I took the Tulum reef diving tour with Julio. The dives were beautiful - we saw so many different corals, schools of colorful fish and lobsters. Julio was a fantastic guide - he is knowledgeable and patient. He made sure that he understood the divers’ level of experience and answered any questions we had before starting our dive. He even brought a camera and captured some photos and video of our time underwater! I would highly recommend Julio and Agua Clara Diving to anyone looking for a diving trip in Tulum. 10/10!

Dani and Beto were amazing! Highlight of our trip by far. Dani was very patient with new divers and made sure we had a great time despite ocean conditions that weren’t ideal. The cenote was stunning and we saw so much cool marine life. Ask for Dani!

The 2 cenote dives were so much fun!! So beautiful and a must while in Tulum. Hairo, our dive instructor made the whole experience so much better too. He was so funny, so positive and so knowledgeable about all kinds of diving. We had the best day with him and when we come back to Tulum, we hope to dive with Hairo again!!

We did the 3-tank The Pit and Dos Ojos cenotes. Agua Clara was excellent. They were very responsive to email inquires. Once we arrived at the shop, they were very easy work and ran a very professional operation. Our guide was excellent. Very good dive master, but also very causal, relaxed and flexible. We couldn’t recommend the two cenotes more and going the two dives at Dos Ojos. We also highly recommend diving with Agua Clara.

Julio Salas is a great dive master with excellent diving and English skills. Totally recommended!!!!

Great diving experience around Cozumel with a great instructor - Julio Salas, who was not only a great diving instructor and guide but also very funny and shared some local insights and gave us good recommendations for the stay in total. We even got some pics/ videos from the dive as a perfect memory. Also the staff at the shop was nice and helpful. Equipment was included and professional. Thinking about another trip already as it was such a good experience.

I’ve been wanting to get open water certified for a long time, and a friend recommended I do it with Julio Salas at Agua Clara. Julio was amazing and the shop was great. I did my open water certification without having to get into a pool because we were able to use the Cenotes instead, which is like a million times cooler. We also got to do two dives on the reef with amazing sea life (biggest turtle I’ve ever seen and tons of fish), so was the best of both worlds. I’m already planning my next trip with a couple of friends who are nervous to get certified because the cenotes are so chill and Julio really knows his stuff. After the class I did a 2 tank certified dive in different cenotes, which was super cool. I highly recommend booking a certified dive with the same instructor after the class to really lock in the knowledge and check out some more of the awesome dive sites. If you are on the fence about getting certified, just do it!

Instructor Julio guaranteed a safe and fun day of diving! He knows so much about the cenotes history and information and he does it with so much passion! they were the best dives of my life, diving in cenotes is something really special. if you are looking for a serious company to do this is your best choice! equipment in great condition, and an amazing team

Agua Clara was an excellent place to experience our first reef dive! Hairo was our guide and he couldn’t have been more friendly or knowledgeable. He taught us some of his favorite tips and tricks for checking gear and made us feel very comfortable for our first dive after certification. We had two wonderful dives and overall it was an amazing experience!

It was the best experience of our Mexico trip so far. Our great guide Hairo, took us to two centos: Casa and Naval. We opted for a total beginner experience with no overhanging rocks. Casa and Naval were very different with Casa having more diversity of fish and the mangroves. Naval on the other hand had lush green growth and beautiful underwater gardens. It was an unforgettable experience.
