, I wouldn’t recommend going on a tour van packed with people, with poor air conditioning, and without a bathroom on board!

Hi there, on your tour date Ralph was driving a 45 passenger coach that was only 2 years old and had only 12,000km on the odometer. It wasn't a "van" as you describe it but rather a coach that was only a few years old. The air conditioning unit is mounted on the ceiling of the bus at the very back and it blows the cold air forward. So almost everyone on the bus was getting nice cold air except the back row where you were sitting. So the air conditioning unit was working perfectly fine - it is just the design of it doesn't give a lot of airflow in the back row and for that I apologize that you were uncomfortable on the journey.
If you couldn't hear Ralph on the intercom then you can tell him that you can't hear him and he will turn up the volume so you can hear him clearly. We don't have bathroom on the buses but the driver will stop if anyone requires a bathroom on the drive to the falls which is typically around 90 minutes,

Our family of 4 just did the tour and we had an amazing time. The Hornblower boat cruise into the falls was the highlight of the trip and did not disappoint! We got soaked in the misty falls but had enough to dry off at the Niagra brewery which had one of the best charcuterie boards and baked pretzels. Micko was great. He had some humorous comments, interesting information for all the areas along the way including Toronto and several recommendations including price points at each stop (which was helpful). The bus was comfortable with AC and we had plenty of leg room and storage for our bags. We never would have considered visiting Niagra on the lake of it weren’t for this tour but want to definitely come back to this cute little town/village. Would highly recommend the tour.

One of the best organised tours we’ve done and despite the falls being the obvious ‘wow’ factor, the thing that made the trip was our driver/guide Melvin (Mel).
Mel has a simply encyclopaedic knowledge and delivers from the minute he picks you up in the bus to the final ‘nap time’ on the drive back to Toronto. Brilliant and funny. A real asset to the tour organisers.
We were collected pretty much on time and visited the skylon tower, the falls themselves, various short stops on the Niagara Gorge and finally the wonderfully picturesque town of Niagara on the Lake.
Totally recommend this tour to any visitor and if you’re lucky, you might also get Mel as your guide.

If you’re lucky enough to have Michael as your tour guide, then you’re in good hands. He’s really entertaining and makes the rather long journey fun! He’s a real character and very knowledgeable too. From Toronto to Niagara Falls is at least 1.5hr journey and has to encompass some rush hour time, however the coach is comfortable and you can have a doze. We’d only arrived from the UK the night before and because we’re familiar with the jet lag process, we knew we’d be awake around 5:00am, so booking the early start wasn’t an issue. We stopped en route at Walkers Market where fruits, jams, drinks, snacks and bathroom stop was available all running along the lake to the Falls. We drove through the parkway where you can see some amazing properties and once we reached our destination the view of the Falls was indeed as expected, a sight to behold. A natural phenomenon in its magnificence. The booming sound of the turquoise green water falling over it’s crest into the wider ravine below is awesome and the hornblower cruise is an extra that gives you the chance to get up close and personal with the Falls in a way you can’t from the viewpoints above. The only reason I gave 4/5 and not 5/5 is because there’s a lot of time spent on the coach but I guess it depends on where you’re staying and that will reflect the price you pay. We had a great day and were well ready for an early night to catch up on sleep by then! A must do. 👍🏻😃

I’m usually not a fan of organized bus tours. But I was more than pleasantly surprised by my experience going to Niagara Falls from Toronto. Mel was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable that it was amazing to hear the history of the area and stories about Niagara Falls. It was really like being shown around by a museum docent. The price of the tour was a good value given what we would’ve paid to take a train down. We never would have learned everything that we did if we’ve been wandering around by ourselves.

Got recommended this tour by a family we met on the train on the way to Toronto… they were right.
Picked up at 8am and dropped back at about 5:30pm. ~2hr trip to Niagara with a short stop just before to try some maple syrup and use rest rooms… there’s none that n the bus and none at the pick up point so be prepared!!!
Bus driver acted as tour guide as well and was great - Micko is his name - giving lots of facts about where we were and some local knowledge for getting about.
Niagara was… well, Niagara Falls and it didn’t disappoint. We wandered the length of the water front over our time there, stopping for lunch along the way.
We didn’t do the Skylon or the boat trip… but if you want to you need cash to buy discounted tickets from the driver for these.
The trip to Niagara on the Lake is beautiful with a couple of stops on the way… flower clock, small chapel, whirlpool viewpoint.
Niagara on the Lake itself is picture postcard with shops to browse but you need to be quick.
Over all, very happy with the day and the value for money. We’d thought about doing the trip by ourselves by train but this was much less hassle and got the tour guide info as well… we think that’s a win.

We had a great day on this trip and are so glad we booked it! Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and shared so much interesting information, we thought he was a really genuine person who seemed to love his job. The stops on the way to the falls were a great build up and the sky tower was worth the money, the views are spectacular. The falls itself were incredible, you get plenty of time to explore and have some food when you are there. Would highly recommend.

Berkus was a great tour guide! He had a lot of information about the greater Toronto area and the towns heading towards Niagara Falls. We were able to stop along the way at Niagara on the River and a few other scenic sites before making it to the Falls. We had 3 and a half hours total at the falls to eat and explore. The Falls were beautiful! There is an option to buy tickets for a Skyline Tower for ~$17 and/ or tickets for Journey behind the falls for ~$15.50. My group did the Journey and liked it a lot! You get an up lose look at the falls from behind. You also have to buy lunch at the falls, or plan ahead and bring your own, which I would recommend if you’re on a budget. Overall a great experience!

What a fantastically organised way to see Niagara Falls.
Driver Mel took great pride in making sure that we set out on time and safely from the CN Tower and that we could see and hear all the touristy details on the way to Niagara Falls.
The first official stop is at the Skylon Tower which we'd seen before. So if like us you're not prepared to pay a bit extra to go up the tower, treat it as your chance for an hour's morning refreshment stop. To his credit Mel did offer to drive us to Niagara Falls ahead of the rest of the group but we chose to stay with everyone else and wait a bit.
We had two hours at the Falls. In winter that's plenty. I can see how some may enjoy more time in the summer as per some other reviews (but I suspect that most tourists would start getting bored and would be exhausted with a longer day).
A stopover at the Maple Leaf gift shop is a good chance to pick up some maple syrup which is made on site. Some further quick stops to photograph some botanical and technical sites. The final substantial stop is the Niagara on the Lake main street with tonnes of cool shops. It's only an hour. So choose two or three shops carefully.
The ride back to Toronto was largely quiet giving passengers a chance to sleep.
Throughout the trip Mel did a great job of explaining the cultural and natural history of the area, dropped some quiz questions and jokes. You could also see him try to keep the vehicle temperature and radio levels acceptable to the passengers. Mel was very earnest in making sure that passengers were happy.
I would definitely be considering this tour operator again if we wanted to visit Niagara Falls.

Raincoats are provided because you will get wet, so you don't need to bring a change of clothes. You'll probably need to bring a jacket because it can get cool out there. Bags can be left on the coach.

The cruise starts at 8am meeting
at the Aquarium. Your purchase confirmation tells all the details. The bus driver will check you in and then he will direct the group for the entire tour. You wont miss a thing. You will stay in a group for the whole day.
It does not say at what time does the tour begin, and what time does it end. Could you please tell me. Thanks

That's right, the tour started with gathering at the meeting point, Ripley's Aquarium, at 8 am. We reached back at about 5:30 pm, the traffic was terrible because of the games.
Irrespective this was a lovely trip and I would love to go with them again!

If it is available you should be able to book it. It is kind of difficult to get hold of them on the phone.
Does the tour run in January? I am looking at around January 25 or so?

When do we usually arrive at the Niagara Falls? Also how much time do we have to get lunch if we are joining the cruise?

We got there around noon. Between all of the stops including an hour at Niagara on the Lake (would have liked longer) it took that long. Depends on traffic and weather though. We had rain so that impacted the time. Total time for the cruise (which you do first) is about an hour. So you end up with at least 2-2.5 hours for lunch and other sightseeing. We were due back at the bus around 3:45 and arrived back around 6 due to rush hour traffic.
