Trip was ok but guide is not good totally speek in Chinese language I don’t understand any thing in my future never make any booking with you sorry!

Complete mis-representation of this tour, we booked the English guide tour to avoid the English/Mandarin tours due to the poor reviews of these tours. We found ourselves as the only Non Asian people on this coach who had meal plans included in their bookings, this option was at no time ever offered to us, on arrival at the first lunch stop we were told the nearby Service station was our meal option, at every stop the coach stopped at a Chinese buffet restaurant and we were told we had 50 minutes to locate, eat and be back at the coach. This was never explained to us and made our meal times very unpleasant due to the time constraint imposed. The hotel used for Banff (and for that matter all locations were substandard ) The Banff location was over 40 kilometres from Banff. The Guide ( James) had extremely poor English and most of the time we could not understand what he was saying or what we were being shown. Viator and C Tours should be avoided at all costs, Viator verbally agreed we had been placed on the wrong tour but no recompense was forth coming.

Victoria itself seemed to be a wonderful place if only we had more time to explore this beautiful city. There were a couple of stops that were pointless, just ambling around. The booking process was rubbish as there was no option to choose 2 rooms for 3 adults which resultedin us sharingone room which was inappropriate. A full itinerary with times would have been useful and a better explanation of the places we were visiting. The hotel was not in central Victoria and there was limited places to eat resulting in us having to get a taxi to Victoria and back again. We feel we would have been better to make our own tour and felt this was not good value for money. Butchart gardens were amazing!

worth a day! perfectly planned no hassle. tour guide speaks both english and mandarin. highly recommend for those who are looking for a day tour

This trip was very enjoyable. Victoria is a beautiful city and we had a nice stroll. The Butchart Gardens were the star of the show with all of the wonderful flowers and their smells. Our guide, Kim, was very helpful and professional. She took very good care of all of us. 10/10, would do again.

We fit a lot into the two day tour and Gary Cheng, our guide, did a great job. The Butchart Gardens are worth a visit. Be sure to grab a gelato. Also a burger from Blue Poppy.

This tour is mostly in Chinese only 10% in English overall ok tour if you’re not interested in all the details about the the place you visiting.

Our guide was good. Tour starts 7am, took 9am ferry, came back for 5pm ferry, not much time on victor. We visited inner harbor for 1h, mile zero(just marker near beach), eat lunch( Chinese Zaocha), visited butchart garden for 1.5h. Very tight schedule. Tip CAD 15/person.

Our tour guide, Don was very patient and kind. He gently explained things that was unclear, and also even dabble checked to his company. I felt he is very trustworthy. Even though our trip was one day trip, we could see many popular sightseeing, and I got some ideas now where to go next time to explore more by my self. Very satisfied.

It was excellent a little cold and raining in am but then sunny. I feel I saw everything in Vancouver! The driver Gary C it is a excellent driver. Very attentive and knowledgebke. I highly recommend this tour. A lot of walking

We opted for spring tour to Banff. The tour was amazing. We visited kalowna, Banff, lake Louise and Kamloops. If you want to check out snow during spring then this is the tour for you. The hotels we stayed were all 3 star hotels, very neat and hygienic. We paid some extra for 7 meals as we wanted to mend with our tourists and stay with the group the whole time. We had some amazing Asian, Chinese and Korean food. There were vegetarian options given to us as we requested for it. Our tour guide Christine was amazing. “We love you Christine”. She gave us information throughout the bus ride about the towns and cities we were passing by and the details about the itinerary. She was not just a guide but a friend and a family to us. She took very good care of us throughout our trip. The driver was very kind too and took us to an additional tourist spot at Yoho national park. Overall I recommend you to try this tour if you have limited time and do not wanna drive 8 hours and just wish to relax and enjoy the view. My mum and I went on a tour to Victoria in Vancouver Island on Saturday March 9th. We had a very lovely experience thanks to our guide Gary Cheng. Gary was very prompt at responding to our queries before the tour started re pick up time and location. On the day he was perfectly on time and we were able to spot the bus right away thanks to his exact vehicle description. During the tour he was friendly, engaging, accommodating and informative, and made our tour very memorable. We highly recommend the tour and our guide Gary.

We joined four days tour to Banff, our tour guide Dale Lan is very knowledgeable and patient. I will recommend this tour to others.

Attended 1/24 Victoria tour .our guide Gary Cheng is very good showing us around . He is knowledgeable and friendly and really good photographer. Very recommend!!
