Enter the terminal building and walk to the far side where you will exit onto a parking lot. At the parking lot exit, you will see an Oxxo convenience store. Your guide will be waiting in front of the store. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (Oxxo) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. If you are driving yourself: The meeting point is at the Plaza Gali parking lot, which is located right in front of the Sandos Finisterra Hotel. We will meet you in front of the OXXO convenience store which is located at the exit of the parking lot. Exact location: PLAZA GALI, Parking Lot (OxxO) Blvd. Paseo de la Marina 36, Centro, Marina, 23450 Cabo San Lucas, B.C.S., Mexico. - Lunch is included. We’ll take you to a local restaurant, offering 100% Mexican dishes such as fish tacos, chicken, beef, salsa, guacamole, tortilla chips, and refreshing flavored water. We also have a vegetarian option with salads, quesadillas, beans, rice, etc. Lunch is included but optional, so there is no discount offered on the activity if you choose not to go for lunch.

Today was amazing! We were picked up at our front door at Playa Grande Resort in Cabo San Lucas and our day just got better and better. Marco Polo was our guide for the day. He was great! We asked him so many questions about the region, cities, culture, and food. His English was great and his knowledge extensive. Marco has worked with the same company for over 15 years which made everything so much better. The ride was long but very interesting. We visited Santiago and Mari Flores. We just love these small “out of the way” towns. You really get a sense of the culture this way. Marco has family near by which made it that much for personal. The hike to the waterfall “Sol de Mayo” was like five to ten minutes from the parking lot. This short hike can be down by most people except if you have problems with stairs. The steps are steep in some places. When we arrived we were the only ones there. We were not expecting such a beautiful waterfall and multiple ponds. The water was sparkling clear. If you are not afraid of heights, there is an amazing view from the top of the waterfall and a perfect spot to cliff jump! Marco helped us explore the many ponds that are located above the waterfall in Fox Canyon too. There were dozens of beautiful palm trees 🌴 🏝️ 🌴 growing around the upper ponds too. We never thought we would see something so beautiful in the high desert of Mexico 🇲🇽 🥰. After swimming and cliff jumping, we started our return trip but not without a lunch stop at Los Agaves Restaurant and Bar in Mira Flores. Some of the best tacos we have ever had in Mexico. We would highly recommend the fried fish tacos 🌮 😋🤤 with their home made lemonade. I have to say the entire experience was a six star experience because of Marco Polo. Thank you for sharing your rich heritage and culture with us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pepe and Lui were absolute gents and took a cloudy and less than perfect day and made it into something totally memorable. They were friendly, fun, and very informative, and had a great deal of respect for the environment and culture of Los Cabos. They picked us up and dropped us off on time, were very careful to make sure everyone was comfortable while on the drive (it's about 75-90 minutes from Los Cabos to Fox Canyon). The hike was excellent (our difficulty level was higher because it was a little rainy, but normally this would be a fairly gentle hike), and there were lots of chances to stop for water, snacks, and photos. The entirety of the canyon is picturesque and the property has many beautiful animals, and we even had a lovely friendly dog accompany us for much of the hike! After the hike we went to a local restaurant which had the best food and drinks we've had on our vacation, and they were able to accommodate our vegan diet, which was huge for us. I can't recommend this enough - thanks again to Pepe and Lui!

While on vacation at the Playa Grande in Cabo San Lucas, my husband and I decided to mix it up and see /do something completely different- we choose this tour in fox canyon and we’re not disappointed. Our guide (and new friend) Pepe Soto was amazing from the moment he picked us up in a spotless air conditioned van at the hotel. Kind and considerate, he let us know what to expect and provided exceptional service at every turn. The drive out to the destination (although long) was well worth it, and Pepe shared his vast knowledge of the area, history, sights and culture throughout the tour. Our hike was wonderful! (We are from Colorado and know a good hike when we see one)
If you love and appreciate the beauty of the natural world, you’ll love this adventure! Pepe provided water and snacks all along the way, and we always felt safe and cared for. His knowledge of the vegetation, incredible rock formations and recreational area was very impressive. We swam under a natural waterfall, went off the beaten path finding hidden pools and gorgeous vistas, and relaxed on the sandy shores of this oasis. We enjoyed a nice cold beer (or two) following the hike, ate lunch at in authentic little restaurant where we thought the food was better than what we are eating at the resort! After stopping for some local ice cream, we headed back, stopping at the continental divide for some classic photos, again enjoying a wonderful conversation with this wonderful guide! We really loved our experience, and would highly recommend this tour to any true lover of nature. Thx again Pepe!

We were recommended this excursion from friends who had done it before, and it didn't disappoint! We were picked up from our resort in Cabo by our wonderful guides Pepe and Lui and driven to Santiago where the Fox Canyon is in the wildlife sanctuary. We made a stop in Miraflores, where we ordered our lunch to be prepared for after our hike. The hike was incredible! The views and experience were only matched by Pepe and Lui's interesting facts about the local flora, fauna, ecological system, history, etc. The views included the high mountains and hills, a 50' waterfall, and an exciting natural water slide. The hiking as advertised is a little strenuous, but adds to the experienced. Anyone with minor athletic capabilities would do just fine. On our way back we stopped at a rest stop where the Tropic of Cancer comes through the Baja. Our lunch, included in the price, back in Miraflores was excellent, had vegan options, and had an incredible margarita that had juice from a local cactus fruit (alcohol was extra). This was a can't miss experience and it gave us a greater view of what the Baja has to offer.

This was my favorite activity of the entire trip. Pepe was a fantastic tour guide; he made sure that everything was perfect and safe, he even brought an umbrella into the pool because my friend was getting sunburn. We loved every minute of it. Lunch was great as well. High Tide was very accommodating, we were recommended this tour by others on the kayak tour...we could only go the next day. They were able to fit us in even though it was after the cutoff. Great tour, great company.

Pepe Soto was a fantastic friendly and informative guide. He had tremendous historical knowledge of the areas we went through on our trip which he shared. His main goal was to make sure everyone had a great experience and he exceeded expectations. The hike was absolutely beautiful with many different types of terrain. Difficulty I would say was a 7 out of 10 and worth every minute. So much nature to absorb. Highly recommend this hike and ask for Pepe. You won’t be disappointed.

This was the best time we had on our vacation. Absolutely beautiful
Our guide Maury was excellent and made the hike thoroughly enjoyable. I
am not an experienced hiker although the rest of my family is. Maury noticed this right away and went above and beyond to help me out so I could participate. He was an excellent guide and communicated a lot of interesting information throughout the whole trip . Would highly recommend both the trip and this guide

We went hiking with Hugo and it was fantastic! We loved the entire excursion: the nature in the national park was very beautiful, the waterfall where you can swim, the small lakes and also the food place after hiking, everything created a very fun experience. Hugo is a very good guide with a lot of information about the area and made us feel very comfortable.

Our guide, Maury Sanchez, was informative and friendly. He knows everything about the environment and Mexican culture and taught us so much. We’ve been coming to Cabo for over 20 years and had no idea that this type of canyon existed. It was so beautiful and we hope to do the hike again.

We were lucky enough to have Luis as a guide for a fun day trip. Beautiful and not too difficult hike through the rocks of Fox Canyon led to a couple of waterfalls and swimming oases. Wonderful way to spend a few hours outside and active and still make it back to the resort early enough for chill and pool time. Luis was a great guide and took us to lunch at great local restaurant in Miraflores on the way home.
