As a transportation from Victoria to Seattle, this is a good option. However, what fall short are the process of getting on the ship and the food on board. You had to get into one line after another, and when you are finally made it...More

We took a one-way ferry from Victoria to Seattle, an almost 3-hour trip that was generally good. We were in Comfort class, which offered priority boarding and complimentary refreshments. There were clearly guests who’d been here before, as they were rather pushy – and I...More

The facilities before boarding are very poor. Overcrowded and run down. The ferry itself is average only. Expensive way to travel.

Probably, in September it starts to get dark around 7:00 pm...other than a sunset, you may not see very much. Yes, the windows are large and afford great views.

The trip should be very nice, unless you take the even trip. We took the mid day time and the trip and views were very good. Comfort class is like the rest of the ferry except the seats are leather and the food is free.
