- jeffreyv9020 contributionsAwesome experienceAmazing experience diving in the cenote and around the beautiful reef. Our instructor Julio was a very relaxing person and gave us an amazing tour with much information.Written 3 August 2024
- Hanneke L0 contributionsGreat diving in Tulum and Cozumel! My boyfriend got Open Water certified at Agua Clara Tulum. I’m already certified and went along with the dives. I also did two fun dives with Agua Clara in Cozumel. The staff is very professional yet still a lot of fun. Very skilled divers and friendly, had patience in the water and were able to convey the most important skills for diving (while still following procedures of course). The dives themselves were great, both in cenote, reef and Cozumel reef. Gear was well maintained, 10/10 would recommend!Written 17 June 2024
- jdk2230 contributionsAn incredible dive with an incredible guide (Adiel)The dive of Dos Ojos Cenote was sublime. Imagine yourself swimming through a subterranean environment in cool fresh water in the heat of the tropics little aquatic wildlife but a surreal experience nonetheless. Aqua Clara made everything very easy and our guide (Adiel) was fantastic. Highly recommend Aqua Clara and Adiel in particular.Written 22 May 2024
- X6765JImichaelk0 contributionsPeggy and Agua Clara are the best! The three days I spent with Aqua Clara were magical. They took me to casa cenote which was amazing. Peggy is an awesome instructor who is patient and so helpful in learning the skills. I highly recommend her as an instructor.Written 9 May 2024
- David B0 contributionsAmazing First Diving ExperienceHad an amazing time diving for the first time. Originally signed up for the cenote and reef dive with my wife, but there was an issue with the schedule. Worked out perfectly because she didn’t like it at the cenote and I got to come back the next day for 2 reef dives. Staff was a super friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it. Had such a good time I’m planning to get certified.Written 28 April 2024
- katyduck0 contributionsAmazing scuba diving and particularly special service - especially enabling children and teens to dive. What an amazing experience. Julio was fantastic taking my two children (10 & 14) on their first Open Water dive in the cenote. They loved it, and it meant we could dive separately from them! He was a brilliant guide and instructor, patient and kind, and they even saw a crocodile amongst other things! Thanks Julio! We also loved Pato who was our guide in the ocean, both instructors then took the family of four on an ocean dive together. I can’t recommend these two and this company enough and really appreciate the extra lengths they went to in making our experience special. Thanks!Written 17 April 2024
- Tourist1178900 contributionsTulum Cenote dive experienceBooked a Cenote 3 dive experience with Julio Salas as my dive guide. He was very experienced on both the dive itself and the history surrounding the local areas. All 3 dives were conducted in a safe matter without accident or incident. The help in the dove shop was also to a high standard. I would highly recommend booking with Agua Clara divingWritten 9 April 2024
- P237IMsarahl0 contributionsBest experience everMy scuba diving experience in Tulum was simply amazing. I had never scuba dived before but I decided to get my PADI Open Water Certification because I was so sure I was gonna love it. And I was right! My instructor Julio was the best, he was very patient, made me feel safe and always had the biggest smile on his face! The first day we dived in an open cenote, which was perfect for a first dive. For the second day we went to the reef and it was the most incredible experience ever. If you’re in Tulum, I highly recommend to do your certification with Agua Clara Diving, especially with Julio, you will have the best time!Written 9 April 2024
- nathansF3979SL0 contributionsAuga Clara will only enhance your cenote divingMy husband, daughter (18yo)and myself did 3 days of two tank cenote diving with Agua Clara Tulum. We had Hairo for all three days and he was EXCELLENT! The communication from the get go with Agua was great, they emailed back within a day to set the dives up and get them booked. They were very professional and clear with any questions I had before our arrival and how their dives work. Their shop was easy to get to. The diving is amazing and Hairo was so knowledgable about his craft and the area. He put us right at ease. I wouldn't change a thing about our dives and I would definitely book with these guys again. We loved it!Written 1 April 2024

- frankier2120 contributionsSo glad we did this tour! This was an amazing trip - so glad we did it. We are not the most adventurous family and it was the perfect amount for us (2 kids ages 9 and 11). You could take or leave anything that was offered to you (One of our kids didn't want to do the zip lining so she walked with the tour guide to meet us at the canoes). It wasn't a tourist trap which we loved. Felt very remote and untouched - just how the Mayan people want to keep it! tiny little gift shop run by the Mayans just by the lunch portion of the day. It was only us at each cenote until the next group so felt very remote and private. There was a photographer (Hi Gasper!!!) that joined our group to take photos and they were optional to purchase at the end. They were spectacular and very well priced. They uploaded them immediately to our phone and also provided us with a thumb drive. Things I wanted to know before we went: You shouldn't wear any sunscreen even though they say wear reef safe. (wear a rash guard instead if you need one but you are in the shade for the majority of the trip) You carry your bag from cenote to cenote and just leave it in a cubby while your explore/swim. You don't need a towel (you dry just walking to the next cenote) but bring one if you want one. We wore sandals and that was fine. Bring bug spray for the small hikes through the jungle. There are no crocodiles in these particular cenotes (we were worried beforehand!)Written 22 March 2024
- michellegO1748IF0 contributionsMemorable Tour with lots of variety. This is a wonderful trip- the lagoon float is incredible and very memorable, the Muyil ruins very interesting and not as busy so able to enjoy guides explainations. And our guide (wish could remember name) was very well informed and engaging.Written 17 March 2024

- 441hildew0 contributionsExtremely recommendable diving course! We til our diving certificere here as complete beginners and we couldn’t have wished for a better place. The dives were beautiful and our instructor Julio was THE BEST! He is a great teacher and fun and cool to chat with. We felt completely safe during the three days it took to become certified. We can DEFINITELY recommend this place to go on some awesome dives!!!!!!Written 11 February 2024

Look no further, if you're looking for a great day out with an experienced and great team. Our kids did a refresher PADI session in the most beautiful cenote followed by reef dive straight after - while we snorkelled with turtles, rays and squid out in front of the Mayan ruins in Tulum, then a nature tour of a lesser-known cenote cave network which we almost had to ourselves. STUNNING-informative-FUN tours. We highly recommend Agua Clara for any tours based on our experience today.
