Hello, For my birthday, my son and I visited Calgary for the second time. Before that, we lived here for a couple of months a year ago. Now we decided to go on a city tour to learn more about its history and architecture here, in the northern part of the American continent. I really love Calgary, for the clean water of the Bow River, for the fact that there are so many animals here, and in general, the city that likes to joke. That's how I feel about it. So, I discovered it again on a tour! I liked everything: our tour guide Jerry, our small group of traveling and interested people. Everyone was unique. And about the city, there is nothing to say! I got to know it in a new way. Traveling around Calgary with Jerry was so intriguing and just fun, despite the slight frost and fog. Jerry protected us from the cold, took us to warm cafes or the +15 Skywalk. The biggest impression was not even the Calgary Tower, but the Central Library and the chocolate shop. In the Library we even played a game that Canadians love. And I also remembered the central street of the city, Stephen Avenue. Everything here breathes the past. Here you will take a closer look, for example, at the owl on the window sill, and you will not see it, and do not know what it all means. In short, it is very interesting and pleasant to discover the secrets of the city in such a company of people. I am very happy with this little journey through the city. Three hours flew by so quickly that the parting was unexpected. Thank you, Jerry; thank you to your travel company Toonie Tours; thank you to all the members of our group. I didn't understand everything well because my English is not good enough, but everyone's kindness warmed my heart so much that I really wanted to continue this journey for an hour or two. Even though it was crazy cold, Jamie showed us a lot of Calgary and we had a really great time. He always made sure we were comfortable and he searched for ways to get inside every once in a while. That way, walking outside at -20 degrees Celsius was no problem.

There was punctuality, the guide, James, is knowledgeable about Calgary's history, very kind and available to answer our questions. it was an excellent experience.

Our tour guide, Jamie, is knowledgeable about the area. I am amazed by his skills in understanding and conversing with people of different nationalities who have language barriers, especially their diction. Give this a try when you are in Calgary. Kudos.

The tour was definitely worth it, even with the cold! Being in a small group made the experience more enjoyable, and time passed quickly. Jamie was extremely knowledgeable about the history, architecture, and buildings, sharing fascinating stories as we explored downtown Calgary. He also gave us the option to choose the final part of the tour between two options, which was a nice touch. Highly recommended!

If you want to see some amazing street art and also get a feel for a different part of the city, this tour is for you. The tour guide has really taken the time to get to know all the art work and the artists. And the art is amazing and it's so great to know that it will be added to year on year. And the craft beer was really good too - a slide to start, a slide to finish

Jamie was very knowledgeable about the history, architecture and buildings in the downtown Calgary area that we covered. I enjoyed his tour a great deal.

Best walking tour we’ve had in a while. The guide wasn’t a local but loves the city. Knows its history, excited by what’s it’s doing and how the city is evolving. Besides it being cold, the guide balanced outside and inside time so we didn’t ever get cold. Well worth your time.

Bike ride felt a bit too rushed, it ended up about half an hour earlier. Tour guide tended to ramble a bit too long when talking, could barely ask any questions. Good tour overall.

I signed up for the 3 hour walking tour but it started snowing so no one else turned up. My guide was happy to go ahead even though I told her I wouldn't mind if she didn't want to (remember this is a tips tour!) and I'm so glad she did as it was a wonderful tour and I learned a lot about Calgary and its building and history. Highly recomended!

The street art was amazing and our guide was so informative about each piece. The breweries had some wonderful beers to try as well, each place was so different and unique.

Darryl was a great guide, full of interesting stories about Calgary. Highly recommend. Relaxing bike around town with great views. Love seeing the area around the Bow River.
