- Melanie S0 contributionsGreat introduction to Vancouver!First time visiting Vancouver. Selected this tour as a way to orient myself to the city. There were only three of us on the tour so we had extra time at each of the locations. Lucio is a fantastic tour guide. The van was roomy and very comfortable. Definitely recommend!Written 30 October 2024

- 602jessie0 contributionsWouldn’t recommend! The driver was very nice. No one told us there was a parade and protest which made traffic impossible. The van was hot and many things were pointed out with no stops. The bridge was amazing. I would recommend ubering to it yourself.Written 4 August 2024
- Sabine H0 contributionsLucio KniestI was alone in Vancouver for a couple of days and decided to book a sightseeing tour. I ended up alone with an older couple in a van … luckily the tour guide Lúcio had a refreshing sense of humour! We all had fun a lots to joke about!Written 3 August 2024
- U1128QXrobertam0 contributionsVancouver with YavWe very much enjoyed our small group Vancouver tour. Our group was very small & we enjoyed visiting with everyone. We took the tour as a pre cruise trip and met others that were on our cruise. Our guide, Yav, was very knowledgeable, informative and interesting. Shared lots of good info about Vancouver. Yav was very respectful and we enjoyed our time with him. We would definitely recommend this tour.Written 30 July 2024
- amorgan12310 contributionsLaughing with Lucio—best Vancouver city and suspension bridge tourMyself and my two children (12 and 10) had the best time on this tour learning about the city, seeing the sights and hiking around the park with the suspension bridges. Lucio was an AMAZING tour guide!!! He is funny, full of information and an expert at navigating Vancouver traffic. Lucio has so much positive energy and made sure everyone had the best time—cracking jokes, telling stories of Vancouver, making recommendations and battling the traffic as best he could! If you only have a day in Vancouver before your cruise, this is the tour for you and Lucio should be your guide! I can’t recommend him enough!Written 28 July 2024

- Noreen C0 contributionsGreat tour of Vancouver’s best attractionsThe tour gave us a great overview of Vancouver’s highlights. Our guide, Yav, was pleasant and knowledgeable about the city and its history, shared lots of good information. We had plenty of time to explore the Capilano Suspension Bridge park, our favorite spot on the tour, and at Stanley Park. The small group allowed us to enjoy getting to know the other passengers a bit. I highly recommended this tour!Written 19 July 2024

- Victor C0 contributionsFantastic tour of Vancouver with a great guideMy wife and I had a fantastic small group tour around Vancouver! We explored a beautiful big park and an exhilarating suspension bridge park, and also enjoyed a scenic drive around town. Our guide, Lucio, was amazing—he shared so many interesting facts about the city and kept the tour lively and fun. His enthusiasm and knowledge made the experience even more memorable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see the best of Vancouver!Written 7 July 2024
- darrellanned0 contributionsEnjoyable 5 hoursReally enjoyed our guide who was energetic and personable. Good to take tour since gasoline expensive and there is so little parking (none free it seems) for a personal/rental car. The ticket for the suspension bridge is included. It lasted 5 hours and included picking us up. I think he could have provided more history along the way. I know there was more to learn because we got a lot more on another tour there. Wish it had been a bit less expensive.Written 7 July 2024
- V5779BHchristinam0 contributionsGood Introduction to Vancouver NeighborhoodsDay trip with Stan. I wish we had longer at Granville Island and the Suspension Bridges, but it was a good introduction to different neighborhoods. A little slow for my 10 year old.Written 18 June 2024

The tour guide was nice and competent and the experience on Grouse Mountain was great, but when we went on to Capilano Bridge it was closed that day due to the snow the day before (the tour guide didn't know about that), these things can happen everybody understands that. But then I tried to get at least a partial refund, and the company handled the inquiry very poorly, they gave me even less money back that they actually saved that day because they didn't have to pay the entrance fee for the bridge. They didn't react to my message afterwards.

Hello Dwldr,
We are sorry to hear about your experience. Capilano Suspension Bridge did closed for a few days this winter due to the extreme weather conditions. We always provided clients with refunds and replacement options when we come across this challenge moments. For your tour, everyone agreed to replace the Suspension Bridge for a Vancouver Sightseeing.
Please let us know when you will be back in Vancouver and we will definitely take you to the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
Best Regards

Our visit was a summer time trip, so Grouse Mt looked quite a bit different than this ice/snow crusted shot... still was a lot of fun with varied activities. highly recommended..

I came to Vancouver on my own for work and thought to spend a Saturday taking this tour. The pickup was easy, the mountain and bridge were really nice as well. It was a great way to see the North end of Vancouver. Our tour guide, Kyle, was really knowledgeable and often would stop to take photos of us!

This was the best tour I have taken in a long time. Our tour guide, Kyle, was super amazing! He was funny, knowledgeable and just fun to be around. There was only my son and I on this tour and I wouldn't have blamed the company for cancelling the tour, but I was very grateful that they didn't. Kyle took us to each location, explained what we were going to see and then let us go at our own pace. It was the perfect balance and we never felt hurried. Both Grouse Mountain and the Capilano Bridge were amazing and I am not a great fan of heights. I'm really glad we chose this tour. My son absolutely loved it and we would visit both places again given the opportunity!

Great experience, our guide Erick was very knowledgeable and everything went smoothly. The start time meant getting to Capilano before the queues which was also a bonus. It would have been nice to have a bit longer there to really soak everything in, but managed to see everything I wanted to anyway and the convenience of travel and tickets being sorted for you makes up for it.

Hands down, the highlight of our trip. Pick-up/drop-off was a breeze. Good communication before the trip without getting a million little updates.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, friendly, and quite witty.
We got plenty of time at each stop to explore, take pictures, and even eat if we so wanted.
If there was one thing I wish could be included were phone chargers - I took a LOT of pictures. But that’s what phone chargers are for, right? Lol.

Very nice tour with a nice tour guide who was very helpful. Think his name was Stan?
Recommend the suspension bridge and cliff walk but make sure you have plenty of time to grab a hot chocolate on the other side- it was fantastic.

Not easy to access, I recommend taking public transportation, i.e. the free bus from Waterfront Vancouver. Please note, it is best to book online and choose your time carefully. The ride is nice, although expensive for what you get. The suspension bridge moves a lot but for me the most pleasant thing is the tour of the small ledge which is located just before the suspension bridge.

Reminded us of being in the Star Wars Ewok tree village. Our tour guide Erik was helpful, funny & extremely informative. Also, he was great at singing Culture Club songs. Not sure what you make, but you deserve a raise!!!

The tour was small and intimate. Great for exploring and getting to know the city and sites. The side trip to Lions Ear at the city park was the highlight. Tour guide was a great and not corny guide.

Could this tour accommodate the Breakfast with the Bears excursion? I have a group of 14 exactly:)
Written 20 October 2019
Breakfast with the bears must be a different tour as it was not an option with our tour but it may be they have adapted the tour now as the gondola is not in service at this time due to an act of vandalism. I hope this helps

Wanted to know if airport pick up was an option. We have an 1145am arrival into YVR and was interested to in the 300pm tour. If not, do you pick up at the Sylvia Hotel? We will be staying there the evening of 9/19/19.

Hi there, my husband and I are visiting from Sydney, Australia in December. My cousins who live in Prince George said that we have to visit Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain, but we should also stay and have dinner at the fancy restaurant on the mountain. Can this be part of a tour or would we need to arrange the travel ourselves?
Written 14 April 2019
It’s separate. Grouse Mountain. Capilano. Dinner.
All are separate events.
Written 18 April 2019
Do Capilano bridge in the morning and the Mountain in the afternoon. Weather can change quickly. We were in luck to have a fine morning, you get to do more with less people. We booked the 9.00 am pick up from our Hotel within the city. Going to Grouse Mountain was a little overcast, but we were so happy to see snow falling. We did the walk in the snow, saw the bears and had a great time. (we hoped to see snow that was our priority and the mountain did not disappoint) . On the way back go to Cypress Mountain which is close by. The lookout is amazing, You will see the whole of North and Vancouver city. The view is breathtaking. Have fun!

Hi can I be collected from hotel in Richmond in Westminster rd ? Thanks
Written 5 March 2019
Note sure where your hotel is, but the rule of thumb is, pick up is guaranteed at any hotel within the Vancouver city limits. It can be cheaper getting on the train into the city ($5 one way I think) and arrange to meet in a particular location (near a hotel)
Written 13 May 2019
can you be collected from where the port, we dock at 8am?
Written 17 January 2019
I am not sure if it picks up from where the boat docks but it is an easy walk to the drop off/pick up area
