Gastown Walking Food Tour
From US$ 63.34
Combine food, comedy, and Vancouver history on a Gastown gourmet walking tour led by a professional improv comedian. You’ll get the quirkiest stories and facts from Gastown’s Wild West history, pausing frequently for tastings of flavorful local treats. Since this Gastown walking tour also takes in key Gastown landmarks, you’ll tick off must-see sites with an irreverent alternative to a traditional tour.
What to Expect
Meet an improv comedian guide in the historic district of Gastown, then set out on foot as you hear some little-known stories about the neighborhood.

Check out the Gastown Steam Clock—it really does run on steam power—as well as the ‘World’s Oldest Trading Company,’ and other local landmarks. The tasting menu varies to keep the experience fresh and fun, but favorites include local craft beer, organic ice cream, pulled-pork sandwiches, treats made with Canadian maple syrup, and a cheese cake that’s been voted the best in the city.

Throughout the tour, your guide will keep up an energetic dialogue about Gastown, Vancouver, and local food. Your walking tour concludes at the original departure point.

Yes - teenagers and eleven year olds should be fine - just let the tour guide know ahead of time so they will arrange for nonalcoholic beverages for the minors.
